Chapter 9
(Alastors POV)
Its been too long since I heard from Tyler, I miss him too much I swear. He protected me from death, he saved all of hell. I told him I was gonna visit him when he turned 18 which is today! Good thing the portal is still open. I take a deep breath as I step through the portal, its been awhile since ive been on the surface or even in my human form. I dont even know what to do or say to him! I guess we’ll figure it out. I start walking around the city that he said he was going to before he left. I saw this school, I looked up to see the sign and saw Tyler on top of the roof waving frantically down at me, I smiled as he seemed so happy to finally see me. He jumps down using his wings to save him from a certain death and landed on me hugging me tightly refusing to let go as he folds his wings back to place. He snuggles his head into my chest as he savors the moment and suddenly i feel myself being propelled into the air. I start freaking out, but i realize he’s just flying with me, he starts spinning hugging me tightly, “I MISSED YOU SO MUCH AL!”
“I missed you too my angel” I say kissing his forehead. We hover in the air for a bit just embracing each other. I didnt know what to do, all i could do was be grateful that I was finally there with him. My dreams were finally fulfilled. He lets us down slowly and our feet hit the ground of the roof of the school building.
“When did you get here Al?”
“Just a few hours ago, ive been wandering around here! Y’know, Charlie and AngelDust miss ya! They told me to say hello to ya!”
“I missed all of y’all, I found Wolfy by the way! She is doing great!” He says the biggest grin on his face, I almost forgot how freaking cute this boy was, this is why I fell in love with such a perfect boy. Suddenly I hear the rooftop door burst open and this black haired guy with blue eyes comes running and was yelling something,
“RUN! RUN! THE TEACHERS ARE COMING! I SPIKED HER DRINK!”
“What the heck Z?! Why do you cause so much trouble?!”
“BECAUSE IM 20 AND WANT FUN IN MY LIFE! NOW RUN!” He says tackling us behind some air conditioning box. We finally see the teachers burst through the door.
“I swear I saw him coming this way.”
“I heard him yelling, that boy doesnt know how to shut the heck up man.”
“Well, he wouldnt be in this much trouble if he hadnt spiked my drink with his own concoction.”
“Well, we have to remember, he’s only here for his boyfriend, whatever that kids name is again, y’know the weird one with fake orange hair. Kinda ugly choice of color.” One of the teachers said, it was the Social Studies teacher, I could feel Z trembling in anger beside me, about to go off on them. I held him down as they teachers kept speaking.
“Yeah, and even Z man, he has no business being here, is he protecting his toy or what?”
“Yeah, even their friend group is stupid. They dont even belong here.”
“THATS IT!” Z yells popping up from the hiding spot but keeping me and Tyler hidden, “Could yall just shut the hell up?! Do you not know about respect? Do you not know the difficulties we go through every single day?! We dont need pricks like you ruining even more for us! Now shut up or ill make your life a living hell.” Z says his eyes glowing a flash or light and dark blue. He stepped closer to the teachers and they backed up against the door.
“Y-you freak!” The Social Studies teacher exclaimed
“Uh-huh, so what? Never seen something like me before?” He says grinning creeply with his head to the side, “Do you want trouble?”
“N-no!” One of the girl teachers said running back down the stairs.
“I want trouble! Freaks like you shouldnt be here!” Dang that Social Studies teacher is brave. The other teachers were gone it was just him and Z. Z silently signaled for me and Tyler to come and help him out, I switch to my form and Tyler was already transforming to his. When he stepped out and teacher looked shocked. Z blocked the only way of escape only leaving the way of escape being the edge of the roof.
“W-what are you people?!” He exclaimed fear in his eyes, I could even hear his heart pounding as he backed up towards the edge.
“Your worst nightmare~” Z says coming towards him, he pushed him to the edge and grabbed his shirt before he fell. The teacher was looking at him in pure terror.
“P-please spare me! I have a family and kids!” He pleaded tears streaming down his face.
“You shouldve thought of that before you decided to insult the love of my life!” Z says letting go of his shirt letting him fall. All we hear is screaming and then the sound of him hitting the ground. Z goes back to normal and he looked confused, “What just happened?”
“Y-you dont remember?!” Tyler says going up to Z and grabbing his shoulders, “YOU JUST PUSHED A GUY TO JUMP!”
“Is that not normal up here?” I say in all confusion, it was quite normal in hell for us, it happened like everytime you blinked. Tyler and Z laughed,
“No its actually shamed upon up here, but still everyone wants to do it.” Tyler explains. I looked a bit confused but just nodded.
“We should probably go back inside before those teachers start talking.” Z says running down the stairs and back to the classroom. He tells Foxy and the others about what happened and Mars said she would take care of it all. After class Z said he had football practice with his tiny human friends. I walk up to the bleachers with Tyler and all the others. Everyone was in their couple groups. It was weird doing this, I had always been homeschooled, didnt know any of this even existed.
“Yo Tyler, can we talk?” Tyler turn around to Marissa coming up to me, she looked really serious for some reason. Tyler nods at her and beckons me to come with them. She pulls Tyler behind the bleachers out of earshot of everyone, “Its about Stormy..” She says looking around nervously.
“What about Wolfy? She didnt do anything right?”
“Well…Do you have a brother?” She asks grabbing Tylers shoulders I start to step forward but Ty motions me to stay put.
“Yes, his name was Caden, but our foster parents pressured me to…do something to him cause he was ‘getting in the way’ but hes gone now”
“W-well the day and Stormy first met she was about to do something, and she mentioned meeting him again. Do you know why she would do any of that?”
“WAIT WOLFY TRIED TO DO IT?!” Tyler accidentally yells and covers his mouth quickly. In that second we see Stormy there, the anger visible in her face.
“I thought I told you not to tell him Marissa.” She says coldly.
“I-I couldnt just keep it from him hun! He is your brother!” Marissa tries to fight back and Stormy holds up her hand for her to stop talking,
“I…I trusted you, you betrayed me…Im leaving.” She says spreading her wings and gliding away. I’m surprised that nobody saw her.
“Well shes mad.” I say looking around confused, I do not even know what just happened like dang whats wrong with this family, I pull Tyler away from everyone and give him a hug. He tried to pull away but I held him there tightly.
“You need to calm down Angel, your emotions are on the high, now shhh” I say, kissing him passionately. He goes limp a bit as he relaxes. There was no tears, just him and me as we stood there and enjoyed the reunion. We sit there and watch from afar, he was sitting in my lap like a child and playing with my hair. I laugh at this, what's with him? Did he miss me this much or what, it had only been two years I think, time goes by fast in hell so I wouldn't know.
“Alastor..” He says looking at me seriously,
“Yes Angel?”
“Promise not to ever leave me…Now.” He says grabbing both sides of my face.
“Tyler, your the love of my life, your my light in these dark worlds, you make me know what it feels like to be in heaven, of course ill never leave you, I promise you with everything inside me” I say smiling at him and winking, he blushes wildly and buries his face in my chest. I hug him there until Z is done with practice.
“Where Wolfy?” Z asks looking around
“Why you askin Z? Shes mine y’know…” Jaden says going up to him like he’s challenging him.
“Jaden calm the F out bro, im just asking where she is, she is usually with you.”
“U-um I made a mistake guys..” Mars says raising her hand so she has everyones attention, “I kinda told Tyler she tried to end it when she met me, I thought he deserved to know, but she got mad and flew away.”
“Why did she not want any family to know.” Jaden says
“She didnt want anyone looking at her differently over a choice she made a few years ago, she thought she would be shamed for it and yelled at, and you know Stormy doesnt like being yelled at.”
“I know that, she cowers when someone gets a bit loud.” Tyler says, “I just wonder where the heck she is.” He says sliding down and sitting his head in his lap. I go and comfort him.137Please respect copyright.ＰＥＮＡＮＡB3FzN8zWKt
