"My mom and dad... They came to the school to save me. The police... and firefighters never came. If anybody is watching this after, punish them. All involved. They abandoned us. All of them. I'll make you pay. Hi, Mom. Hi, Dad. I'll stay alive and get revenge. I'll kill all the zombies... and anyone else," Jimin said as she tried to let out a smile to the camera.
"Mom. And Dad. Hello. I'm here with some of my classmates and they're really good to me. Let me just show you. This is them," Joon-yeong said as Jimin passed him the camera.
"할머니 (Grandmother), you know the girl that you said looks really pretty? She's here. With us. Hee-young. She is really nice, she saved me. I hope you are safe... I am craving for your kimchi," Gyeongsu said as he looked at the camera.
"Hey, Mom. I want a raise in allowance," Wujin simply said.
"Music and lyrics by intergalactic superstar Yang Daesu. Chicken tastes better fried. In olive oil. Pork tastes better than soy meat. Strawberry cake tastes better Than plain strawberries. What makes me laugh, laugh, laugh. Is trans fat," Daesu sang, "Cheongsan?"
"Mom. It's me. Dad, you're okay too, right? I'm... I'm good," Cheongsan said before passing it to Onjo.
"Hi, Dad. I miss you. You're not here, but I waited for you all night, and we're holding on together. You always say being healthy is better than getting good grades. You said you'd be the first to come if anything ever happened. And you're okay, right? You have to be okay, Dad. You don't have to come save me, but... But still, I wish you'd come. I really thought you would be here by now. But I'm okay. Usually, I save this for my allowance. But I'll say it for free here. Dad, I... I love you. I love you. I really love you," Onjo said as she started to sob. She then gave the camera to Suhyeok.
"You can leave a message over here." Onjo passed the camera to Suhyeok who was sitting next to Hee-young. Suhyeok gave her a smile.
"Uhhh, Dad, there is someone I want to introduce to you... Park Hee-young. She is really nice... I've been friends with her since middle school... She is really pretty. Her personality is great too. If I bring her back home, do you think Mom will allow? *chuckles* Hee-young, I like you. That is what I have been wanting to tell you since forever. I liked you for very long already," Suhyeok said as he went to look at Hee-young who was already looking at him. He gave her a smile before handing the camera to her.
"Adoptive Dad and Mom, hope you guys are enjoying life together as zombies. I'm sorry for being rude... But when I found out that I was adopted... I was furious, that's why I changed my attitude. When you forced me to be a trainee, I didn't want to. I wanted to just be a normal dancer. I didn't want fame. When you hit me every single time, I wanted to kill you. Now you guys are dead, who am I suppose to hate now? How am I suppose to bring you the guy that I like?" Hee-young said, "Lee Suhyeok, I like you." With that she placed the camera down.
Suhyeok looked at her, slightly smiling. She looked at him and lightly smile before going to look down when suddenly, his hand lightly grabbed her chin and made her face him. His other hand, grabbing the camera and making sure that it was filming.
"Oh god, this is a bad time to confess right?" Suhyeok muttered as he scanned Hee-young's lips. He moved closer till their noses touched. Hee-young wanted to hesitate when she moved closer. Suhyeok finished it up with his lips colliding with hers. Their lips in sync. Suhyeok place his hand on Hee-young's cheeks as they deepen the kiss.
Soon they separated and looked at each other, smiling. Hee-young quickly stood up and gave the camera to Chang-Hoon and Namra.
"Hee-young, I-"
"At least I know that you like me back when I am going to die," Hee-young softly said, smiling.
"No shit, idiot, they kissed," Cheongsan said.
"Aw man, I thought I stand a chance," Gyeongsu whined. Wujin pat him on the back.
"It's fine. You still have us," Wujin said.
"At least I have a crush on Hari and not on anyone here," Daesu said dreamily.
"Shut up will you. I shall not allow you to be with Hari Noona," Wujin said as he smack Daesu's back.
"I heard something strange," Namra said, standing up.
"Is she turning?"
"What if halfbies doesn't turn?" Daesu questions.
"Oh my days," Hyo-ryung sighed. Daesu let out a 'oh'.
"I hear someone puking. It stopped," Namra said.
"What stopped?"
"The sound of puking," Namra reminded them. Chang-Hoon looked at her, their hands still intertwined. "Don't you hear it?" They shook their head, their face looked crept out.
"Are yous scared?" Daesu asked as he sees Hyo-ryung panting really hard.
"Stop that. It's just you're the one breathing the loudest," Hyo-ryung spat.
"We should go. It's weird here."
"But how, there are zombies everywhere."
"We should've gone to the roof when the music was playing," Jimin whined.
"Music..." Hee-young muttered before looking at that electric guitar over there.
"We have music," Cheongsan said, pointing to those instruments.
"We're going to have to build a tall barricade here, and then we lure them in with music. Use the instruments too. If we leave the door open, they'll follow the music in. Once it's clear, we take the back door up to the roof. In other words, what you're saying is we stack desks, chairs, and whatever else we could find in the middle here," Onjo ordered
"Open the front door and run out through the back door, right?"
"Chang-Hoon, connect that wire for me," Hee-young said. Chang-Hoon went to connect all the wires together before showing a thumbs up sign to Hee-young. Hee-young lightly strum the strings as she waited for the others to be ready.
"Holy shit, Ms Ice can play the guitar?" Gyeongsu gasped as he looked at Hee-young.
"I haven't played it for very long already," Hee-young muttered.
"She used to be a very good player by the way. She is very talented," Suhyeok added. Hee-young looked at him and just raised her eyebrow.
"Not that talented," She said, as she lightly strummed the strings.
"She sucks at school, but she's pretty smart." Apparently it was a compliment for Onjo while others think it was offending. lol. They started to place all of the chords together for the TV.
"Suhyeok, what the hell are you doing?" Hee-young muttered.
"I need to open the door," He said. Hee-young shook her head. Suhyeok chuckled before placing a kiss on her forehead, "It will be fine. I won't die." Hee-young looked at him.
"You always say that," Hee-young muttered. Suhyeok gave her a wink before going to the barrack.
"Ready?"
"GO!" The door was opened. The zombies started coming in. Hee-young started strumming the strings like crazy just to attract the zombies.
"Daesu, made some more noise!" Onjo shouted as the girls were all banging on all type of things. Such nice music, indeed.
"DIE ZOMBIES. FUCKING DIE!" Daesu screamed. "Wujin!"
"We can't go yet. Not yet!" Wujin told them as he took a peek outside.
"It's not going to hold on any longer," Gyeongsu reminded them. Hee-young gave up and threw the guitar over the barrack. She climbed up the barrack before taking her lighter burning the zombies arm while her other hand used her pocket knife to stab the zombies.
"Now?" Wujin shook his head, "A while more!" Hee-young quickly kick the zombies hand and faces as they tried to crawl up the barrack.
"Clear. Let's go now!" Wujin shouted.
"You go first, I'm going to shit in my pants," Daesu complained.
"Hee-young!" Suhyeok shouted as she was still up at the barrack. She quickly jump down and rushed out of the classroom with Suhyeok.
"Shit, it's lock!" They started to push the door, trying to get in.
"Throw this over!" Namra shouted as they threw the big blue sheet over the zombies. Hee-young was about to help with the door with her pin but then saw a familiar figure. Yoon Gwinam.
"Give me your eye," Gwinam said as he targeted Cheongsan. Hee-young quickly pulled out her knife and stab him. Gwinam looked at her, in anger. Chang-Hoon quickly pulled her away from him. Namra suddenly had her eye starting to turn red.
"Why didn't you die!" Namra shouted as she threw Gwinam off the platform. Just then the door opened and they started to rush out, trying to get the attention of the chopper.
"HELP!" The screams of help were loud yet desperate. Once the chopper started to go further, the figure gone tinier too. They gave up hope and just sighed.
"His gone. Gwinam. I hear his breathing," Namra said as the banging marks made on the door were made by Gwinam.
"Didn't you said you threw him from the fourth floor?"
"Yeah," Suhyeok said.
"So how did he survive..."
"Maybe he doesn't die. Maybe he is like Namra," Daesu said.
"Maybe it is like the girl in the teacher's office," Cheongsan said. Suhyeok nodded his head as he started to have flashbacks from earlier.
"Forget about it, let's making the SOS sign," Onjo said.
"I made an 'O'," Daesu said.
"That's all?" Jimin questions. Soon they started to make the SOS sign where they kept on making either too small, crooked, not pretty. The next stupid thing they did was that they were talking about the meaning of SOS.
Hee-young chuckled as she and Chang-Hoon sat up on the edge, looking at them, smoking together.
"I confessed to Namra... She said yes," Chang-Hoon said.
"Wonderful," Hee-young said.
"You seemed more cheerful. Much more better than the past," Chang-Hoon said, "You and Suhyeok together?"
"I don't know..." Hee-young muttered as she took another drag. Chang-Hoon chuckled.
"You guys kissed. We saw it. Quite cute honestly," Chang-Hoon said, taking a long drag.
"This might be our last smoking together... If there is even a chance that we can get out of this alive, we'll smoke together," Hee-young said as she looked at Chang-Hoon.
"I love you, sis," Chang-Hoon said, finally calling her 'sis'. Hee-young smiled.
"HEY! MIND HELPING US WITH THE FIRE?" Gyeongsu shouted at them. Chang-Hoon stood up and walked towards them.
"Cramp, cramp," Joon-yeong said. Daesu then started to do it,
"Should we kill him," Wujin whispered.
"Are you praying?"
"If you want to kill him, I can give you a suggestion. First, chop him off. Next roast him. Make sure the sides are brown in colour to show that it is cooked. For his eyes... Donate one to Gwinam, it seems like he needs it," Hee-young said, popping behind them which made them startled.
Wujin then started to do it.
"There's smoke!" Suhyeok quickly blew it.
"Did it work?" Daesu asked.
"Shit," Suhyeok mumbled.
"Let me do it," Chang-Hoon said, taking over. Namra looked at him and hesitated a little.
"Yah," She said. They didn't respond to her.
"Yah!" They looked at her. Hee-young continued to take a drag while looking at them.
"Use this. I smoke sometimes," Namra said as she handed them her lighter.
"You had this the entire time?"
"You don't want it?" Namra asked. They quickly took the lighter from her. When suddenly, Gyeongsu spoke.
"Hee-young, don't you also have a lighter? You are smoking right now," Gyeongsu said, they looked at her. Hee-young blinked her eyes, innocently.
"Huh? What? I don't know what you are talking about," Hee-young said before walking away. Suhyeok quickly stood up and stood next to her.
"Youngiie," Suhyeok said, he held onto her hand, intertwining it. He looked at her smiling, studying her side facial features. "Stop smoking, ok?" Hee-young looked at him before looking at her cigarette.
"Smoking isn't something you can stop, Suhyeok. Plus, who knows if I might even survive this thing. With zombies around, I don't think I will even make it. So might as well smoke till my entire lungs die," Hee-young said, as she took another drag.
"You are going to survive it. I will make sure of it. While that is happening," Suhyeok said. He then took the cigarette and threw it away. "I am taking that cigarette to the zombies." Hee-young chuckled.

"Daesu, how was your audition," Suhyeok asked as they were all sitting around the fire place.
"They said I have to lose weight," Daesu sighed, "If only I was as lucky as Hee-young who can easily be a trainee."
"Well, you're a good singer."
"Sing for us. I wanna hear it."
"Just forget it," Daesu sighed.
"Sing it, Daesu. It'll cheer us up," Wujin said. Daesu nodded his head.
"Let's go once it's over. Let's go anywhere. Once we're done studying 12 hours a day. Once the annoying sounds are over. Let's go hand in hand. Let's not run. Let's not run. Let's try walking slowly. Let's try walking slowly. Is that drool or sweat pooled in the book? No one notices the plop, plop. No one notices the plop, plop. The plop, plop. The plop, plop. The falling rain drops. The falling rain drops. What is boiling? Simmer, simmer. What is boiling? Simmer, simmer. It's Mom's doenjang stew. It's Mom's doenjang stew. Mm-hm, a bowl of instant noodles. Mm-hm, a bowl of instant noodles. In front of the TV Which plays nothing but static. Let's go anywhere together. Let's go anywhere together."
"Well, now that I actually listened to it, I think it's kind of nice," Hyo-ryung said.
"That was encouraging, Daesu," Wujin said as he pat Daesu's shoulder.
"Namra, how long have you been smoking for?"
"Since eighth grade. I didn't really have friends at all and I had a lot of stress. Hee-young was the only one who I really could be friends with. It is like she understands me," Namra said.
"But isn't it lonely to only have one friend?" Onjo asked, "You always put up a wall. You'd wear your headphones all day, and you never said anything. Wasn't it because you hated us?"
"I never hated you guys. I just didn't know how," Namra mumbled.
"Well... I never really liked you. I thought you didn't talk to us, because we were beneath you. I kind of hated you. There were times that I wished you just disappeared," Joon-yeong confessed.
"Aren't you all close? You both are the top students," Daesu said.
"That's why I hated her. No matter how hard I worked, I was always second. But it's okay now. I think I was able to come in second, because of Namra," Joon-yeong said.
"Hey, being second is good. I can't even be in 20th," Daesu frowned.
"Too bad I take that position," Hee-young joked. It was a fact that she scores one of the lowest for the girls in her class. It isn't because she didn't want to study, it is just that she don't see a reason why is there a need to study when she is already a trainee.
"Hey, don't compare yourself to Joon-yeong," Hyo-ryung said.
"I was just saying," Daesu sighed, "Why do you always get on my case whenever I say something? Wait a second. Do you like me?"
"Shut up, you moron," Hyo-ryung shouted.
"I'm going to put it out there, so you don't get hurt. I like somebody else. So don't like me," Daesu said out loud.
"I don't like you! I'm not interested in you at all," Hyo-ryung shouted, fake gagging at the thought of it.
"Daesu, who do you like?"
"He's, he's a total freak," Wujin sighed.
"His sister," Joon-yeong said.
"Hari from Archery?" They shouted.
"I go crazy when I'm in love. She's like my little Cupid," Daesu said, acting as if love arrows were shooting at him
"Stop it. If we get out of here alive, I'm gonna tell my sister," Wujin said, smiling. His smile hinted something.
"Will you really tell her?" Daesu said, as if it was some present or something.
"Yeah, to shoot and kill you. I said not to like my sister," Wujin said.
"Hey, you can't do that to me, future brother-in-law," Daesu frowned.
"You- I'll tell her to kill you," Wujin said, "And that is final." Daesu started to whine in love.
"My mom and dad prepped everything for my transfer. They said to just go to Seoul. But I really didn't want to go there. I wouldn't have had any friends, and I was afraid of the Seoul kids. I didn't know what to do. Then On-jo gave me a great idea. She said I just had to cut school for five days. Then the principal can't write you a recommendation. So that's what I did. It's all thanks to On-jo... that I didn't have to transfer. I should've just gone to Seoul. Then none of this would have happened to me," Jimin said.
"People have always said... my sister was an archery prodigy ever since she was little. So our parents only cared about trying to get my sister onto the national team. They've never paid attention to me at all," Wujin said.
"I'll give you all my attention, brother-in-law. Don't be sad. You have me," Daesu said, wrapping his arms around Wujin's shoulder. Wujin groans the moment he heard brother-in-law.
"Thank God that I have Dae-su," Wujin said.
"I don't really have anything to say. I wouldn't really know... but I feel like I made friends."
"Hee-young, you've been quiet. Tell us," Onjo said as she looked at Hee-young who was staring at the fire blankly.
"I've always thought that my biological parents didn't want me. I used to love dancing as a hobby. Whenever I dance, I feel free. The moment when my adoptive father went to bring me to his company to go for an audition to become a trainee, I didn't like it at all. I only wanted to dance, probably part of a dance crew, not a kpop idol. The worse thing is when I found out when I was adopted, I hated them even more. My adoptive mom hated me. Sometimes she is nice, sometimes she isn't. That's when I started to join Gwinam's gang. Suhyeok and I have known each other since middle school. When he joined Gwinam, I joined too. We did horrible things. Usually Suhyeok will be the one standing at one side while I be the one doing all the work along with Gwinam and Chang-Hoon."
"When, Suhyeok left the group, I did too. But when people started to talk about my doings, they said I will never be good. So I thought to myself, am I really that horrible? In the end, I went back to the group, attitude changing. Now that we are in this mess, y'all don't actually hate me. You guys don't really bother about what I did."
Namra held onto Hee-young's hand while squeezing it lightly. The others smiled, finally seeing Hee-young being open.
"Me and Onjo... I just, well... I just want some water, really. Not stuff like that," Cheongsan said.
"Be completely honest. Be completely honest. Do you have a crush?" When that sentence was made, Cheongsan's cheeks looked slightly red.
"Mhm."
"You do? For real?" Onjo shouted as she sees Cheongsan hummed. "Why do you keep on stalling? Do you have a crush?"91Please respect copyright.PENANA8i7Uk56QVX
"Sort of," Cheongsan muttered.
"Sort of? Who is she? Do I know her? Who is it?" Onjo blabbered. Hee-young looked at the two, her eyes moving from left to right, trying to connect them together.91Please respect copyright.PENANAYUV6MKEYga
"You. I like you, Onjo," Cheongsan finally confessed after an entire decade. Gasp were made and most of them have their eyes wide opened in shock.
"He doesn't mean it. He's just kidding. I mean, we were friends and neighbors since kindergarten, that's all. Stop joking," Onjo said, fake laughing, trying not to not believe what happened.91Please respect copyright.PENANAZwjH2VAWFy
"I'm not joking. Ever since I was six years old, I've always liked you, On-jo. And I always will," Cheongsan said. Onjo blinked her eyes constantly before standing up, walking away from the group. 91Please respect copyright.PENANAqspXeNG0v1
"Go little chicken restuarant," Hee-young said as she stood up, pulling Cheongsan to get his ass up before pushing him to talk to Onjo.
"Onjo!" A shout was heard after a while. Their head turns, trying to find where the sound was coming from.
"Give me your eye, asshоlе."91Please respect copyright.PENANAPmEdo8dLBs
