I jumped out of bed knowing I was getting married today. I can’t believe it! I ran around my room laughing knowing they could hear me. I needed the dress and I was getting my hair done in 10 minutes. I ran down the stairs and everyone laughed.
“Wrong day?” I asked feeling dumb.
“Nope,” they all said together laughing. I let out a sigh of relief and laughed.
“You’re like flying around the house Polly,” Charles said.
“Well sorry it takes a long time for a girl to get ready,” I said as I rushed off to get the dress. I found the dress in a black zipper bag so that no one could see it. I ran to my room and the lady was there already.
“I’m not sure what I want,” I told her.
“Don’t worry, I already got that covered. Queen Abigail and I talked it over and it’s going to be beautiful,” she told me.
“I’m sure it will be. Thanks for coming here to do it.” I said.
“No big deal my dear,” she said. She got out the flat iron and straightened my hair. She pinned the front of my hair back but in a way that it was still down. She added a white flower on the side of my hair and got out a crown that you stick under your hair and placed it in my hair. Attached to it was the vein. It all looked so beautiful. It looked so hard when it was really so easy. Then she got started on my makeup. The makeup wasn’t dark but wasn’t too light. It was just perfect.
“Thank you so much. I love it.” I told her.
“You are very welcome and you look beautiful. Good luck with everything,” she said.
“Thanks. But won’t you be staying for the wedding?” I asked her.
“Yes, I will,” she said and walked out of my room leaving me to get dressed. Just then Lissa, Abigail, and Lilly walked in to get dressed. We all pulled out our dresses and squealed in happiness and started jumping up and down laughing. We got a little carried away but we didn’t care because we were enjoying ourselves. I mean come on, I’m getting married we should be happy and be like this. They got on their dresses and they looked absolutely beautiful. Lilly was so adorable in her pink dress and the girls looked grown up in their blue dresses. Then they came over to help me put on my dress. The dress looked perfect on me with the hair and the makeup done. We all slipped on our shoes and snuck downstairs for pictures.
“Say ladies rock,” the guy behind the camera told us. We said that laughing as he took our pictures. When we were done we all lined up to get ready. I was nervous because there was no one to assist me down the aisle. I heard the music start playing and watched as my friends one by one walked out there. Lilly and I got ready and were mentally jumping. She went out and my wedding march began to play. I walked out taking each step slowly as all eyes were on me. I smiled as I walked down the aisle knowing this is where I am meant to be. I got up to Charles and took his hand. When we got to the top I took the veil out of my face.
“Dearly beloved. We are gathered here to marry Charles and Polly on this holy day.” Raymond started then he said other things and we read our vows. Charles went first.
“Since the day I saw you for the very first time, I fell in love with you. I took you home and enjoyed every minute with you. Every time we kiss, I fall even deeper in love with you. I want to be with you forever Polly,” Charles said. I teared up and smiled.
“The day I met you, I thought you were a big jerk,” I said and everyone laughed at that. “I hated you for taking me away from my family but I was in love with you. You were sweet, Charming, and handsome. I want you forever because you’re my one and only love.” I said and Charles smiled. We placed the rings on each other’s fingers and listened to Raymond.
“I do,” Charles said.
“I do,” I said.
“I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride.” Raymond said and Charles kissed me and everyone cheered. We stopped kissing and walked back up the aisle and into the other room.
“I love you,” I told Charles.
“I love you so much Polly,” Charles said. The outside was soon filled with tables and vampires sitting there. The bridesmaid, best man, and flower girl got called out and they left.
“Now introducing Prince Charles and Princess Polly,” Charles and I walked out hand in hand and everyone cheered. We went onto the dance floor for our first dance and the flightless bird played. We danced together and kissed every now and then. When the song ended everyone clapped and we went to our seats.
“Shall we make the toast now?” Charles asked me.
“We shall,” I said and gave him a quick kiss.
“May I have everyone’s attention and if you may please stand we are going to make a toast,” Charles said and everyone stood including me.
“To my Polly the most beautiful girl in the world who will be mine forever,” Charles said.
“And to my Charles my one and only true love for eternity,” I said and we all took a sip of our drinks. The party ended soon after that and we all went to the front towards the limo that was waiting there for Charles and I to take us to the airport for our honeymoon. I said goodbye to everyone and threw the bouquet of flowers for the girls. Lilly caught it and we all laughed. We got in the limo and drove off to our honeymoon.
