i’m not sure if i love you anymore

i’m also not sure if i hate you,

did you really love me?

truly love me?

the way i loved you?

and the way you used to?

or were you just pretending to love me

so you wouldn’t break my heart?

that’s what you were scared of right?

even though my heart shattered anyways,

the pain that struck me, it felt like a weight

dragging me down

and it sent me into an eternal breakdown,

but although theres this raging hatred for you

there’s a part of me which will always love you,

and i know you don’t have that soft spot for me anymore

like you used to,

i will always see that part of you

that part of you thats so sweet,

from writing the most heartwarming things

to things that make me feel

hatred, sadness, guilt, regret

my mind is overwhelmed with these feelings,

but it’s not your fault

and it’s not mine,

please don’t shut me out.

but what do you truly want me to feel?
