The Librarian is my favorite person in the school.

Because of her, the library is safe

Safe for me to think,

For me to read,

To breathe.

Such a quiet place,

I can look for books,

Take a nap,

Read,

Or even just talk to Burns.

But nobody can judge.

Or just speak our minds.

I don’t believe

One can ever feel safer,

Then in a library

Silently pursuing,

Whispering chats,

People taking naps

Study groups begin to form.
