School finally ended which meant Field Day ended. At least for today. We still have more Field Day for the next few days, but the first day of Field Day was really interesting. First, I saw Yoon Yi's bare chest and then I was forced to scream his name and ended up looking like an idiot. Now I really don't know how to face Yoon Yi the next time we end up speaking to each other.
"Today was fun. I can't wait till tomorrow." Kim Lee said as the both of us walked back to the locker room to change into our regular clothes.
"Yeah. It was pretty embarrassing." I noted.
"Well, I had fun. I'm not sure what I would've done if it was just me out there. I'm glad you came to this school." He said then smiled at me.
I nodded and smiled back. "Same here."
To tell you the truth, the more I hang out with Kim Lee, the more I feel content with having a best friend. It's kinda weird because my original plan was to fly solo, but ever since Kim Lee entered my life, I guess you can say my life has become more interesting. Now it's hard for me to imagine my life without Kim Lee.
"I really hope Yoon Yi and Joon Chi doesn't see us as idiots." I said.
"I guess. I mean, I don't really talk to him at all so he might not even know I exist." Kim Lee said.
"He sure did notice you during volleyball, though." I noted.
"I know, but that was only one time. Besides, he might not even know my name." He said then pouted.
I nodded then sighed. "I don't think Yoon Yi knows my name either..."
We both finished changing and closed our locker doors then walked out of the locker room as a bunch of guys came in and changed before leaving out. Me and Kim Lee walked out of school and decided to go grab something good to eat before we part ways for the day. I can't help, but to admit that today really was fun with having Kim Lee by my side. I hope more days are like this in the future.
