The next two days go by in a blur and it is the day that I have been looking towards to for months. The day that Mr. Charles Bailey goes to jail for his crimes. It is going to be a long day. We all get up bright and early and get ready to go to the courthouse. I go put on the outfit that I have been saving for this day, a peach dress with a denim jacket and sandals for my huge feet. I go to my bathroom, curl my hair and then put on some makeup so I don't look drowsy in the courtroom.

After finishing getting ready in mine and Cole's room I go visit Ashley's room seeing her put on her little shoes that mother bought her yesterday. She ties the last shoelace, gets up and comes to stand by me and holds my hand. We head over to mother's room and see that she is just putting on her earrings. Ashley runs up to her and gives her a big hug. We hear the front door open for a few seconds and then close. The three of us head downstairs and see that everyone, including my bodyguard, that we had to let go, is here. I greet everyone and then head into the kitchen to see Cole standing over the kitchen taking deep breaths and talking to himself.

I walk up towards him and put a hand on his shoulder reassuring him that everything is going to be okay. He sees me, turns around and pulls me in close not letting me go. My mother comes into the kitchen and gestures to us that we need to leave.

Cole and I drive in his car and I look out the window looking at all of the kids enjoying their day. I see the little kids smiling and hear them laughing while playing with their siblings and parents. I hope that I will be a good mother to this sweet princess inside of me. She deserves everything and when the time is right, I will tell her everything about what happened in my life.

Plus I am scared that if he is found not guilty he will try to be in her life and come after her next. Cole and I will make sure that never happens, ever. All we can do now is pray and have hope that he will never see the light of day ever again. We arrive at the courthouse a few minutes later and we sit in the car for a few moments longer.

"Everything is going to be okay Kinsley. We got him." Cole says while firmly grabbing my hand reassuring that everything will indeed be okay for us. We get out of the car and meet with everyone else that is on our team. I look up at the courthouse, take a deep breath and entwine my hand into Cole's while we all enter the courthouse.

We all find our designated seats and I go to the front of the courthouse with my lawyer and attorney in our designated areas. I look to the side and see the man that disgusts me, Mr. Bailey. He catches me looking at me and gives me a wink. What is he winking for? He is going down for what he has done to me and Farrah. I glare at him and then give my full attention back to my lawyer and attorney. We discuss how we want to play this out until we had to stop and give our undivided attention to the judge that will be presenting our case.

"Let's get this case of Mr. Bailey vs. Kinsely Beckett started. You all may be seated." The audience sits and I go to the small podiums that they have prepared for us. My attorney and lawyer go up to the judge and give them our evidence while Mr. Bailey's attorney and lawyer does the same. I stand up strong and not let Mr. Bailey get the best. I have to show them my bravery and be prepared for anything that happens today.

Of course Mr. Bailey gets to take the stand first. But I can't let that bother me. I take a deep breath and watch my attorney ask him to raise his hand and take the plead and then sit down to ask him some questions.

"Understood, and can you point to the people who accused you of these crimes?" my attorney asks once again. Mr. Bailey points to his own son who stands up in front of the crowd while Farrah and Wesley stand up as well. My parents, bodyguard, Farrah's and Cole's mother and Ashley all stay sitting since they don't know as much as we do. After pointing at him he moves is finger and points it at me. I keep my arms crossed and wait for the judge to say something.

"He tried to take advantage of me when we were at the ice cream shop, when we were only 13 years old. I didn't know that at first so I jumped off of my seat and ran into the bathroom to where I met a girl who helped me in the roughest part of my life. I thought it was all over until the night of my 17th birthday. It all started out great until I took a sip of my drink before bed. It didn't take effect for a little because I was able to get upstairs to their guest room. I closed the door and got under the covers to go to sleep."

"After I got under the covers I heard many loud footsteps coming from the door. At that time I could barely get up and move to do anything. I thought it was Cole playing another joke but t-then I f-felt a hand cover my mouth making sure I don't scream. I tried to fight back but they just grabbed my hand and put it over me while the other hand pulled off the blankets and then they let go of my wrist and started to r-rip off my clothes and wrap their legs around me so I could't e-escape. I was freaking out at this point. I knew exactly what was happening but I couldn't fight back anymore. They punched me until I couldn't move. Once I had nothing but my undergarments on I tried to scream. But they put duct tape on my lips so I couldn't scream for help."

"Then h-he started to kiss me all over and I managed to get the duct tape off and tried to tell him to stop. But he didn't listen. I heard him laugh and knew who it was. I laid there in shock while he took advantage of the most personal thing that I could give to someone. Once he was finished he came closer to me once again and told me something that will forever haunt me for the rest of my life.

I finish saying wiping away the tears that were falling down my face. The jury looks at each other and then look at Mr. Bailey who is not even listening to the whispers of others talking about what I just told. I see Cole stand up and run towards me. I get up from the podium and he wraps his arms around me tightly, not letting go. He lifts my chin up and wipes away the tears from my cheek. I go back to the podium and he goes back to my family.

"I have evidence that she was indeed raped" my attorney says standing up with the results of my rape kit. He hands it to the judge, opens it and he reads the results. After looking at it, he lets a few more people take the stand. Including Cole, Wesley and Farrah.

Wesley explains about how him and I were kidnapped in a cabin and how he was forced to watch me get raped for the third time. He told the judge that if I didn't do what he said that he would kill him in front of me. Farrah explains to him how her own father took advantage of her when she just turned fourteen and that she pretended that it never happened. Cole then tells his side of the story when he tried to stop his father from taking advantage of me to when I told him about the second rape in my bedroom to where he was kidnapped and beaten in his own basement for almost four months but managed to escape and find us before his father could find him. Then I go back up and tell them about the encounter at my school and then the one at my house a couple of days before the trial.

After all of the questions and evidence that was shown, the judge and jury decided to take a recess and decide on their decision. We all go wait in the hall hoping that everything we said worked.

I let out a few more tears and then break from the hug. My mother gives me a tissue and I dab away the tears from my eyes until I felt many arms wrap around me in a huge hug and a pair of small arms wrap around my waist. I look down and see Ashley hugging me. Everyone else breaks apart and Ashley doesn't let go until I get down close to her face. She smiles and then tells me something that I will never forget.

After all of that we were all called back into the courtroom. I guess they finally made a decision. We all head back into the courtroom together and the judge gave me permission to invite three people to come stand next to me. Of course I pick my Farrah, Cole and Wesley to come stand next to me. This is important to all of us.
