Let me start with a question: Does anyone else's family seem to try forcing them to have a partner?262Please respect copyright.PENANAXzOy6DHFKh
Because that is what it's like in my family. Let's be clear I'm not that old. I'm at an age where I should be taking care of my studies instead of another person. But both my families can't seem to understand that. Any time I see them it's "Have you got a boy friend yet?" if I say no...they try to set me up with a 'nice Indian boy' that lives across the street from them. Most of my family lives in South Africa. This has been a thing since I was about six. It got worse when I caught the bouquet at my aunt's my wedding. They didn't seem to understand that I wanted it for my mother... I had a conversation with my stepmother and even she said it was a bit unreasonable. It might make sense if I was 25 but not the age I am right now. Sometimes I want to crack the girlfriend card just to see how they would react... But yeah I was just wondering if this wasn't just an issue with my family.
