Senshi scowled as she landed gracefully and swiftly on the edge of a window sill and stepped into the building, she scanned the room for any sign of anybody. She stiffened when a rat scurried a crossed her foot, she gently nudged it aside and continued inspecting the 5th floor.
Something clattered in a room nearby causing senshi to whip out her bow and aim it towards the sound, it went silent and a figure exited the room with their hands in the air and a pot mom their head, they entered the light and senshi raised an eyebrow her cheeks warming “Jayden?” She said.
Jayden smiled in embarrassment and looked at her bow “please aim that away from me...” he said eyeing it. Senshi looked at her bow and slowly pulled the arrow from the loose and put it in its holster.
“Well good thing I found you...vandal and nu are lookin for ya” she explained, Jayden nodded. Senshi eyed him from the side and looked away when he looked at her, “something wrong?” He asked.
She shrugged “just thinking...”
“Bout’ what?” He asked, senshi stopped and crouched down as a stray cat approached her.
Senshi gave the cat some bread and stood up watching it eat hungrily before Jayden and her continued to walk away, the cat finished and followed her before senshi sighed.
“Tell me Jayden...your a bit of a mystery to us all...what exactly is your story?” Senshi asked curiously, Jayden tensed and frowned.
“Something wro-“ senshi started but was quickly cut off by an umbra’s voice nearby, she grabbed her bow and aimed it towards the sound and glared into the darkness just as the umbra heard, except this one was bigger then the others.
Senshi’s eyes widened just as something struck her leg and she toppled over catching a glimpse of yet another hallucination of the prince before everything had gone dark.
