Charles and I were running all over the place. We ran into a place filled with flowers and looked at all the flowers. They all were beautiful but we had to pick one type.
“I really like the roses,” I told Charles. He walked over to me and looked at all the roses.
“I like them too. But what color?” he asked.
“I was thinking red or white depending on what type of wedding we want to have. A normal or a vampmal.” Charles looked at me confused.
“Vampmal?” he asked me.
“A mix of a vampire and a normal wedding,” I replied and Charles made an ‘O’ shape with his mouth.
“Normal wedding totally,” he said.
“So white roses then?” I asked him and he nodded. I grabbed an order form to order the white roses.
We walked up to the counter and the lady was on the phone though. So we waited and when she noticed who we were she quickly hung up the phone.
“I’m so sorry about that. How can I help you?” she asked us.
“We want to order some of these white roses. How many do you think is good for a wedding?” I asked her in my sweetest voice. Charles chuckled at this and I hit him playfully.
“I would say about 60-100 vases depending on if you’re going to set them on the tables too.” the lady said.
“Charles, what do you think?” I asked him.
“We will get 100 vases of white roses and 2 large bags of red rose petals,” Charles said.
“Ok here, look at this book at all the different types of vases,” she handed us a book and we looked through it. There were round vases, long vases with curves, there was a bowl shape vase, a vase shaped like a cup, a straight vase, and a straight vase with a white ribbon.
“That’s the one,” I said excitedly.
“I like that one too,” said Charles.
“We will take this one please,” I said as I pointed to the picture.
“When do you need them by?” she asked us.
“By next week on Monday,” Charles told her.
“Ok, you can pay for them when they’re all set up on Monday. Enjoy the rest of your day,” she said.
We ran out of the shop and ran down the street. Music started to play in the part of the city we were in and I stopped running.
“This is my favorite song!” I grew up to this song. When I was two I knew all of the words to this song. It was ‘doesn’t really matter’ by Janet Jackson. I started humming along to the song while walking with Charles. The song ended right as we arrived at the next store. We walked around and decided that I would pick out the chairs and Charles would pick out the gazebo. In fifteen minutes we would meet up again and order our stuff.
“Need help looking for anything?” asked a man who worked here.
“Yes, I’m looking for chairs that would look nice at a wedding,” I said.
“Any certain type?” the man asked.
“Well nice folding chairs in the color of white,” I replied.
“Ok follow me please,” he said and I followed him to the next row of chairs and I saw the perfect chair there. I walked over to it and looked at it.
“This is good. Thank you for your help.” I told him.
“The pleasure was all mine,” he said before he left. I took a picture of it and went to meet Charles.
“Find anything?” he asked me.
Yes I did,” I said smiling.
“Did you?” I asked him.
“Ya, let’s go order,” he said.
We walked over to the desk and the guys looked at us.
“What can I do for you today?” the guy asked. I can tell he was directing the question toward me.
“I would like to order 60 of these chairs,” I showed him the picture on my phone.
“That’s a very good choice,” he told me.
“Thank you,” I told him.
“We will also need this gazebo,” Charles said showing him a white gazebo.
“It will be great if we can have it by next week on Monday and we will pay for it then,” I told the guy.
“Sure thing have a good day miss... and Prince Charles,” he told us. We left and Charles looked really angry so I laughed.
“Calm down he was only flirting. You know I will never choose anyone over you,” I said and Charles started to laugh.
“I know,” he said and kissed my cheek and I giggled. We walked back home swinging our hands and stopping every now and then for a rest before we had to do more wedding planning. We arrived home and I was glad to be back.
“Who are we going to invite?” I asked Charles.
“Well, we can invite 30 people,” Charles said.
“Well, Elizabeth, Lilly, Raymond, Abigail, Mason, Lissa, Stacy. You can invite whoever you want to invite.” I said.
“Ok,” Charles said. We mailed out our invitations except for four since they were living here. I was very excited because Raymond was going to marry us.
“Ok, I’m going to have Lissa as my bride’s maid and Lilly should be the flower girl,” I told Charles.
“Ok and Mason is going to be my best man,” Charles said.
I was so happy. Everything was going great. The phone rang and I answered it.
“Hello?” I asked.
And I got the worst news ever.
“This can’t be happening. I can’t believe it!” I said.
