Alex yawned and slowly drifted to sleep, as Void did the same Endorria stared at the stars.
The stars glittered against the black sky and the bright moon, she always loved the dark… she didn't quite know why but she did.
She smiled to herself before a slight hissing rang in her ears, she flinched.
The orb.
She waited for Alex to start his usual flinching and Void to start snoring, when they did she stood up quietly and teleported to the edge of the cave.
She peeked back around to see if they were asleep, she sighed and walked up to the dark room again where the orb sat above the pedestal.
She circled it, admiring it as she did so.
She stopped and raised a hand to it, for some reason it almost seemed to call her name.
She shook her head pulling her hand back again before repeating the process, this time she hesitated but didn't pull away as the orb pulsed loudly in her ears.
"What are you… " she mumbled before something flashed across her eyes, her eyes flashed red before she took a step back.
She stared at the orb, her hair swirling around her in locks of thick curls before she frowned, the memory of the journal discovery popping into her head.
"How come they get magik journals and I don't. " she snapped to herself, the orb pulsed a bright purple.
She stared at it and took a step forward.
"They're not more important than I am. I'm a watch dog. They're amateurs… " she hissed to herself, "I should be able to keep what I find. " she growled, raising her hand to the orb.
It glowed brighter and brighter as she touched it before it burst and she flew backwards, she groaned sitting up slowly.
The orb rocked back and forth on the pedestal before falling, her eyes widened and she lunged for it grabbing it successfully.
She sighed a sigh of relief before a loud boom sounded.
Alex sat up right and so did Void, they stared at each other as a loud boom sounded.
Alex looked around and Void pulled him up, as they walked looking for Endorria they held onto each other.
"ENDORRIA!!! " Alex called out.
"ENDE!! " Void yelled, Alex looked around as the sky continued to rumble.
"What is happening… '' Void mumbled, Alex pushed him out of the way of a lightning bolt.
"Something… something isn't right… "Alex replied, grabbing Void's hand and tugging him into the white building.
Void stared out the windows looking for Endorria "where is she? " he said worried, Alex paced the marble floors.
"There isn't anywhere she could've gone- and at this point she can't.. " he glanced out at the now pouring rain "she can't find her way back" he finished, Void stared and groaned.
"What the hell did she do. " Alex snapped, staring at the rain, Void looked at him with disgust.
"What do you mean?" Void asked, crossing his arms, his wings unfurling only a little.
"Seriously? You haven't noticed? Void she's been acting weird ever since she found out I was a born god…And then the journal incident! C'mon snap outta it! She caused something I know she did! " Alex exclaimed.
Void stared anger rising.
"She didn't do anything! I think you're just being self centered! " he shouted back, Alex recoiled the remark shot through him like an arrow, the sky rumbled.
"Maybe you're both wrong"
They spun around to see Endorria leaning against the wall tossing an orb up and down in her hand.
"What-"
"Thank god you're okay! " Void exclaimed, hugging her, she squeaked the orb falling from her fingertips.
Alex caught it.
"What is this… " he said, Endorria snatched it from him with a wicked grin.
"Finders keepers." She hissed, Void raised an eyebrow.
"What are you- did you-" Alex stopped and stared at the orb.
"Oh shush, it's not like you liked me enough to care, Alexander. " she sneered, He stared in horror.
Void stood behind her staring at the orb.
"Ende… you should, put that down" Void said watching as the orb spread black through her veins and slowly up her forearm.
She eyed the black.
"Oh don't worry about this" she giggled, Alex backed away slowly.
"Endorria. put it down." He said, overwhelmed by the pulsing energy the orb gave off.
Endorria glared.
"Endorria this, endorria that. I'm tired of being pushed around!" She snapped her eyes flashing green
"Can't you find something better to do then give me dirty looks and look down your nose at me? Just because you're a born god doesn't make you perfect! " she practically screamed, Void's eyes widened and he backed away from her.
"Ende.. " he said softly, reaching for her. she slapped his hand away.
"Don't touch me. " she growled, he yelped, gripping his hand as the black seared through his flesh.
Alex pulled Void away from her.
"You're fucking crazy. " Alex growled before inspecting the burn, Void stared at endorria.
"A-Alex… "
Alex looked up to see Endorria's eye twitching the orb swallowing them all.
"Crazy?! I'll SHOW YOU CRAZY" She yelled, the orb flashed and they were gone.
