Peter glared, "What are you doing here?"
"Peter he's hear to discuss about the tree?" I say.
He looked at me in shock. "What tree?"
"The tree in front of my bedroom. Its a long story," then turning to the man I say, "Please take a seat Mr..."
"Williams," he took a seat next to Peter. "Don Williams,"
"Okay Mr. Williams," I felt like smoking again but I hold it in. Steven appeared to take our order and I ordered the usual and Peter did the same.
Mr. Williams didn't order anything and as we wait for our breverage, he said, "You're still in highschool right kid?"
I nod. "You shouldn't be taking that. Its not for you,"
Normally, I would give reasons for my choices but I decide against it.
Meanwhile, Peter was giving him the death stare.

"So what do you do for a living Mr. Williams?"
"I own a an apartment building."
"Oh so you're a landlord?"
"Yep,"
"So what do you know about trees?"
"What is this an interview?" he asked glaring.
"Just answer the stupid question!" Peter muttered.
"Peter please don't be rude," then I turned back to the man. "I am sorry sir. I'm just asking because..."
He looked away, "Its okay, I understand,"
Our orders came and I took a sip of the warm brew while Peter continued to glare at him.
"I served in the army once in Cavana." the man said. "Part of our training was cutting down trees to build make-shift cabins."
I hum for a moment, "Were you among the 15th battalion that fought in 2014?"
He grinned and Peter scoffed, "We all know that's a lie,"
This time it was my turn to glare. "Peter, one more rude comment and I am kicking you out!"
This put Peter in state of panic muttered an apology before busying himself with the cup of coffee.
"So, you want your tree cut down?"
"Yes I do. How much would you ask for?"
Mr. Williams shrugged. "I'll do it for free,"
Peter spat out his drink in shock, "What?"
"What?"
"I said I'll do it for free," he leaned still frowning. "I'll bring my tools over and hire a truck to get it done. When do you want it?"
I stared at him for a while before snapping out of it. "How about during the weekend?"
"Aren't you working during the weekend Y/N?" Peter asked.
"Yeah but I'll take a time off." then I frown, "Lets hope my boss is merciful."
Mr. William nodded and stood up.
"Oh and thank you for the quarters the other day," I say.
He stopped, nodded and walked out the door.
"He gave you quarters?" Peter asked.
I nodded and he frowned.
"You should have asked me to give you quarters." he muttered, "I have plenty of them,"
"Then I hope you would be generous to pay for the curtains you stained," Steven said approaching us with the wipes, "Those curtains aren't going to wash themselves,"
"Then why don't you wash them dumbass!" Peter yelled.
"You stained it you dipshit!" Steven yelled.
I groaned desperately needing a smoke. "Don't worry Steven. I'll pay for it."
"Oh no Darling, I'll do it!" Peter said in an appologizing tone.
Steven scoffed, "You'd better,"
"I wasn't talking to you!" Peter snapped.
I give up and take out a cigarette.
