We race across the sky in the black abyss of space,

Looking at the world from a different point of view.

Our small speckled sanctuary, just a little blue face

Against the dark highway I travel with you.

But the skies seemed brighter,

From our own worlds we did not always belong,

Floating silently in the dark.
