I tip toe behind Kaden, holding my breath. We stop at a corner and he turns around.
"Stop holding your breath, Lyn. They're not gonna hear it and you're gonna pass out and give us away." He hisses out. I nod. He continues staring at me. "Well are you going to breathe or do you just no need oxygen?" I blush, and breathe in.
"Sorry. I'm just nervous. I don't even know these people." Kaden smirks.
"That's the point." He turns back around, peeking around the corner. I wait and he puts his fist up. Clear. He darts across the room to the door icon with a pair of hands with suds falling from them holoing in front of it. He quickly taps it and goes through. I follow, taking a glance back to make sure we're truely alone. The door icon closes behind us and I reach over for the light reader but kaden stops me, shaking his head. I carefully extract my hand away from the device so it doesn't sense my hand and turn on the lights. "The Diamonds rigged the lights to record what times they're turned on and off." I raise an eyebrow.
"Wow. This game is pretty intense then."
"Yep. Plus, whoever has the most points at the end of the month gets to spin the prize wheel." I glare at him.
"You didn't tell me there was a prize involved. Game on."

After we rigged out trap, we went back to our respective rooms. I walk into my living room, kicking off my shoes.
"Music, please." I call out, and the A.I. turns on.
"Top tracks in Aitmil playing now." A calm soothing melody comes on and I frown.
"Play top hits in Milyn now." The music switches to the sharp yet smooth electric dance music of Milyn. I lie down on my bed, sighing. Something pokes me in the back and I yelp, shooting up. I turn around and spot a small brown pocket watch lying on the bed. I gasp, grabbing it. I grasp it gently, caressing it. I turn it over a few times before I open it up. A small piece of singed paper falls out. I pick it up and read the scrawling text that pops off the paper and rotates in front of me.
"Long time no see, love. See you soon. XOXO."
