The end of this chapter will most likely be posted this weekend, so look out for it!
Haven’s lips always tasted like strawberries for some odd reason, and it really wasn’t as attractive - or fun - as it is when I’m kissing Delcan. But I sucked it up and pretended that I liked her back.
Every time we start kissing, I always try to try harder, thinking that somehow, I’ll suddenly become interested in her. Of course, it never happened, and I had given up hope in feeling anything other than this is wrong when I’m kissing her.
Haven pushed me down on her bed as she pulled her body closer to mine. I didn’t know if there was really any possible way I could get out of the situation I was already in, but she seemed too needy, and desperate for it that I felt horrible for wanting to get away from her. I was closing my eyes as she began turning the kiss into french kissing, and tried to think of anything other than what I was doing. I tried not to think about how Haven was pulling on my waistband and how she was trying to take her shirt off of me. I tried not to think of what the possible worst situation of all of this could be - even though I’m sure it couldn’t get worse.
But it did.
Haven pulled away from the kiss and began taking off her shirt. Everything in my body and brain was telling me to stop her, but her lips were back on mine before I could say anything to her. It was fortunate that she was wearing a tank top under her shirt, but it still didn’t mean the entire thing wouldn’t end well. As I kissed her back, she began putting her hands in my hair (but not like Delcan ever does) and left me defenseless. It felt like there was nothing I could possibly do to fix what’s happening, but all I could even do was kiss her back as she never hesitated with using her tongue.
I should’ve said no when Haven asked me to be her girlfriend. I should have just told her then. But I didn’t. And now, here I was making out with the girl I could never love.
She started to unbutton my pants, and that’s when I pulled away from her as quick as possible. I can’t do it anymore. Sitting up, Haven looked at me, confusion spread all over her face. She paused for a minute before standing up, but I backed away from her, and buttoned my pants back up.
“We can’t do this,” I said to myself. When I had gotten myself together, I began to walk away, but Haven grabbed my arm, anger spread all over her face.
“What are you even talking about?” she asked me. “My parents aren’t home. You don’t need to-”
“I-that’s not what I’m bothered by,” I interrupted. It was beginning to become a problem for me - to interrupt others.. “Haven, I think you’re a beautiful girl, and that you are amazing and sweet. But-”752Please respect copyright.PENANACt0lhyx8FL

“I’m breaking up with you.”
When I looked at Haven, I felt a large sense of relief flow through me. She would just cry about it for a day before she’d finally get over it and begin loving on another guy. I was fine with her friends hating me for a little bit, and it wouldn’t bother me since they hardly even do much. All of this would be over - at least that’s what I told myself.
But I was wrong.
And that’s when all ⟴ broke loose.
