“Gah! Cold cold cold!!” Juliet cried out underneath a waterfall, her brother standing with her and not reacting much to it at all.261Please respect copyright.PENANAb8iabD1QQX
“Gnh! Sa-Samuel you o-o-kay??”
“I’m fine, you should probably step away if it’s too much Juliet.” Samuel told his sister and she began to bicker with him, nearby Dallas was asleep on a rock looking away from the scene. Juliet steeled herself and stood straight shuddering.
“I-I want t-to become a ninja too, i-if I can’t d-do this then I can’t become a ninja! Ri-Right Hanzo?” Looking across she saw Hanzo standing under the waterfall without a word being said, his hands were clasped together in a tiger hand sign while he meditated under the water… At least that’s what she thinks he’s doing. He looks asleep. Standing under the waterfall a bit longer they finally stepped from underneath it letting the warm sun bask on their skin, looking at Dallas she noticed he wasn’t asleep at all.261Please respect copyright.PENANAPaEeRJGhvS
“Hey Dallas you should purify your soul too.”
“My soul is enough of a mess as it is…”
“That’s exactly why you should purify it with us instead of sitting on a sorrowful soul.” Dallas waved his hand and yet another attempt at helping him was squandered. Time had passed and his hands were shacked once more. Not because they forced him but because he decided to do so himself. Their journey continues with Juliet, Dallas, Samuel, and Hanzo all wandering further without any explanation of where they were going… At least if there was one, Dallas didn’t listen to it, all he’d ever done was sleep and laze around occasionally fighting.
“So what’s the destination Hanzo?” Juliet asked looking at the ninja, he’d keep balanced on a rock looking out into the distance.
“Valentina Village, within two more days we may be able to make it. If we avoid unnecessary situations.” Hanzo told them, Dallas groaned, walking ahead and scratching his head. Wandering along they’d continue on their way to the village, days passing and it seemed no matter what Dallas’s mindset never changed, he stayed stagnant, he stayed stuck but they got close to the village and were only walking distance away.
“That smell…” Juliet sniffed the air and began to back away.261Please respect copyright.PENANADbGoE2uAWL
“Gu-Gun powder, I can smell it coming from the village.” Juliet called out and began to run ahead, Hanzo quickly grabbed her and Samuel leaping into the trees and surveying from above. Above he saw a bunch of people firing their rifles at a horde of imps, oni, ogres and just a slew of demons.261Please respect copyright.PENANAMaMh7BHeIY
“Dallas get- Dallas!” Hanzo shouted to his friend.
KA-THOOM!!
“What do I look like?? We’ve been walking for days and we’re finally here, what makes you think I’m waiting any longer.” Dallas wasted no time inserting himself into the fight. The demons were coming in full effect, various defenders were fighting with swords, other exiles were fighting with guns. He walked around swinging and attacking every demon that came his way. His swings weren’t the same, every hit was different than the ones she’d seen back during their days in shackles, Juliet watched long and hard examining, then she saw Oni being slain by an invisible force. Each time they were attacked their bodies shook violently and then exploded, dropped, or were full of holes. Dallas’s hits and the attacks Hanzo performed were night and day, Dallas’s hits were loud, explosive and destructive to the foundation around. He launched various demons around causing them to go flying, every hit had power behind it. Hanzo’s strikes were swift, fast, and efficient, allowing for clean kills with little issue.
CRASH!!!
“Gah!” Juliet rocked as Dallas launched a demon through the tree she and Samuel were on causing it to tilt over and rock, looking over he’d rush over with one quick slide and upper cut the tree launching them into the sky with a tornado and shredding the tree. Hanzo noticed and leaped off three oni using their weight to propel himself high up. Catching Samuel and Juliet and teleporting back to the ground below, demons surrounding them as he returned back to his position. Just then a woman jumped in and cut the demons down.
“Thank you, I’m Valentina, welcome to my village.” She smiled at them and then she began to help her people cut down the remaining demons. Juliet, Samuel, and Dallas were all welcomed into the village with open arms, living in it, being fed, tended to and cared for all the while… However nothing good can ever last, especially if someone takes it for granted and the visions end… With Valentina returning with Dallas on a mission… Dead in his arms. It was from there Dallas began to take better care of the village, himself, and everyone else around him. She has now seen what his purpose is, why he is the way he is, at least… She’s been given a bit of a reason behind why. Dallas does this as an apology, he does this to try and make amends for what he failed to do before.
“Realize the blessings he’d had when he had them, now he has to look towards The Things He Can Persevere And Forever Apologize For What He Has Robbed The People Of. Tragic… I Hate An Incomplete Tale, I’ll Just Have To Piece It Together Myself.”
Present Day
“Mmmhf… A-aaah…” Awakening in the casket the girl looked at Zaibatsu, Dallas began to open his eyes and stood up, yawning a bit. Examining the room he looked to the girl, floating up she looked down at them and then began to take deep breaths before removing the mystical mask that covered her face showing a huge scar running along her eye.261Please respect copyright.PENANA8PoeFLrX7Y
“My name is Rivkah of Kyōzon village, I’m… here to warn of… a coming threat..”
