Dialogue: Aurora and Rob

Aurora: "Why are you here, Rob? Instead, maybe tell me why I continue to live in Scotland."
Rob: "I'm here to see you take off on the adventure of a lifetime, Aurora."
Aurora: "Leave me alone. I am still exhausted from unrelenting boredom at work yesterday."
Rob: "Then I think that even a small diversion is what the doctor ordered."
Aurora: "What day is it? Has my vacation started? No, I could not be that lucky."
Rob: "You're confused because you just woke up. Still, normally, this is a day off."
Aurora: "Pardon? What did you say to me?"
Rob: "I should've said: 'It's Saturday, Specialist Aurora Jones.' I mean, former specialist."
Aurora: "Were you let into my house, or did you break in? Hey, that's right, I was taking a nap!"
Rob: "I kept a copy of the house key. Look, Aurora, at the dockyards we've got a real treat."
Aurora: "It goes without saying that I have not worked there for a couple of years."
Rob: "I still do, at least as a guard. See, there's some lovely codebreaking work to be done."
Aurora: "What the heck? Why would the British Navy want to have me again as a codebreaker?"
Rob: "Before we go, I need to double-check about any possible French language skills."
Aurora: "I am fluent. I feel certain that you already knew that. What is going on? Tell me."
Rob: "You will be grateful for having been volunteered. All shall be revealed, me darlin'."
Aurora: "Well, at least I am feeling awake now. Completely alive now. Still, do not call me that."
Rob: "Okay, Miss Jones, put on a nice dress. Then we'll meet the brass at headquarters."
Aurora: "I need a vacation, not an assignment. Tell me Rob, as you might know: Where the heck is my Aspirin?!"

Author's Notes
As suggested by the title, this story deals with time travel. Near the beginning of the story, there will be a break in the normal course of time, into two different paths, or timelines.
The main character Dani will appear in both timelines. The character Aurora will always appear in the story with what I have labeled Timeline A ("A" for Aurora).
Another character that is an office secretary, and who initially goes by the name Beth, will appear for the most part in Timeline B ("B" for Beth).
