Last time, Rémi was excited about his day off. Mai and I met Rémi’s father. I felt a bad feeling about him.
That night, I called Rémi.
Me: Hey Rémi.
Rémi: Hey Lily. What are you up to?
Me: I’m really bored. I miss you.
Rémi: I do too but I can’t get you.
Me: Are you sure about that?
Rémi: Very Sure. Your father should be out of town this coming weekend.
Me: Really?
Rémi: Your father will make you go.

Me: You too. My dad’s going to show you off to everyone.

Rémi: Yeah it is. Not when a crazy woman stalks you to want some sex.

My dad walks into my room. Lily. Minato replied.
I turned around and stopped texting Rémi.
Yes dad, what do you want to talk about? I asked. By any chance are you in a relationship with Rémi? Minato asked. I looked at my dad. Rémi was quiet.

Are you sure? Minato asked. I’m very sure. I replied. Have a great night, Lily. Minato replied. He kissed my forehead and walked out of my room.
He can’t know about my memories surfacing. Also, the memory "that" surfaced yesterday. I thought.

Me: Bye.
As I got off the phone, I thought about that memory. My dad and the rest of the family left for the weekend. I woke up, and I was home alone. Only thing I could think about was seeing Rémi.
He came over to keep me company.
Before I realized it, we ended up in my room kissing. We displayed libidinous actions. I woke the next morning sleeping underneath his arm. My dad called me to apologize for leaving me behind. Lily, breakfast. Minato replied. Coming. I replied. As I came downstairs, I went into the refrigerator to get the orange juice out. I poured a cup and went to the table to sit down. I saw the display of food.
My dad made that food. He is trying to make me talk. I thought.
Dad, it's been a while since you've cooked for everyone. What is the occasion? I asked. What are you talking about, Lily? Dad always makes breakfast. Mai replied. No, he is trying to make me talk. I'm not giving him the satisfaction he desires. I thought.
My phone rang.
Oh look, it is my mom. I replied. Great timing too.
I went to my room.

Esme: Hi sweetie. Did your father making breakfast this morning?
Me: Yes.

Me: He is suspecting that I'm in a relationship with him.

Me: I would never mom. My dad gives him a hard time enough when he helps me with anything.

Me: I know, but if I dated him, he will get treated worse than he already is.
Esme: I know your father. He actually would. I want you to talk to him to see him today.

After I got off the phone with my mom, I went downstairs and ate my breakfast with everyone and went along with their request.
My mom appeared at the house.

Rémi walked to his balcony and opened the door and pulled me into his room. Stay quiet. Your mom is distracting those people. Rémi replied. What is it you want to tell me? I asked.
He looked me in my eyes.
I could tell he wants to tell me in that instant.
