I was woken up by my host mom that we need to clean the whole house. My host dad said that American people clean the house without a housekeeper once a year. Spent so much time, We did it for about 4 to 5 hours. I cleaned my room, swept the whole house, and did the dishes.
I have to say cleaning the room has quite a sense of achievement. I put the clutter in order, the things that originally hung on the wall are easily falling, so I change them to place on the desk. The empty wall I hung the Taiwan flag on. After coming to America I almost never use the flag, I think at least take it out of the backpack. In fact at first I even considered letting the flag a pad, but you know the reason, I didn’t do that.

Now my room is tidy.
Tomorrow I have a choir concert. So I need a black dress, black closed-toe shoes and a black binder. So after cleaning the house, me and my host mom went shopping. Add some sundries, it took a lot of time also. Fortunately dress and shoes were bought, though I didn’t find binder, I got it on the second floor of our house.
By the way, we went to one store that about handicrafts. This is heaven at all! Why have I never seen a store like it in Taiwan!

我被我的寄宿媽媽叫醒，我們需要打掃整個房子。我的主人爸爸說美國人每年打掃一次房子，沒有管家。花了這麼多時間，我們做了大約4到5個小時。我打掃房間，打掃整個房子，洗碗。
不得不說打掃房間很有成就感。我把雜物收拾好，原本掛在牆上的東西很容易掉下來，所以我把它們換到了桌子上。我掛台灣國旗的空牆。來美國後我幾乎從不使用國旗，我想至少把它從背包裡拿出來。其實一開始我甚至考慮過讓國旗當地墊，但你知道原因，我沒有那樣做。
現在我的房間很整潔。
明天我有一個合唱音樂會。所以我需要一件黑色連衣裙、黑色封閉腳趾鞋和黑色活頁夾。所以打掃完房子後，我和我的寄宿媽媽去購物了。添加一些雜物，也花了很多時間。幸好衣服鞋子都買了，雖然沒有找到活頁夾，但還是在我們家二樓弄到的。
順便說一句，我們去了一家關於手工藝品的商店。這根本就是天堂！為什麼在台灣從來沒見過這樣的店！
