Well…this is very bad. No one was supposed to know about my out of control form. I only found out about it 2 months ago. Then 3 days ago… I remembered why my family was killed. I was I think about 5 when I remember my mom and dad taking me somewhere, like daycare, but the place there was sketchy. The people had tattoos and piercings everywhere. We didn’t think anything of it because we lived in the city and normal people looked like that. They would leave me and the people there would smile. They did random tests on me, made me do excruciating things, and before my parents came back would make me drink some elixir to heal my wounds and to make me heal myself. This happened for a year and a half until they found out. They tried to get me away from them but when they tried to, the man pulled a gun and shot them both. They tried to take me but I remember using one of the abilities they infused into me and pinned them against a wall, running away. Then I found my foster fam and yada yada. I wasn’t planning on telling anyone this, but when Caden said something about my eyes being different colors I knew he wasn’t lying. Now I’m just scared as to what they all think after I told them all my story.
“Marissa…” Stormy says looking shocked and sympathetic.
“Please don’t be all puppy dog eyes to me.” I said, leaning back into the couch. I admit, I do need their comfort, but if I show any weakness it might be bad.
“I was just going to say I know how it feels, but whatever” Stormy says walking out, “I'm going on a walk.”
“Don’t eat any raw-men!” I said, trying to make her laugh.
“Okay..” She said emotionlessly, it was kinda scary. I look back and everyone is still staring.
“What?”
“Just, that was a lot to take in, we didn't know….” Foxy says sadly, “I thought I knew a lot about you.”
“I found out recently, and it was coming in little snippets.”
“S-so…promise if anything happens you’ll tell us?” I went silent after that. I really don’t know if I could tell them. I mean I don’t know what will happen when i lose my sanity. Foxy walks up and hugs me, he pats my head softly, “Your gonna be okay, were gonna be okay, I promise”
“Umm…hug…uncomfortable.” I say to get him off. I really should be getting close to them because of it. I look and Fell is in his monster form, his sockets black. Crap. Foxy lets go of me and goes to Z, sitting in his lap. “Thanks man.” I lay back again, looking at them. “So, who wants to watch Jaden get scared of Roxy and CHica in Security Breach?”
“I’ll” Stormy says running over
.“How are you so calm about this?” Caden asks. I look over to him in confusion.
“What do you mean?”
“You just told us how you went through all that and you could lose sanity all together and your calm?!”
I shrugged, “ I just am. I mean it’s not that big of a deal.”
“IT IS!”
“I don’t think it is. I mean we all lose our sanity at some point, right?”
“None of us like you!!!”
“Really?”
“None of us lose our sanity like you do, nor as often!”
“I thought it was normal. Like once in a while…crap” I slap my forehead. I basically just realized I didn’t know what i was talking about. I lost it for a sec.
“You okay Mars?” Foxy aks, “It is normal, you know me and the….’thing’”
“Yeah I’m fine.” I look to see Fell is gone. I shrug it off,” Maybe I’m just tired.”
“Well, it is 11:00 pm right now, lets just go to bed.”
“B-But I dont wannnaaa~” Foxy whines, that boy and his nocturnal ways
“I think that would be a good idea.” I stretch out on the couch.
“I'll join ya.” Caden says laying on the floor beside her,
“Umm…ok?” I get on my phone and start to watch a bit of anime. I look over and Caden is staring at me. “What?”
“Anyone tell you that your a beauty?” He says winking slightly. I blush and look away.
“Umm…I’m not one.”
“Nahhh, I think you are, definintally!” He says sitting up.
“Umm…ok?” I get a bit uncomfortable, going back to my anime.
“So how are you Marissa?”
“Good, just watching Soul Eater.”
“Oh! Thats a good one, mind if I watch with you?”
“Ummm…sure”
“Great!” He says getting closer so he can see the phone, about halfway through he decides he is gonna fall asleep and his head hits my shoulder gently. I flinch a bit at it. I look and he is dead asleep. I sigh, knowing if I move he will wake up. I texted Fell to come back.
F: What’s wrong?
M: Caden was watching anime with me and he fell asleep, landing on my shoulder -_-
“So he’s touching you?” Fell says teleporting in front of me. All I saw was his pin pricked eyes of his monster form. I almost screamed but I held it in.
“Yeah, but it was an accident. We were watching anime and he was sitting up but then just went night night.”
“Let me handle this..”
“Fell, just use your power to move him to a chair. Don’t hurt him.”
“Fine, I guess I'll just teleport him to the chair” He says touching Cadens shoulder and teleporting him to the chair and Fell cuddles up to me on the couch, “Mine.”
“Obsessive much?” I say, laughing.
“Nu, just protective” He says holding me.
“That is being obsessive, Fell.” I try to move a bit but he won’t let me. “Umm…Fell?” I look and he is now asleep, at least I thought so. I smiled and moved closer to him, because that was the only thing I could do. I start to fall sleep when I have another memory. I see myself in a room with the guys, and they are talking. I feel panicked, like I was hoping that my parents would come to get me soon. I wake up from the memory and feel myself in a cold sweat. What happened to me back there? Is that the reason I am like this? I wouldn’t know, I just hope some more memories come up so I can figure this out. I feel Fell stirring beside me and I lean my head on his shoulder to signal that I was okay, that's when Caden woke up.
“W-where am I?” He asks, looking around still only half awake.
“We moved you to a chair, Fell wanted to cuddle.” I say signaling to the sleeping skeleton beside me, Caden had never seen Fell’s true form and looked kinda freaked out at first.
“Who the heck is that…monster?” He asks his eyes wide in curiosity and confusion. Fell immediately woke up to the sound of someone calling him a monster.
“That is none of your concern weirdo, all you should know is she is taken.” He says as his pupils disappeared into his skull. Sometimes Fell can be way overprotective, like one time he saw some dudes hitting on me and went all out on them, lets just say some dudes had to go to the hospital that day. I lay my head on Fell’s shoulder to comfort him and he goes back to laying down and sleeping.
“You didn't tell me you were taken by a dead man.” He says
“He’s not dead, he was part of the monsters that came from the underground, he was there for me when Foxy and them weren’t.”
“I can be there for you too, if only you let me beautiful~” He says winking at me, Fell popped up immediately, he looked furious.
“What. Did. You. Say. To. Her?” He says voice getting a little distorted.
“N-nothing sir!” Caden says looking scared,
“No I heard that, you wont escape from what you said, but if you hit on her again, you may not like the outcome of it!” Fell says a red flame coming out of one of the sockets spawning a gaster blaster in front of Caden. Caden looked horrified at the sight. He started a cold sweat as the gaster blaster charged up about to shoot a blast at him but then disappeared. Caden was frozen with fear and shock, he was breathing really hard, almost hyperventilating. Thats when Stormy walked into the room,
“Whats going on here?! I heard a gaster blaster charging up!” She says a frightened look on her face. Caden got up and ran to her stumbling on the way, he ran behind her and told her all that happened. Stormy looked furious but then calmed down.
“I mean, you did hit on her, everyone knows Fell is overprotective” She says turning to Caden.
“That doesn't mean threaten me with such a weapon!”
“Cay Cay, what if someone was hitting on Karla? You wouldn't like that would ya?”
“Don’t bring up that cheating ho…” He says getting tense, he walks out the door and slams the door. Maybe Stormy shouldn't have brought up Karla, I guess that's his ex, It's dangerous to look the way he does and going outside. Fell seems to relax once he is gone though. I dont know what just happened, all I know that it was whacko. I lay down then I remembered,
“DANG IT THERES SCHOOL TOMORROW?!”
I wake up the next morning to Fell still beside me, holding me like i was going to leave at any moment. I try to move again but his grip tightens.
“D-dont leave..” He groans in his sleep, I blush and give up till Foxy runs in with a pot and metal spoon,
“I DON'T GET NO SLEEP CAUSE OF YALL!!! YALL AINT GONNA GET NO SLEEP CAUSE OF ME!” HE screams banging the pot with the spoon. Fell just opens his eyes, fire going around them, and makes Foxy fly across the room.
“Now he’s gone~” He purred. Yes, he freaking purred. I blushed and hid into his chest. Jaden comes in next,
“Guys, stop cuddling, we have school, Mars, you can’t stand another late day or you’ ll be expelled.”

“None of us have the knowledge nor the time and sanity to homeschool you muffin” Z says walking in and sighing.
“I do. I’m smarter than you.”
“So you're gonna homeschool yourself? With what money?”
“I can find free programs-”
“Or I can Homeschool you~” Fell whispered into my ear, making me squeak and hide.
“I heard that,” Stormy says walking in next, “Has anyone seen Cay Cay?”
I shake my head. I looked and I got an idea. “Hey, Foxy, we have mustard in the fridge…right?”
“Yeah, always, I keep the fridge locked though.” We hear a clank and Fell is standing in the doorway, drinking mustard. “HOW?!”
“Magic.” Fell said, sipping the mustard. I laugh, getting up to get ready for another day in Hell. Once I came back down the stairs I saw Caden sitting on the floor, watching Youtube. I walk over, trying to sneak over. Everyone is watching me, but they don’t do anything to stop me. I make my voice change to were it’s all creepy.
“C A D E N ~” I whispered in his ear. He just looked back and stared at me.
“Oh, hey!” He smiled. How the heck did he not get scared?!
“Um, the point is to get scared.” I say confused
“I know, but I sensed you coming near” Caden says winking, “Who couldn't sense such a beauty like you?”
“Umm, someone who didn’t come back to life and somehow knows me to where they sound like a freaking stalker that hides in the bush like ‘ Oooo there she is again.’” He looked at me weirdly. Well, I mean my way of saying things is like a joke and being serious so… I can understand why. I walked away from him, going to Z. “Are the other travesties ready to go to the six cruel hours of our lives??”
“They should be, if they dont they have to make it up since I already called the school.”
“Did ya really?” I whined. There goes my plan on skipping class. “Why~?”
“Because its my responsibility, im the oldest.”
“Well, you suck.” I said, going outside. I started to take the long way to school, so I have to go through the park. School doesn’t start till 8:00 and it’s 7:15, so I have plenty of time. Suddenly Fell was right beside me,
“What did Caden say to you?”
“It doesn’t matter, Fell. He’s a guy. All guys will say stupid things to girls if they like ‘em. It’s a phase. It will go away.” I say as I look at the pond.
“What if it doesn't…” He says a bit of worry in his voice, “I don't want to lose you”
“Fell, you're not gonna lose me. I promise. It’s kinda hard for people to change my mind. You of all people or monsters know that.”
“Yeah, but that prick has hit on you a lot now..”
“Fell, it’s only been two times.” I laughed.
“Two?!” He says looking surprised and angry.
“Last night and this morning. Jeez.”
“Your mine.” He says grabbing my hand as we walk.
“Protective lil Felly~” I whisper to myself, we keep walking and the school comes up in the distance, “You should probably go to human form.”
“Oh, yeah. Forgot about that.” He turned into his human form and we reached out friends.
“Hello everyone… who the hell are you again?” I said, pointing to the guy who looks like a 1960’s radio man.
“Alastor ma’am, how are you this exquisite morning?!” He says enthusiastically. Tyler was cuddled up next to him, holding his arm and nuzzling his shoulder as if to say ‘mine’
“Ummm, well I can’t skip school or my classes now cause of a little pendejo named Z called in and told them we were going to school today.
“I did that to enroll the new kids, cause SOMEHOW more and more people come to live with Baby Fox that need education cause they DUMB!”
“I told you I am smarter than you. I literally skipped grades Z.”
“How are you smarter than me?!”
“Do you know how to do Exponential Functions and actually tell if it’s growing or decaying? Do you know all about World War 1 and 2? ABout all U.S history. You know all about biology and chemistry? You know how to actually write a perfect essay?”
“No, Yes, Yes, No.” Z says rolling his eyes, “Im only here cause of Baby Fox, he needs me.”
“Do you know about the great Emu war?” I said, narrowing my eyes. I heard Fell laugh.
“Don’t freaking start with that again.”
“I didn't know Emu’s could fight,” Z says, laughing and rolling his eyes once more.
“The emus-”
“DON’T MARS” Z said, laughing. He knows I will go on for hours talking about it.
“Can we go inside, I cant be late again, I keep being late cause SOMEONE wants to makeout in the hallway!” Foxy says looking at Z, “Ill have detention and then I cant have Jace over.”
“Well, I guess so. See ya guys.” I say, walking in the wrong direction.
“Wrong way” Jaden says.
“I know!” I said, smiling. I was gonna listen to music till I got another memory, this time I saw the guys faces. They had white and black face paint, hatchets and baggy clothes. The weird thing was that all the shirts said ICP. I actually heard them talking and they looked at me and said ‘The seventh one is almost complete.’ What did they mean by the seventh one? My memory ended and I look to see I’m on the ground. “How the hell?”
“Mars!! Are you ok?!” Foxy said, sliding by me.
“Uhh, yeah why?”
“Your on the dang ground”
“The ground and I are good friends, aren’t we ground” I patted the ground and smiled.”Good ground.”
“Whatever, has anyone seen Caden? He keeps disappearing.” Stormy says looking a bit scared.
“No.” I say, getting up.
“Oh lord…” She says running into the school calling his name. Why is she so concerned about him?
“Boo~” I hear a voice behind me. I look back and I see Caden.
“Very hard to scare me Caden.”
“Well I'm not as bad as you” He says sarcastically.
“Oh, shut you you non-juggalo pendejo” I said, walking towards the school. I know that Fell and Alastor can’t go into the school because they are older, so (Never thought I would say this) I get a break from Fell.
“What am I supposed to do without you?” Fell says
“Go to grillby’s?”
“And me?” Al says lifting his eyebrow and tipping his head to the side.
“Same thing?”
“With this…thing?” Al says, pointing his staff in Fell's face.
“Get that thing out of my face, before I shove it up your-”
“Guys, stop! Fell, try to get along with Alastor, same with you demon.” I say, just walking off.
“They seriously expect us to get along?” I hear Al say as I walk off. I sigh. Sometimes I wonder why I even bother trying to keep things calm sometimes. I walk into my first class and sit down, everyone looking at me. A lot of them came over to me.
“You dyed your hair?!” some kid siad o me.
“Yeah.”
“Your here?!”
“No, I am in an alternate dimension.”
“Why do you dress like that?!”
“Cause that's who I am?”
It was a very long math class, let me tell ya that. As I walked out of my third period I noticed Fell and Al in the halls. Why the hell are they here?! I quickly went to them.
“Why the hell are you here?!?!?” I whisper yelled at them.
“Got bored, besides don't we have human forms for a reason?”
“Yeah, but people will know you guys aren’t supposed to be here. Teachers will know.” I look around and sighed. “OK, fine. Stick with me. I can just say you guys are looking around the school….or…” I give them an evil grin. “You guys can help me skip.”
“Got nothing better to do Sugar” Al says yawning.
“OK, so you need to be my uncle. Fell…just go hide somewhere and I’ll meet ya. Just text me.”
“Deal!! where do I go?”
“To the office and say that I need to go to an eye doctor to get glasses.” I said, pointing to the office
“OKay, I'll be back!!” He says taking off towards the office. I quickly go to my next class and sit down. I really hoped this worked. Soon the teacher got a call, she answered and looked at me.
“Marissa, you're leaving.” The teacher said. I get up to leave, looking back to see Z looking at me in confusion. I walk out of the classrom to meet Fell and Alastor.
“I can’t believe that worked!!!” I almost yelled.
“Well, it was hard convincing that man, but all I told him was ‘were going to hell for a doctors appointment’”
“Nice.” I said, smiling as I started to walk away.
“What now” Fell asks looking around the halls.
“Umm…I don’t know” Suddenly Z comes sprinting down the hall grabbing my sleeve,
“Oh heck no, you are not skipping not again. Im tired of doing your work”
“Well, gonna have to find me~”
“Ill chase you, down, tie you up to the school chairs. Test me.”
“Fine. Then…” I look at Fell, secretly telling him to teleport me and Al.
“Dont you dare do it…” I look at him and grab Al and Fell.
“Freaking do it.”
“I swear to dear God Mars…Fell I'll kill you.””
“You can’t. Ink will be pissed” Fell said, teleporting.
“Who’s Ink?” Alastor asks looking curious.
“No one. I made them up…”
“Ah okay, if you say so. I know a guy named ink, he was a tattoo artist but a killer!”
“Everyone you know is a killer, aren’t they?” I asked, looking at him
“No, ones a prostitute.”
“Of course.”
“He’s a pretty good one, but lewd I swear.” He says pulling out of him, “His name is Angel Dust”
“And I bet you done things with him” Fell and I said. We looked at eachother, blushing.
“Nope, he asked though.”
“Ok, we’re done with this conversation.”
“I agree” I heard someone say. I look to see Caden behind us.
“Why the hell are you here?”
“Im bored.” He says shrugging, “Z told me about someone named Ink?”
“There no one named Ink.” I can tell Fell is lying.
“Well, thats seems like a lie but okie! What are y'all doing?”
“Skipping!” I yelled, smiling. “ I always skip because I already know everything at that school.”
“Well, I never went to school, I was always busy with Wolfy, but they seem boring, I already knew the stuff they were teaching, so I asked to go to the bathroom.” Caden says.
“Same! Heck, even asking to go to the nurses office to say I feel bad!!” I say, looking over to Fell who is really silent.
“ Fell, What's wrong?” Caden asks, tilting his head to the side.
“Just thinking.” Fell says blankly, “I think I’m gonna go for a bit. Clear my mind.”
“Wait, where are you going chap?” Alastor asks.
“Somewhere.” He disappeared. Everyone looked at me, like ‘you find him.’ I sighed.
“Ok, I’m gonna test my ability to teleport in the shadows then.”
“Good, find that skeleboi,” Z says, rolling his eyes. I went to a hiding spot, it was kinda dark. I think about a place where he may be. I tried teleporting and came out victorious, I saw him on a building as he sat there. He looked depressed,
“Fell..” I say reaching out to touch his shoulder, he turns around and he looks out of it. What was wrong with him? Did someone say something?
“Hey sweetheart, how'd you find me?” He asks, smiling slightly, he seems so sad but still he can be so sweet. I don't know how I deserve him.
“I just remembered where you used to go to escape people.”
“So do you need anything”
“Yeah, what’s wrong with ya?”
“Nothing, just needed air y’know, things get crowded” He says looking away a split second.
“Fell.”
“Yes my queen?”
“You’re lying. “
“Me lying, neveeerr~” He says, laughing a bit. I just look at him. He never should have taught me the tricks to judge people.
“OKay fine, im just…afraid of losing you…”
“You’re not gonna lose me…” I sat beside him. “No one can take me from you.”
“Promise?” He says looking up a bit and looking hopeful.
“Promise.” I lean my head on his shoulder and close my eyes, having him around was always amazing. He was the missing part of me. “Hey…so I need you to do one thing for me.”
“What is that sweetheart?” He says tilting his head kinda sideways.
“Try to get along with Caden?”
“Get along with the person that flirted with you? I dont think so.”
“He’s Stormy’s brother..”
“And? He FLIRTED with you!”
“And I don’t want Stormy to be depressed if he dies.”
“He’s already dead isn't he? Or already has died.”
“Yeah and that’s why Stormy almost… ya know…”
“Okay, okay ill try, for you sweetheart.”
“Thanks Felly~!” I say, he blushes and mumbles,
“N-no Problem my Queen.” I hid my blush by pulling up my/his hoodie. I fell asleep and woke up to him not there.
