You've finally completed "12 things I loved about you". Lemme guess it was cringing.
No?
Well, guess what? I loved it. It's the first romance book I've ever written, and I must admit I did well. I built up my skills to this moment and this is what I gave birth to. It wasn't an easy story to write.
I got the idea to write this book when I was alone, in my room. I was playing a life simulation game and it hit me. What if you write a story about a guy whose girlfriend was telling him things she loved about him? My girlfriend in the game had just cheated on me.
Earlier, my brother had told me about a story he read that was all just a letter. So I decided to make mine that way too. She wrote to him, telling him 12 things she loved about him. And finally said she didn't even care that he cheated on her, all she wanted was for him to convince her to stay, but he didn't.
I have never written anything like this. I kept wondering if I would be able to write it. I mean 12 things? I don't even know what to love about a person, I'm just kidding, or am I? I almost gave up when I was at 9. But I didn't.
Initially, in my head, the name of the main female character was Beatrice Heyford, then I remembered a friend of mine told me that she was sad because she's never read a book that the main lead had the same name as her, so I changed it to Karen Heyford. You're welcome, Karen.
Well, that's all I've got. Thank you for reading, I'm really glad you took an interest in this book. Don't forget to comment, and tell me which is the best chapter. And also 12 things you love about this book.
Thank you again.
Oh right, Crestwells...
The Crestwells is a crazy rich family in my writing universe. They appear in most of my stories. Mostly when I want to talk about riches. In one of my stories which I unpublished because it was… well it wasn't that good, "Highschool story" the daughter, Kim Crestwell, attended Epic High. I think I'll rewrite the story! And I'm also planning on making a book solely about them. Yeah, that's that. Anyhoo, thanks once again.
<The photo at the top is the actual cover for this story. But PENANA did not accept it so I made the one on now. You can also find this story on WATTPAD.>
