Is this working? Hey, this is Andrea. Sam has been out for a while, I think he got sick. I've been keeping him company and stealing what we need overnight. It's been like 5 or 6 days. He meant to write an entry on the 25th, but never did. It's the second of October now. I haven't seen any officers in the area, the whole place is fenced in and we're located pretty far from the fence.
It looks like Sam's post have reached out to a few people. I'm sure he'd like to know that. He hasn't checked any of the demographic content of his posts but knows that someone's out there reading. I'll let him know how things are coming along.
It's been raining this past day. Looking up and out the warehouse window at the misty gray rain speeding past buildings and sliding down through the dust is so nice. There had to be a time before ours, right? Back in 2020 or 2030, where people just got to watch the rain slide down the windows all day and not fear the end? I haven't met anyone, really, older than 40 that can back up me up, and really can't anymore. There had to be something, someone, from long before then who would have an answer. Someone who's, like, 70. Y'know? We'll just have to keep an eye out for someone like that while we scavenge. There's more than just us out there.
Hopefully Sam isn't too mad about me writing on his log like this.
