Ashylnn raised an eyebrow “about what?” She asked her curiosity peeking. He frowned and stood up “about the council. And Jake.” He stood up and gestured towards the door, ashylnn eyes him suspiciously but stepped up the steps and unlocked the door letting him in.
Ashylnn dropped her bag on her chair at the table and went over to the fridge “koolaid?” She asked, he nodded and she poured him glass before pulling herself up on the counter and he sat on the stool next to her. “You have 10 minutes to explain.” She said sipping her koolaid.
Damon sighed and explained everything in full detail her eyes widening just a tad and then he finished leaving her speechless and wide eyed before she dropped her glass in shock and hurt, the glass shattered making her jump and Damon stared.
She looked at him before her eyes started to tear up “he...really....” she let her face fall into her hands and Damon frowned in concern “it’ll be okay...” he said resting his hand on her thigh tracing circles.
She blushed and wiped her tears before standing up and looking at the glass “I should pick this up before mom comes home...” she said going to pick up the broken shards with her bare hands.
Damon’s eyes widened and he grabbed her wrist “don’t pick them up without gloves!” He said, she raised and eyebrow and sighed. “Okay, okay now please let go of my hand” she said eyeing him.
He nodded and dropped her hand before standing up and grabbing a towel to pick up the shards.
Ashlynn yawned and helped him before the doorbell rang and she looked up surprised before walking over and looking through the peep hole, she sighed and opened the door before slipping thought the crack outside.
“What.” She snapped Jake raised an eyebrow confused and cleared his throat “I wanted to know if you’d like to study for the exam with me?” He said, ashylnn frowned and shook her head “can’t. I’m busy.” She said walking back into the house and shutting the door on him.
“Jake?” Damon asked leaning against the wall next to the door, ashylnn nodded “when are you gonna dump him?” He asked. She looked at him taken aback “w-what?” She said.
He glanced at a picture of her family and then back at her “when are you dumping him?” He repeated, she frowned thinking for a moment “but if I dump him they’ll know I know....” she said.
Damon nodded “true” he bit the inside of his cheek and looked at the floor “also...I was wondering...do you know how I feel...about you?” He asked. Ashylnn stared shocked “w-what?” She stuttered, he looked at her with piercing eyes “n-no...” she said.
Damon waked towards her picking up a strand of hair from her shoulder kissing it gently “should I show you....?” He asked looking into her eyes their lips inches apart.
“I-I...” she blushed just when Damon closed the distance and they locked lips. She stood there shocked for a couple of minutes before she finally Gave in and wrapped her arms around his strong neck, he pushed her farther against the door the lock clicking.
She felt something warm tap her lip she blushed and responded letting him in, his hands trailed up her legs to her waist where they rested when a knock sounded on the door.
Ashylnn and Damon jumped falling over ontop of each other, ashylnn looked at Damon her face red as she straddled his hips before she got up quickly. He did the same before grabbing his bag waving and then jumping out a near window.
Ashylnn took a deep breathe and opened the door, Gabe was there confused “why was the door locked?” He asked. Ashylnn shrugged “sorry I must’ve locked it on accident when I came in” she lied moving a strand of hair from her face and avoiding his eyes.
“Righhhhtttt” he said walking in and setting his bag on the recliner in the lounge room and then plopping down into it.
“So. I saw Jake at the door. What did he want?” He asked, I glanced at him shutting the door “oh..hey wanted to study with me...but I said no” she said walking to get a water.
“I see...that explains why he was being pissy” Gabe mumbled to himself while slumping in the chair. I giggled “well I’m gonna head up to my room so see ya” ashylnn replied and ran up the stairs to her room before shutting the door and sliding down the wall into a ball touching her lips gently.
She sighed.
