Sleep to 12pm, Alas, a little wasting time.
Today we had no special activity to do. I played with Jessie and Aayden in the afternoon outside, I have to watch Jessie all the times, you know, he is just a baby. It’s fun but tired also.
Because Pops(my host grandpa) wasn’t at home, me and Jace went to Grandgie’s house spending night with her. Grandgie’s house’s bed is soft, I have not said it yet.
During the arriving road, I talked with my host dad about my sleep time, that I had already sleep for twelve hours but still wanna sleep that time. Actually I was just thinking it as a small thing, but my host dad said it wasn’t normal and need to see a doctor. Yes, I have heard that some people suffer from narcolepsy which makes them sleep too much and still can sleep in the morning very fast, some of them even can’t control the action of fall sleep inthe morning. Un huh, do I actually suffer from narcolepsy?!
In fact I don’t think so, I simply just slept a lot. I won’t suddenly fall asleep in the morning and not really need to sleep if I need to wake up early. But yes I can sleep for twelve hours and still take a nap for 1 to 2 hours. Hmmmm, maybe it really isn’t normal. I googled it and they said the teenagers 14-16 ages sleep around 8 to 10 hours and it’s not normal that more than this time too much. Un huh, okay.
I still don’t think I suffer from narcolepsy, but I think I need to control my sleep times. I have already said it actually but sometimes still couldn’t do it. I think I need to go to bed early on weekends, don’t let my biological clock too different between weekdays and weekends.

在到達的路上,我和房東爸爸聊了我的睡眠時間,我已經睡了十二個小時,但那個時候還想睡。其實我只是覺得這是小事,但我的主人爸爸說這不正常,需要去看醫生。是的,我聽說有些人患有嗜睡症,導致他們睡得太多,早上仍然可以很快入睡,有些人甚至無法控制早上入睡的動作。嗯哼,我真的有嗜睡症嗎?!
其實我不這麼認為,我只是睡了很多。我不會在早上突然睡著,如果我需要早起,我真的不需要睡覺。但是是的,我可以睡 12 個小時,還能小睡 1 到 2 個小時。嗯,也許真的不正常。我用谷歌搜索,他們說 14-16 歲的青少年睡 8 到 10 個小時左右,超過這個時間太多是不正常的。恩恩,好吧。
我仍然不認為我患有嗜睡症,但我認為我需要控制自己的睡眠時間。其實我已經說過了,但有時還是做不到。我想我需要在周末早點睡覺,不要讓我的生物鐘在工作日和周末之間相差太大。
