As we headed on, we saw all kinds of amazing things. We saw hotels, apartments, houses, restaurants, arcades, stores, EVERYTHING! "Why dont you stay for the night? Its getting late." Aaron asked. "No thanks, we gotta get home." I said. As we headed back to the water, we were glad to have tails again. We went back through the tunnel, and I thought about all the great things that had happened. Sierra and I going to the beach together, Sierra saving me from drowning, Sierra and I becoming mermaids, going to the cove, and now the day has come to an end.
The good thing was that Sierra was letting me and Jodb spend the night. And, well, we all know how that works out. Its all awkward talk, Kodh blushes, Brittany blushes, they start to kiss, they realize whats happening, they scoot away, then put their chairs back together, and it starts all over again.
We made it up to the surface, and we turned back into humans. "It was a great day," I said. "Maybe we can come back tomorrow." I admired the necklaces we got. I held mine, and noticed Sierra was doing the same. Instantly, we were transported to Sierra's house. I didnt understand it. "We shouldve asked Aaron about that." Sierra chuckled. "I agree".
We went upstairs to find Josh and Brittany sitting next to each other, and for the first time, being completely normal, which was weird. We didnt know what was going on, but we didnt dare ask.
We quietly crept back downstairs, but we slipped, and they heard us. "Sierra! Melissa! Come here please!" Brittany exclaimed. "Yes?" We both said, shakily. We started heading up the stairs again, quieter this time. "Where were you guys?" Josh asked us. "Ummm..." Sierra started. "Well.. we were at the park. We uhh.. left a note.. You mustve not seen it.." I finished.
"Is that so?" Said Josh, smiling. "Alright, but next time, tell us face-to-face, okay?" "Okay!" We both answered. We both raced downstairs and got some water, but as son as I turned the faucet om, all the water froze to ice. "What was that?!" I yelled. "Shh, Melissa. They might come down here and see what happened, and then you'll be taken away." "Oh! Right." I said. "Here, let me see." Offered Sierra.
