After lunch, me and Kim Lee started making our way back to our classroom. On our way there, we passed by Yoon Yi's classroom. I stopped then glanced inside to see that Yoon Yi and his friends were already there. I realized that I have yet to thank Yoon Yi for saving me yesterday. I don't want to seem rude.
"Um...Kim Lee." I started.
Kim Lee stopped walking and turned to look at me.
"I've gotta do something really quick so i'll see you in the classroom okay?" I said.
Kim Lee nodded then started walking away. I turned towards the classroom then took a deep breath to calm my nerves before I walked inside and started making my way over to the group.
"Hey, look, it's the emo boy who can't swim." One of the guys said.
All I did was roll my eyes before I focused on Yoon Yi then I quickly cleared my throat.
"Yoon Yi." I called.
Yoon Yi looked at me.
"Um...I wanted to say thanks for saving me yesterday. I never got the chance to thank you and well...thanks." I said.
Yoon Yi shrugged. "No problem." He said.
I nodded then turned on my heel and started walking right out of the classroom. Once I stepped out the door, I felt a huge weight being lifted off my shoulders and I sighed in relief.
That wasn't so bad...
I smiled to myself then started making my way back to my classroom.

In the last class before school was gonna be out, everybody started to gather their things to leave when Coach Shin stood at the podium and grabbed everybody's attention.
"I have an announcement to make. The other teachers won't be notifying the other classes till tomorrow, but I want to give you guys a heads up. Next week is Field Day. We'll be doing all kinds of sports like track, soccer, volleyball and baseball. Field Day will pretty much last throughout the day for a couple days because all grades will be participating so it'll be best if you guys prepare. That means make sure you have enough water bottles to drink, make sure you have your gym clothes and whatever else you need. I'll give out more information tomorrow. Have a good day." He said then left the classroom.
Kim Lee jumped up from his seat and ran over to me.
"Did you hear that? We'll be having Field Day all next week! That means no classes and what's more, we'll get to see Yoon Yi and Joon Chi more." Kim Lee said, excitedly.
I shrugged as I stood up and grabbed my bookbag.
"I don't really care if I see Yoon Yi or not, but I know you're excited to see Joon Chi more." I teased with a smirk.
Kim Lee smiled shyly and started to blush. "Y-Yeah...I guess you're right..."
Kim Lee cleared his throat and composed himself once more before continuing. "Anyways, i'm just happy that we'll get a break from classes. I'm pretty stoked to be playing soccer. I love soccer." He said.
"Really?" I said then the both of us started to walk out of the classroom.
"Yeah. I've loved it since I was a kid. I stopped playing it, though once I got to middle school." He explained.
"Do you like any sports?" He asked.
I shrugged as I shoved my hands into my pockets.
"Eh...not really. I'm not that crazy about running after a ball...or catching a ball...or hitting a ball..."
Kim Lee started to giggle. "I understand. Still, it might be fun to try something. You never know."
I nodded, contemplating about whether or not I should play a sport during Field Day. It would be nice to impress Yoon Yi with something, but i'm not really good at sports...
What's more...Why am I thinking about impressing him in the first place?
