Wednesday June 21rst
I had just woken up and was heading over to the forest to join Erza and the others for combat practice when suddenly I felt myself flat on the floor.
"Ugh...... What happened?" I stated.
"Sorry Luc." Courtney said helping me up.
There was white worksheets spread all over the ground, some of which were already halfway completed. Courtney's black Samsung laptop was open and was opened to a Google search page. When she had finished helping to pull me up, she pulled out her phone.
"Hey guys!" Luna waved right before she saw at huge mess on the floor. "What happened here?"
"I was doing some assignments for my classes." Courtney stated.
"Wait how long have you been working for?" Luna asked.
"For about......" Courtney checked her phone. "Four hours now."
"WHAT!" Luna and I shouted at the same time.
"How come?" I asked.
"And why are you doing school work in the middle of the summer?" Luna asked. "Its only June."
"I signed up for summer classes." Courtney began to pick up some of the papers.
"Why you sign up for classes when you know were going to be on a TV for the major of summer?" Luna asked.
"Thing is I signed up for these classes before I found out I was going to be a callback on this show." Courtney replied.
"So why didn't you just cancel when got the news?" I asked.
"By the time I got it it was too late for me to cancel." She replied back. "They already had the list finalized."
"But Chris sent the news letters May 1rst." Luna stated. "Surely that's was enough time to cancel. Unless you were in some high class university like Harvard or something. Wait you actually got into Harvard University? The Harvard University!?!" Courtney nodded.
"One of my dad's clients teach in the religion unit and when I went in to submit my application, she checked it out and put in a good work for me." Courtney stated.
"Its amazing where good connections in right places could take you." I stated.
"Yeah." Courtney replied. "The math teacher and the religion teacher I know well and when they told me I could take the virtual classes I thought I would be straight but now I have so much work to due, have of it is over due and there's this one assignment I just can't get and i don't know what to do."
"Courtney." I stated. "Slow down. You're spiraling."
"I know." She said right before she busted into to tears.
"Hum......" Luna stated. "This doesn't sound like the Courtney I knew back in season 1. Do you need a little help? Its okay to ask for help you know."
"Yeah, we could help." I offered.
"How exactly could you help me?" Courtney asked. "Its not like you could to my assignments for me."
"Well we could start by helping you figure out that trick assignment." Luna stated.
"Well okay." She said giving her the paper. Luna took a hard look at it and smiled.

"Why would you say that?" She asked.
"Because if I read this correctly, your teacher wants you to hold a study session." Luna replied.
"I guess that would make sense." Courtney stated. "I do love teaching people and public speaking is a requirement for my major."
"What's your major?" I asked her.
"Economics and Art history." Courtney replied. "I'm currently doing my second year in the J.D program."
"J.D?" Luna said confused.
"Juris Doctor." Luna looked even more confused.
"It basically means she's just beginning her lawing major." I explained. Both of them then stared at me.
"What my mother taught me a few things." I stated. "Just cause I ran away doesn't mean I can't know how college works."
"O....k." Courtney stated. "So all I have to do is teach a few people something religious and I get a good grade. Great! Lets do it!" Then she headed for the door.
"Hold up." Luna said stopping Courtney dead in her tracks.
"What do you mean 'hold up'?" Courtney then went closer to Luna.
"There's some writing at the bottom of it." Luna stated.
"It looks like scriptures." Courtney stated. "Well I need to call my teacher." Then she pulled out phone and began dialing up her teacher.
"Why are you so alarmed when you see that?" Luna asked. "I thought you said this was for your Religion class."
"It is." Courtney stated. "The problem is she wants me to teach based on the scriptures."
"So?"
"So, I thought she was going to give me a bible story to teach not scriptures." Courtney replied.
"What's the difference?" Luna asked.
"The Bible story is based off the biblical scriptures. Can't you still use them?"
"I wish but with the time it will take just to look through them alone is too much time, besides." Courtney stated. "Chef will never go for it. And we'll need his permission to hold the meeting."
"How do you know?" I asked. "We've haven't asked him yet."
"Do we have to?" Courtney asked. "Cause I'm really short on time and..." Then Luna grabbed her by the arm and dragged her outside and cracked the door.
"Go to the mess hall." Luna told me poking her head through the cracked door slot. "We'll meet you there."
A few minutes later.....
The three of us were standing in front of the counter where, Chef was using some brown slop. (I tell you the food quality is seriously low around here.)

"Hey Chef!" Luna shouted Chef ignored her.
"Hey Chef?" Luna shouted again. He still didn't responded. "Oh Chef."
"Hey Chef you there?" I asked waving my hand in front of his face. Still nothing. "CHEF!" Then he banged the metal spoon on the wooden counter causing it to vibrate.
"Can't you see I'm busy!?!" Chef shouted at us.
"Yeah guys he's clearly not available right now." Courtney stated. "Why don't we come back later?" Then she began to head for the door but Luna stopped her.
"Chef we want to hold a bible study." Luna stated. "You remember what that is right?" Chef raised an eyebrow.
"Sorry, just wanted to be sure so is that a yes?" Luna replied.
"No its a I don't have time to do no fancy-"
"What if Courtney did it?" Luna asked causing Chef to raise his eyebrow again.
"It's for her assignment." I clarified.
"And what type of fancy pants University does she needs this assignment for?"
"Harvard." The three of said in unison.
"Well can't say I'm surprised." Chef stated. "Well if Courtney needs to do her assignment then go right ahead."
Outside the messhall
"Well we got permission." Luna squealed.
"Okay fine!" Courtney shouted. "I'll do it. But only for the grade. That and I know you won't stop bugging till I say yes."
"Yes!" Luna shouted.
"But I'm not going to spend any time looking for a location." Courtney announced.
"Actually I've already got that covered for you Courtney." Luna told her.
"Really then why are we back in the mess hall?" Courtney asked sarcastically.
"We're here to see someone." Luna announced right before Levy walked in.
"Hey Levy." She said grabbing Levy by the shoulder. "We need you're help with something." Then she paused.
"Is that a strand of my hair?" Luna asked shocked.
"What hair?" Levy replied showing Luna her hands. "What you need my help with anyway?"
"Oh, right." Luna jumped. "See Courtney's holding a event later this afternoon and we need help finding a location for it."
"Really?" Levy asked. "Have you checked the woods?"
"Here's the thing." Luna replied. "Courtney doesn't want to go into the woods cause it'll take too much time." Levy raised an eyebrow.
"So let me guess? You want me to hack into the cameras surrounding the woods?" Luna nodded.
"Thanks but no thanks." Levy replied." If she's to lazy to even go into to the woods herself then why she would even need to have this event?"
"You know maybe she's right." Courtney stated. "Come on ill find some other way to get that grade let's go." Then she headed for the door but Luna stopped her.(Again!) Levy raised an eyebrow.
"What's this event for anyway?" Levy asked.
"Courtney's holding a practice bible study for her religious studies class." I told her. Levy looked surprised.
"You know I guess I could help you." Levy told us. "But I want you to do something for me."
"Let me guess, you want cash?" Luna began to open her wallet.
"Nope." Levy stated. "I want to come and evaluate her." I smiled.
"Why do you want to help?" I asked.
"I'm currently studying different types of religions and how they each connect to history and right now I'm currently on the history of the bible." Levy stated. "It would be nice to a live study in action and take notes." Then she began to hack into the cameras.
"Well it looks like I've found a spot." Levy said after a few minutes.
"Really?" Luna asked. "Where?"
"She sure did that fast." Courtney whispered into my ear.
"She's a prodigy." I whispered back to her.
"Oh...." Courtney said. "Ok." Levy raised an eyebrow.
"So what spot did you find, Levy?" I asked.
"Well it's a spot near the center of the woods." Levy replied. "It's not perfect but it should service. It has great lighting, good acoustics and enough for everyone to sit and be able to attend the meeting and understand what would be said." Then she allowed us to see the spot she picked out.
Meanwhile in the messhall....
Chef's stirring the brown slop he's been stirring for over an hour when his phone rings. He looks at the receiver and groans before he answers it.
"I thought you were at some fancy game show or something like that." Chef complains.
"Okay first off, it's award show but, that's not what call you to talk about." Chris says from the other line.
"Yes the children are alive." Chef mumbled.
"What no!"
"I'm getting tired of your antics man can you just tell me why you even called in the first place." Chef exclaimed.
"I'm calling cause some smart Alex just hacked into the forest cameras!" Chris shouted irritated.
"Its probably just Levy." Chef replied. "The girls just came in a few minutes ago asking to hold a practice bible study. Apparently, it's for Courtney's religion sector."
"Dude don't lie to me." Chris stated. "Next thing you be telling me, she got into Harvard."
"Apparently, she did." Chef replied. "I could tell that you're surprised."
"Not really I'm mean the girl is smart." Chris replied. "I'll give her that. Anyway, make sure tell Levy to stay away from my cameras. I don't want to pay another $500 dollars to replace them."
"That was your fault you had to for those dude." Chef replied still laughing. "Dumping that toxic waste on the island. So uncalled for."
"I know." Chris stated. "But it made for a great season."
"Yeah it sure did." Chef agreed. "Are you sad that this is your last season?"
"No way!" Chris announced. "Hosting this show was the best decision I've made since leaving homeland."
"Sure is buddy." Chef replied.
"Yeah and to think after 6 seasons, I finally found her had I found her BFF in the first season." Chris exclaimed fill with joy. Chef then heard noise coming from Chris' end of the receiver.
"Do you have to go?"
"Yeah man but it was nice ranting on you." Chris replied making Chef chuckle. "Catch you around Chef?"
"Okay we'll talk later. But stop talking like a teenager. Its weird."
"What I can't talk like a youth anymore?" Chris asked.
"You're over 30 years old." Chef replied.
"Hey!" Chris shouted then he hung up. Chef just rolled his eyes then went back to stirring the brown slop that was on the stove.
Lucy's POV
After we've finished checking out the spot and getting the exact location, we decided to head back to our cabin.
"So?" Luna said raising her eyebrow. "Still not convince?"
"Even if I wasn't." Courtney sighed. "We're too deep in this. But, we'll have to do it at 6:00. It's the only hour I'm free. Besides 10:00 when I go to bed."
"That's fair." Luna stated causing Courtney to give off a little smirk.
"So how are you going to get people to come?" Courtney asked. "Remember, there needs to be at least ten people in attendance or it doesn't count."
"Well we've already know that Levy's coming." I stated.
"And of course, Lucy and I will be there." Luna added.
"And inviting everyone or hanging up posters will take up way too much time from the school work." Courtney added. "In fact this conversation took up five minutes out of the time of was supposed to be doing my economics assignments. Now if you'll excuse me." Then she when inside the cabin and started her schoolwork.
"So I guess we'll handle promotion ourselves then?" Luna asked. I shrugged.
"Meet up here once we finish?"
"Of course." Luna stated. "Unless it around 6:00 by the time we're done. Then we meet up at the spot."
"The spot?" I asked.
"It's just what I called the spot that Levy picked out for us to use." Luna explained.
"Okay cool, yeah totally." I stated. Then we set off and started to invite everyone.
I wanted to Erza first because we had a combat session together and... Oh on! I forgot about our combat session. That was over 3 hours ago. Oh man Erza's going to kill me. I then began to hear arguing coming from the winners cabin. I walked over to see if everything was alright. The door was swung wide open revealing all beds in the . I look around only to see Juvia listening to music on her phone. She looked up and then tapped her phone screen.
"What are you Lucy?" She asked.
"I was wondering where are that arguing was coming from." I told her. She looked at me like I wasn't being serious. "Is it Nastu and Grey again?" She nodded.
"Yep and everyone's in the backyard trying to get them to calm down." Juvia stated. "Well everyone except Erza. She went out into the woods earlier and hasn't came back yet."
"Oh cool." I replied handing the piece I paper I hand with all the info I'd written down.
"What's this for?" She asked.
"It's for a bible study that Courtney's conducting." I replied. "I was hoping that you would come."
"A bible study?" Juvia asked concerned. "Cool, I'll be there."
"Ow I know you're probably wondering what that is..." I started before I heard her say that she'll come. "What did you just say you'll be there?"
"Yes." I stared at Juvia confused. "My uncle used to read it to me before every class. Of course he only read to the scriptures concerning water based miracles. It would be nice to hear something from it that doesn't concern water. She won't be talking about water right?"
"No she won't." I chuckled.
"Good then I'll see you there." Juvia stated. "Now if you'll excuse me." Then she put her headphones back in and left. I smiled. Suddenly I saw small shard of ice fly past me. Right I forgot about that. I better go before those too get us in trouble. Then I headed for the backyard. I went into the backyard and noticed that most of the other team had gathered around the two boys. Great. I walked up to Duncan and tapped him on the shoulder.
"What happened here?" I asked him.
"Apparently, one of them bumped into the other in the mess and they're arguing saying that the other did it on purpose." He explained making me giggle a bit.
"Should have known." I sighed.
"Do they do this all the time?" I nodded.
"Could hardly go a day without those two arguing about something at the work place." Duncan stared at me surprised.
"Better break this up before they break something." Then I went and separated them.
"Guys, not cool how do you think Erza would react to this?" I asked.
"Why would she care?" Natsu asked me. "And frankly, why do you care?" I glared at him.
"You two did the thing again."
"We did?" Both of them asked. I stared hard at them. "You two always do this imagine what would happen if your little arguments got us into trouble?"
"What kind of trouble cause we kinda get into trouble almost everyday?" Nastu asked trying to look innocence.
"YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN." I say sternly. The two of them gulped. "But I will forgive you it you attend to Courtney's bible study tonight."
"I don't know about that Luc." Nastu said worried. "That's seems like the exact predicament where something very bad could happen."
"Since when you became the logical one?" Grey asked him.
"Guys." I glared themed both.
" Okay we'll come." Nastu said annoyed.
"Maybe I'll come too." Duncan stated making everyone stare at him. "What I used to love going to them all the time when I was little."
"What did you stop?" Gwen asked. Duncan shrugged.
"Got locked up for the first time, no big deal." He explained. "Would be nice to see how Courtney would do hold one. See if anything has changed over the years."
"I'll come." Heather said to my surprise. "To see how bad it goes of course." I frowned.
As long as she comes it's a win. I told myself.
Then everyone else agreed to come to. Afterwards, I started to head out to 'the spot'.

I had finally meet up with Luna and Courtney by 'the spot.' Luna and Levy were helping Courtney set up for the meeting.
"Hey guys." I waved.
"Hey, Luc." She replied. "What took you so long?"
"I ran into an.... Issue." I replied. "How was the prompting over on your end? I manage to convince the entire Renegade to come. You?"
"Same with our team." Luna replied. "Say Luc, Courtney wanted to ask you something."
"Hey guys I'm going to head back to the cabins to try and find everyone." Levy said walking off.
"K." I told her. "Say Courtney what did you want to ask me."
"Right!" Courtney exclaimed. "Lucy, I was wondering if you could maybe read for me?"
"Why?" I asked.
"Well I want this to be as authentic possible, since this is for a grade." Courtney stated.
"Why didn't you ask Luna?" I asked.
"Cause I want you to do it."
"Why me? I don't even know what scripture to read."
"Don't worry you won't have to." Courtney stated. "All you have to do is just read the scripture I tell you to read during the meeting. Please Luc. I don't want to fail." Then she gave me her puppy dog eyes.
"Okay! Okay!" I turned away. "I'll do it. Just please, put away the eyes."
"Thanks Luc!" She exclaimed. Then she dived straight back into her preparation.
Since when did everybody start calling me Luc? I thought.
"The session starts in five minutes." Courtney checked her phone again. "Where is everyone?"
"I'm sure they'll be here soon." I told her. Suddenly I heard voices.
"They're here!"
"Finally!" Courtney shouted as they arrived and began to sit down. "What took you guys so long?"
"We would have been here sooner if someone had given us the directions." Heather complained. "Where exactly are we suppose to sit?"
"On the logs where else are we supposed to sit out here?" Gwen told her sarcastically. Heather glared and her and tried to sit down but her log rolled away causing her to land on the floor. Gwen then laughed.
"Guys be nice." Luna stated. "Let me help you up Heather." Then she went over to Heather and tried to help her up but she refused.
"I don't need your help freak." Heather said standing herself up only to fall down again.
"Suit yourself." Luna said walking away.
"Um.... Guys it's 6:05." Lisanna stated holding up her watch.
"Yeah can we start this bible study already?" Juvia asked. "I want to learn something before the hour's up."
"GUYS!" Everyone became silence. "I'm about to start the session so please stop talking so you could get everything. If you have any questions during the lesson, RAISE YOUR HAND.
