I hummed quietly as starling and i made our way to the next temple slowly but surely. By now i knew they were looking for me, kye is probably worried, who knows about Jake...and Jessica is definitely NOT worried.
Starling growled and i glanced at her noticing she was facing towards the forest “star?” I called, she growled louder causing me to frown and walk over looking at the are “hello?” I called out. No answer. “Is anyone out there?” I called again. I gasped covering my mouth as the sound of the raspy and chilling voice filled my ears, the trees shook as a gust of wind that reeked of swollen decomposing flesh. I gagged and snatched starling up from the ground baking away as the person emerged from the forest.
I stared in horror the figure of mr. creepypasta’s body sending shivers down my spine and making me almost puke. His body was decomposing holes in the side of his face like swish cheese where he had light shoot from his body and eliminate him from our spell. I stared in horror reaching behind me to the bottom of my thigh slowly pulling my knife from its holster. “Y-you...your supposed to be dead.” I said my voice shaken. He laughed the laugh just as equally horrifying as his appearance. I want you dead cause you don't belong here you piece of shit” i shouted jabbing the knife into his side paralyzing him. “You have no place in my heart. Therefore you should just shut up and do you respected job, go back to your grave and stay there.” I snapped. He fell to his knees groaning before grabbing ont my leg, i flinched just as a tree branch was slammed up against the side of his head.
I squeaked as he head snapped from his body and flew across the ground next to the doorway, i gagged and turned puking big time.
I panted wiping my mouth and standing up again, i looked at the person who caused collateral damage on him and stared. Jake was standing there a bloodied tree branch in his hand as he looked at me “where have you been.” He snapped glaring at me.
I laughed nervously and then frowned “why do you want to know. After all it looked like you were having a pretty dandy time with Jessica.”i said walking over to “dad’s” body and ripping my knife out from his body wiping it off with his shirt and walking to the doorway to grab the head and kick it. “W-what? What do you mean?” Jake asked following me. I turned towards him and glared “oh. Jake stared in disbelief “heart. You’ve got the wrong idea!” He said looking at me in shock. I turned ignoring him “yeah. Sure i always do.” I said before entering the temple. “HEART!” He shouted, i turned as he tried to run through the doorway but ran into an invisible wall instead. I sighed and turned back to the hall walking through it as starling swooped through a window opening, i smiled sadly towards her as i walked into the main room where mom sat. “Darling your back!” She said happily. I smiled “yep”
She beckoned me over and i did as she asked, she pointed to a button on the floor “press that for me darling...” she said, i nodded pressing it. Within seconds the floor opened up and i slipped falling in. I screamed as i fell through the bottomless black pit before closing my eyes and unfurling my wings catching air quickly just as the darkness turned into a gorgeous and huge library. I looked around in awe before snapping back to reality “OH! Do you have this book?” I asked opening my history book and pointing to it. She looked and raised an eyebrow “i most certainly do” she said, my eyes lit up and she held out her hands two books appearing in both. “This one is the one I believe you want.” She said handing it to me. I smiled and raised an eyebrow “wait- then. What is that book” i asked. She laughed “a midsummers night dream” she said pausing “my favorite “ she smiled. I giggled and then frowned “i wish you could come with me...” i sighed, she smiled “i can darling..” she said.
I looked at her shocked “i- what?” I stuttered, she laughed “you didn’t think i was a hologram did you?” She asked, i stared. “Well...i uh...maybe” i confessed. She laughed again “darling if i were a hologram I wouldn’t be able to touch you, I’m a spirit” she explained with a loving smile. I stared before tears sprung from my eyes and i ran towards her and she smiled hugging me, “now, about that book. The spell you need to use for it...needs two people.
