Aurora: "Why did Rob leave us to fend for ourselves at the dock? Against military men even."
Dani: "As Spock would say 'Fascinating.' Yet, I need my laptop. Hey, Miss Mumbai!"
Aurora: "Pardon? I was born in Britain not India.”
Dani: "Earth to Aurora, hand over my so-called placemat. Then I'll row off into the sunset."
Aurora: "Oh no, Dani."
Dani: "Not 'oh no.' I want to hear that you grabbed it, and you are going to give it to me."
Aurora: "Rob said that the military is loading the placemat on a plane bound for Washington."
Dani: "I'm royally screwed. All my notes and samples were in there. Off to D.C., I suppose."
Aurora: "You will not be able to get it back, now that it is in the custody of the War Department."
Dani: "Alright, I guess the world comes to an end then, unless we break into the Pentagon."
Aurora: "In what world is that shape relevant? Regardless, you will not be able to get it back."
Dani: "Toru knew. He knew I wasn't taking stuff seriously. I have been skating by on luck."
Aurora: "Dani, I read all of the passage. I did not understand it all, but I did read it entirely."
Dani: "You do not grok, do not get, do not understand, how badly this ends for everyone."
Aurora: "Listen, once I read a passage, I do not forget it. I remember everything that is written."
Dani: "Hot damn! You have a photographic memory! So, it's time for you to step aboard."
Aurora: "I do not follow you, but my memory for written material is essentially perfect, nearly."
Dani: "Good enough for government work is good enough for me. Alright, let's go, Aurora."
Aurora: "I tested at 98% accuracy on even longer passages. I am not perfect to tell the truth."
Dani: "Let's be ‘the end times time travelers.’ We'll prevent dystopias from happening."
Aurora: "I will write it down instead as I have responsibilities. My brother moved to live with me."
Dani: "There's not enough time to write it out. Plus, you didn't cheat on these tests, right?"
Aurora: "What the heck! A break from Scotland is what I need, and my brother is responsible."
Dani: "I'll be doing a lot of counting aloud. I have to focus on my rowing so no distractions."
Aurora: "I will stay quiet during this adventure when need be. Yet, where is our destination?"
Dani: "You might freak out. To get underway we are heading for late 21st Century Japan."
Aurora: "Yes, with that bit of information... I think I am experiencing what freaking out entails."
