Back when Ranger was younger, still learning about himself and the world, he and his girlfriend, Sylvie rushed into marriage after only dating a short time which then led to a baby, but this wasn't without taboo as Wolf's and Meifwa's were still rather new to society then, allowing Humans to remain on-top as times had not yet changed.

They were so inexperienced because they were young and both were ridiculed by the public, their own family's even, opposing them being together, 18 and fresh out of high-school and the authorities warned them what could happen if their marriage ever ended and that current laws and policy's were subject to change in the future, but they just didn't care.
