Hell, the underground of wrath and death, torture, punishment, and chaos... not as humans seem to think it is... not fire nor red as their drawings suggest, or what they deem it to be...
Hell is dark, but it's darkness is it's soil, hell is white, it's whiteness is it's flames that roar in anger, it absorbs the filthy and the forsaken.
Hell consists of 3 floors each with it's own inhabitants.

The first floor:
is the place of most demons and creature of hell of the low level, divided into 3 clans:
The Urgim clan:
Reside in the upper right near the mountains, Demons of strength and desire of blood, they kill without second thoughts, fight for the fun of it, and bleed in glory and pride of their own clan and name.
The Chnsin tribe:
Residing in the upper middle of hell, They are never known much about, but told that they worship a holy tree in hell called "agony", they are skilled in dark magic and usually don't let intruders get near the tree or their tribes, they are concealed off the world of demons by a great forest called "the lost" this forest is told to get lost once you step in.
The Zekidin clan:
Residing in the upper left of hell, Demons of high mobility and speed, able to hide their bodies within any environment they make contact with, faster than any of the other clans... yet their magic and strength are far looked down upon.
These are the tribes and clans that resided hell, what falls in the middle right to left of the first floor, is the wasteland, a dire place of hell creatures that kill on first sight, survive on killing each other, much like animals of the five lands but more aggressive.
the rest and around the first floor consist the lavishing white flames, much like rivers on earth.

The second floor...
The second floor is accessed by climbing up the agony tree only from the first floor.
The second floor consisted of one giant long mansion... that seemed to have belonged to a family called "The crimson." around that building were a vast lily flower field, right; left; front; back, it was everywhere, but at some points... there were roses among them for some reasons, with every hundred was like 2 at least. Every lily flower meant a child of the crimson family, and it is speculated, that they bread by themselves, every 50 male and female of them comes one with crimson hair and crimson eyes, those become the new king and queen of the family.
There has been found some chrysalis and eggs, it is said that in maturity, the king and queen would get into a "chrysalis" to complete their growth and obtain wings... they are the only species of hell that have wings.

The third floor...
Nobody reached this point but it is said that the lord resides within that floor.

Coming back to the first floor.

The ritual is done when a new born arrives, demons usually give birth to more than one new spring, dependent on the demon form, some give many, some only one, some not at all.
once the new born is given birth to, the parents immediately take off the right eye.
"Eye of hope" and give it to the temple's keeper
and only keep the left eye.
"Eye of despair."
Then cleanse the child into a bath of blood for a whole week regularly checking on them.
Infused by despair and blood, the child will take form while growing up in what shape hell gives them.

through their blood, the new borns and demons alike, gain somewhat of their power from bathing, drinking, and using their bloods.

except Tyuris the scholar, though the others were already within madness, Tyuris was a genius... He founded the Demons language and taught it through a mind linking technique but it took time until people started picking it up, he developed a lot magic without having to go mad secretly and walked another path than madness, his findings were for those who were within his clan only.
his teachings and findings were left in what he formed, his own clan, the clan for those who are not mad, who found the reality of what he found, he didn't wish to be mindless, and it was that, that led to his doom.
His interest in his researches led him to believe in something about the lord, and as he found it he departed to go and challenge the lord and never came back along with the other five.
Demons in the clan kept firm and believed in the last thing he said, his prophecy.
Nobody knows where Tyuris came from, what clan he belongs to, but he changed hell.
