“If you want to die, be my guest, this game isn’t based on teamwork. I’m being charitable by bringing you with me. Now. Are you in or are you out?” I swear to you Felix has never spoken like this to anyone, it’s not in his nature. He’s a sweetheart.” Nana couldn’t believe this, Felix wasn’t his usual self and she feared that this was some kind of response to the stress of the game finally taking its toll and with the possible incoming events of stress he could forever lose himself and be stuck like this. Even if he is more useful like this, I cannot say that this attitude is worthy of the teamwork we’re more purchased around. Though it seems like some people liked this way more than we did, the little Girl stuck by him and so did Spiffy and the Merc. Meanwhile the kid, myself, and Nana all stuck close together… We didn’t like him but we needed this Felix currently.

“Stupid bird shut up!!” Spiffy grabbed a rock and launched it at the nearby crow angrily, the crow cawed and shouted but to no avail. At least none that the rest noticed, Orpheus put the crowbar up and stopped everyone dead in their tracks looking around. He'd look at a wall and step away.
“This spot is compromised, they found it.”
“What? Uh ya gotta give us more to work with than that Felix.” Right. Felix is my name, I think I’m better off just accepting it at the moment. Don’t want these simple minds freaking out because I gave them a new name.
“That wall was a broken opening, it had a special property that broke off because of Jack hitting it. The last time someone was thrown through it they arrived at the Manor, unfortunately it looks like something is wrong with it. If crows are cawing then that means if we took that route, we’d either get a worse fate than being caught or outright killed.” Now what? That was kind of the only idea I’ve ha-... “Well then, it looks like we’re going with one final plan, Adam. Where is that door you were about to tell me about?”
“On the other side of where we just came from, if we can get there we can use the code to open the door. If not, I can cut the wire.”
“I’d say that would be the case but it won’t, things aren’t as simple as that this time around. We have a potential problem, if that code doesn’t work we have the possibility of the doors bringing us back to this point as they did to bring us together.” This paralleling game is made to miniaturize the amount of people playing, one more play this game has to even things out when one side seems too good. But that doesn’t mean it’s gifts can’t punish those they’ve been given too. So on we went as a group to the other door, my eyes peeled for him. For Jack. I know he has an immense hatred brewing for me at this moment but it didn’t matter, not that he wasn’t a threat but if what X had found before was correct. He is our key to escape, the games have been played to fear. Fear of being powerless, fear of trusting new individuals, fear of hope being taken, we all had to face fear in some way. Be it separation, change, or confrontation and I feel that’s what it’s getting to at this exact moment. One final confrontation with Jack, the baddest one of our bunch of baddies. With the ever looming uncertainty if the others will join in and help him.
The gate began to show itself in the distance, the same as them all. Two metal doors, a keypad to punch in the code, and the hope it brought to be free from the possibility of death…51Please respect copyright.PENANAmookQp4S0d
“There’s your door, go on.” I indeed sent Adam first, his plan was this so any dangers of it should be his to fall to fi-
KZZT!
“UWAH!!”
BANG!!!
The endgame began with a static sound, the ear ringing bang of a gun, and then the glint of metal. Jack as expected had returned, yet his smile hadn’t faded not one bit. Spiffy had fallen from jumping back, the boy took the girl and ran, Nana fell from fear and The Merc was grabbed by the throat and swung into a wall. Stabbed by Jack, the life in his eyes dilated.
CLANK!!!
As lost as he could be, I need these people as much as they need me. So I struck Jack in the ankle with the crowbar… But it bent.51Please respect copyright.PENANAEj9wWBcqSf
“Get! Off!” The merc wasn’t done, a knee and a kick and Jack stumbled back.
“Hahahahahahahahaha! Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ah haaa!” This is marvelous! Orpheus’s return, these little maggots all facing off against me, all this to myself. A group of fighters with heart, spirit, with the gall to attack. This is all Marvelous and with it being so, I shall do the grandest game ever! A spectacle of a finish! A tragedy!
“A Bloody Massacre!!” Jack must’ve been in a frenzy, he began to just swing his claws around at us, both hands shining as they swung and slashed the ground and walls and everything between, corroding the metals, killing the trees, and whatever it would do to us wouldn’t be any better.
“Move woman!!” I grabbed Nana and launched her away, she hit a wall as Jack barely missed her. His limbs elongating, his mouth hanging open in an unhuman way, eyes becoming white voids… An uncanny valley he became. A beast of pure nightmarish visage. To his delight and to our growing despair, one we felt creeping in by the second as we scattered and tried to escape. This Act From Hell.
