Sasuke Versus Bee: The Full Analysis.
All right, I’ve seen so much nonsense in this regard that it’s about time that this whole thing is corrected.
Before we get to the argument of explanations, let’s get the fight out of the way. A lot of made-up, purely fan-fiction content surrounds this fight: Sasuke died thrice (completely false); Bee could’ve killed him any time he wanted (false); his team saved him all the time (false)! Let’s look at the fight itself:
PART I:
Fact 1: Sasuke wasn’t mortally injured when he was stabbed by Bee!
It isn’t hard to prove this argument. Let’s look at the scene that showed the stabs, which, according to Sasuke, Karin, and Bee were non-lethal. That’s right. Sasuke nullified the fatal nature of the stabbing through cleverly pushing Raiton through his system before Bee’s swords ever hit him. Let’s break that part down:
Sasuke kept up with Bee just fine. This is proven through the sword-clashes he exchanged with him and the fact that he had the upper-hand during the single sword battle, enough to make Bee drop the sword and pull out 7 ones!
Suigetsu got his sword back and was able to defend himself solely because of Sasuke. So that’s helping a teammate incident number one! In fact, Bee was massively outclassed in the single sword battle. His exchange with Bee with the 7 swords went just fine:
See? Notice the sword strikes? Sasuke was able to match Bee strike for strike. Something Itachi never did. He fled!
See? The strikes are still Happening! This is because this is Bee making the strikes. It isn’t hitting against anything. It’s just like with Hinata and Pain. Hinata landed nothing on Pain! There goes the Itachi fanboys’ claim: “Itachi took Bee head-on, but Sasuke didn’t!”
Sasuke is able to dodge this one just fine! He only received one cut, yes, just one cut, before he was stabbed. That anime fight that shows him getting MULTIPLE CUTS is NON-CANON. How? Because he got stabbed with multiple swords right after this:
He was also slower than usual as he was badly injured (Jugo, Zetsu, and Obito all state that as the scans in argument # 1 prove), because as you will see in the coming arguments, he deflected Bee’s movements at Ae’s (4th Raikge’s) Raiton Cloak Version-1 (V1) Speed! He immediately resorts to Chidori Blade, but he doesn’t know that Bee has that ability, too (something that will be covered after I’m done with the fight).
Notice that the sword is held by his LEFT HAND. This is very important because this LEFT HAND is the one that’s using Chidori:
The sword is still in his LEFT HAND, and Sasuke didn’t know that Bee could conduct Raiton, too! Why? See Argument # 2 for this one.

Ah, so Sasuke was never mortally injured, after all! He threw the sword in his other hand and hit himself with Raiton to nullify the attack! That’s why the sword’s in right hand after the stabs rather than the left one. He realized that he had no time to create another Raiton ’cause Bee’s so damn fast, but he was still clever enough to avoid mortal injury. He doesn’t say, “you saved me, Karin,” like in the poorly translated Manga-Panda version. No, he says, “thanks, Karin.”
Oh, sure, you can make the claim that Suigetsu stepped in, but Sasuke was still clever enough to nullify Bee’s attack here, too:
This IS a team-effort. Why are the pairs of Akatsuki repeatedly failing (as argument # 2 would explain), Kakashi forming teams and still getting defeated (how many times did he nearly die against Kakuzu? Twice! He jumped into a pool of water against Zabuza and got saved by two 12-year-old Genins! He literally died against Pain! He got brutally beaten by Itachi and got saved by Gai! Etc. etc., etc!), Team Asuma forming a four-man team, but Asuma dying, anyway, etc., are of no issue to you, but if Sasuke uses them, or Lord forbid, loses once, all hell breaks lose?! It just shows that you’ve got an agenda and are biased. Besides, Sasuke’s team forming skills are lauded by Kabuto, who’s a prodigy himself.
Sasuke was nearly killed once by stabs? False. Bee disagrees with you. Karin disagrees with you. Sasuke disagrees with you. Manga disagrees with you. The author disagrees with you. But your fan-fiction agrees with you, I guess.
Fact 2: Sasuke was only mortally injured ONCE because of the simple fact that he was trying to SAVE his team (remember that Haku incident? It’s EXACTLY like that)!
So why was Sasuke mortally injured? Simple, he tried to get between Bee and his team! When Bee goes Bijuu-Cloak Mode, he comes for Sasuke first! But Sasuke deflects him with a speed that’s exactly similar to Raiton Cloak Version 1 speed (V1 speed). This is commented on by Bee himself:
This is the healed Sasuke who’s able to move much faster than before. Remember, Bee (as Argument 2 proves after the “Fact Section”) was literally selected as code-name Bee (yes, Bee could’ve been anyone who passed the Lariat test!) to be Ae’s bodyguard on the basis of Lariat. So he can see Sasuke move as he’s practiced with his brother for years! His opinion is objective because he knows how his brother moves since he was 5 years old. This speed of Sasuke’s is shown in action against Raikage in V1:
See? Sasuke not only matched V1 Ae’s speed, but he also showed faster reflexes to dodge him, as well. Even at his top speed V2 cloak (the image under the Chidori one), into which he poured Bijuu-level chakra, Sasuke’s still able to use Kagatsuchi (Blaze Release) creatively to stop Ae in his tracks. But Sasuke’s so dumb, right?
Not surprising that Sasuke’s that fast because Ae without V1 matched Minato, and with V1 exceeded his foot-speed! (I’ll get to this in argument 3):
He’s aimed for Cee, you fool, not you!
Oh, look, Raikage putting in Bijuu-level chakra to counter the Mangekyou Sharingan (MS):
Oh, Look, Cee’s calling Sasuke a rare genius (hasn’t everybody?), but an average hater constantly denies the manga. Also Darui states that no one has ever survived the Liger Bomb because it’s Ae’s strongest attack, not Guillotine Drop. This is said by Darui before, too, and a Samurai:
Ae himself is surprised that Sasuke survived that. Also, Darui’s and Cee’s faces don’t seem all that confident that Ae will survive and Gaara also states that only Ae would’ve gotten injured. Which means that as Liger Bomb was ineffective against Sasuke, the changes of Guillotine Drop killing Sasuke through an Enton-Spike reinforced Susanoo were literally zero.
But Sasuke would’ve died here for sure when ALL of the evidence points to Raikage getting mortally injured, not Sasuke. Can I get a link to the fan-fictions you guys write and religious follow as some kind of canon? So how many tricks did Sasuke perform here? He fooled Cee and coated his Enton with Amaterasu that cost Raikage his arm. This pretty neat for someone who didn’t know he was doing, no?
Coming back to the argument about the fight: Bee went to attack Sasuke first. After his attack missed, he went for Sasuke’s team:
That’s when Sasuke decided to go to the shrine area and confront Bee himself with Genjutsu, saving his entire team in the process! That’s twice Sasuke has saved his entire team: one, by going directly to him, where he deflected Bee’s attack to try to keep him away from the team; and two, by coming to their rescue here and using Genjutsu to paralyze Bee:
Look closely at the above image that’s got Suigetsu’s comment about going at Bee with an intent to kill: Bee’s completely Paralyzed! Sasuke stands over him, pants, and then turns around. Not to mention the time-frame that it took for Bee to get paralyzed mid-air and come crashing down. Do you think if Sasuke wanted to kill him here, the same guy who matching V1′s Ae’s speed according to Bee himself, wouldn’t have killed him with ease, twice in the same panel? Once when he was skidding down and second when he was standing over him huffing? It actually took Bee a couple of seconds to recover!

Sasuke’s going by his previous knowledge when he suppressed Kurama right in its cage, which shocked it:
How can you expect Sasuke of the all the people to know such a classified information when only few Kages know this (scan in argument # 2)? To hold this against him is just ridiculous! That’s like suggesting that why didn’t Kakashi know that Pain could recover from his abilities? Why didn’t he know that Kakuzu had more hearts? Why didn’t Chiyo know that Sasori could control 100 puppets? Why didn’t Itachi know that Kabuto had a Dragon Sage ability that could nullify their Susanoo? Why didn’t Kabuto know about Izanami? Why didn’t Itachi know about Obito’s Intangibility Kamui ability? That’s … very stupid!
So Sasuke got fatally hit because 1) he tried to save his team again by drawing Bee’s attention to himself; 2) he used his prior knowledge of Genjutsu with Kurama to cast it (he even says, “it’s just like that time,” in the scans above); and three, he didn’t kill Bee twice in the same panel when he could’ve if he wanted to!
Fact 3: Sasuke saved his friends way more than they saved him!
1) Sasuke got Suigetsu’s sword back that allowed him to defend himself. (As explained above.)
2) Sasuke faced Bee twice to save their lives, one of which was the use of Genjutsu that had fatal results.That makes two times for each member and three times for Suigetsu, because he got his sword back, which he had lost to Bee. (As explained above.)
3) Sasuke just got up after being healed by Jugo (the credit goes to him for saving his life; or else, he would’ve surely died) and cast Amaterasu on a fully formed Hachibi to save all of his teammates again!
Before that, Suigetsu took on the Bijuu bomb for them:
After that, when the Hachibi caught fire, it was thrashing about. Karin slipped. Not only Sasuke cut off the tentacle to save Karin from being crushed, but he also extinguished the flames to stop her from being burnt. So Sasuke saved Karin twice here alone:
He saved Jugo here again from getting crushed under the Hachibi. So let’s count:
1: Jugo saved Sasuke once by healing him. He also punched Bee away when he was trying to cut Suigetsu’s sword. Here he was not just saving Sasuke, but Suigetsu, too!
He also picked up Karin and Suigetsu once to get out of harms away when Bee attacked initially and when Sasuke went after him to the other side. So Jugo saved Sasuke twice and everyone else twice, too.
2: Karin healed Sasuke even though he wasn’t fatally wounded and she Sensed most of the time. She saved no one else.She saved Sasuke once.
3: Suigetsu stepped between Bee’s downward sword-strike and Sasuke with his sword. He took on the Bijuu Dama once to save everyone, not just Sasuke, and he helped Sasuke in landing a hit on Bee through Chidori, too. So he Saved Sasuke once, aided him once, and saved others once, too.
4: Sasuke aided Suigetsu once in getting him his sword back, without which, he’d been killed against Bee multiple times. He saved Jugo, Karin, and Suigetsu once by going for Bee directly. He Saved them twice through Genjutsu that ended with fatal results. He saved everyone twice by using Amaterasu. He saved Karin twice by cutting the Tentacle and turning off the flames. He saved Suigetsu and Jugo in the process, as well, which would make it once more.
Why don’t you do the math for above? So where are the manga scans where Sasuke’s team was saving him all the time? This fandom is so embarrassing.
Fact 4: Bee would’ve died FIVE TIMES against Sasuke had he chosen to kill him while Sasuke would’ve only died ONCE, TWICE if you squint about that Suigetsu blocking Bee’s sword thing, but there’s no proof that Sasuke simply wouldn’t have cut Bee’s blade with good ol’ full-powered Chidori, with which he blew up the hall extra big against Ae!
Easily provable:
1) Sasuke casts Amaterasu anytime and roasts Bee. Bee has no advantage of a poor line-of-sight from Sasuke’s side and a V2 Raiton cloak from Ae’s side:
Ae dodged behind the flame for precisely this reason becasue Sasuke’s “line of sight” was fucked:
Remember, Amaterasu’s original casting is a spawn: It literally appears on the target the user’s looking at:
See? No ice-melting took place. Had it traveled from one end of the arrow (Sasuke’s eye) to the other (his hand), melting would’ve happened in-between, but there’s literally nothing there.
It can travel after casting as it can be manipulated by the user.
2) Bee gets stuck inside Suigetsu:
Sasuke could’ve aimed for Bee’s scull or his heart. Both would’ve worked as Jins can’t healed from their heart being damaged. Case in point: Kabuto destroying the chakra network around Naruto’s heart that Kurama couldn’t heal! Only Tsunade could!
So that’s ONE MORE chance Sasuke didn’t avail here!
2) Bee Gets stuck inside Genjutsu and becomes completely paralyzed:
Sasuke would’ve killed Bee when he was skidding towards him, completely paralyzed, and then lay paralyzed on the ground. He could’ve killed him in air, or when he lay on the ground. As Sasuke’s shown looking over him, panting, and turning around. That’s sufficient time to kill someone while he lays helpless on the ground. That’s sufficient time to kill someone who’s falling down from mid-air due to complete paralysis!
So Sasuke could’ve killed Bee twice here: once in mid-air, and the other time when he lay helpless on the ground, completely paralyzed!
3) Sasuke could’ve killed Bee in full Tailed Beast mode when he used Amaterasu on it!
Amaterasu is the highest flame form and it can’t be extinguished (it CAN be sealed, as Jiraiya showed, but I doubt that the dude who’s being burnt alive will have time to seal it). It eats flames, too. It keeps burning till the target doesn’t turn to ash. Databook II states that it burns for seven days and seven nights!
Remember what happened to Bee? That’s right, he was burning alive till Sasuke didn’t extinguish the flames to save his team!
All he had to do was NOT stop the flames, and Bee would’ve been roasted alive, along with Hachibi, because I doubt it would’ve survived burning for seven days and nights straights. So this is ONE MORE chance he didn’t avail!
Why didn’t he avail ALL these chances? Because he wanted to CAPTURE Bee, not kill him!
Fact 5: Bee lost, Sasuke didn’t!
Bee wining in the end is such a fan fiction that it’s yet another one of the reasons to mold the manga to people’s own liking and pass off fan fictions as facts (because they have this unhealthy hatred for Sasuke)!
Remember the tentacle Sasuke cut to save Karin? Let me show you!
See that Tentacle floating underwater? Yeah, that’s the Tentacle Bee used Kawarimi (substitution technique) on to save himself AFTER Sasuke extinguished the flames:
Who confirms it? Bee himself! He says he used that plan “on the fly” and Hachibi confirms that his bullshit cost it plenty of its legs!
Sasuke confirmed this, as well!
So Bee sacrificed several of Hachibi’s limbs to escape Sasuke! LMFAO! But Sasuke’s a weakling! Oh, and he was ALMOST COMPLETELY out of chakra after he went full Bijuu Mode (Hachibi states it), and SASUKE WAS ONE OF THE TOUGHEST OPPONENTS HE EVER FOUGHT!
So, let me guess, Bee escaped because he was out of chakra, accepts that Sasuke was one of the toughest opponents he ever fought, and he sacrificed several of Hachibi’s limbs to do that? Gotcha! Compared to that Sasuke was fully healed by Jugo at this point and Bee had no chakra left to use any kind of Bijuu Mode (cloaked or full) as Hachibi stated! But he would’ve won or killed Sasuke, but he spared him? LOL @ fan fictions!
PART II:
Let’s begin the argument by getting one thing out of the way first: when Sasuke fought Itachi, he won, but he was also in critical state; his wounds were pretty bad. This is confirmed by three people: Zetsu (the best non-Rikudou Sensor), Obito (who possesses a Sharingan and can see chakra easily), and Jugo (another Sensor whose Cursed Mark is actually a Sage mode). Let’s post the images to back up all of this first and start with reason # 1:

Jugo’s Curse Mark (CM) is a Sage Mode (SM), so like all SM users, he can sense, too:
Okay, so we’ve got one thing out of the way: Sasuke was injured when he began the fight and that affected his movement and performance (which is a scientific fact that these factors do affect someone’s performance, movement, and mental capacity)? Got it? Okay, good, because if you don’t buy this, you might as well just write your own fan fiction and call it a day!
Reason 2: Jinchurikis are closely guarded secrets, so it isn’t possible for Sasuke to get full intel on them!
Let’s look at one more factor: Bee! Now, being a Jinchuriki (Jin for short), Bee’s a closely guarded secret. There are several factors that come into play. For one, it was mentioned by Chiyo and agreed upon by Kakashi that “Bijuu are closely guarded secrets!” due to them being “weapons for the villages”:
Not only that, for the Hidden Cloud Village (Cloud for short), Bee was a common name used for the person who would be trained to become Raikage’s tag-team member and a personal body-guard!
Not only that, but the Jinchuriki (Jin for short) was also ostracized and kept away from the other villagers because one, they disliked them, and two, they needed to be kept separate for military purposes. This is clearly stated in Motoi’s story about Bee:
This is further proven by the fact that, when Raikage took charge, in order to protect the village’s asset, Bee was completely confined to the ravine (where he trained and where Sasuke found him) and forbidden to ever leave the village for the sole purpose of Biju-Dama (BD for short) training. So the Minato battle took place some time before that as Ae isn’t Raikake then (he is Raikage in the above image):
This proves that Bee was not only a) a body guard to Raikage, but also b) a closely guarded secret thanks to being a Jin and being confined to the ravine by the Raikage, along with c) being ostracized by the community. So any person having information about his abilities is so absurd! If his own villagers didn’t know, how would other people? How does anyone expect Sasuke to gather information about him? Through Raikage, who Bee serves by being his personal tag-team partner and body-guard, himself? Good fucking luck because that’s just stupid!
This is true for all Akatsuki, too. They gathered Bijuu through minimal Intel. Deidara only knew that Gaara manipulated Sand. That’s it. His other abilities? He didn’t know because there was no way of knowing it! He theorized along the way. You don’t use IF if you know your enemy’s abilities for sure. You don’t show SHOCK if you know what’s coming. You don’t THEORIZE if you know how the abilities work:
He simply brought a bag of “Ohako (Precision Guided Explosives)” to tackle Gaara, who he knew used sand! That’s it!
Similar is the case with 3-tails. Deidara only knew that it’s a water-type Tailed Beast (TB for short), and so, Kisame was better suited to battle it:
And Kisame was hired to take care of 4-tails precisely because it’s a SCORCH-TYPE JIN and Kisame himself is a water-type. So Deidara was sent to battle a Bijuu, which is weaker without a host, and Kisame was sent to battle a Fire-Type JIN because Bijuu are stronger with a host! So Kisame, LIKE SASUKE, was sent to do a tougher job!
Also, Bee, like Yagura, was literally the ONLY PERFECT JIN in the manga at that time:

Kisame was only sent alone because Sasuke failed and there wasn’t anyone else on the team because, ya know, every Akatsuki member save for Obito, Zetsu, and Kisame was dead! And Kisame failed, too! He failed fucking TWICE! Once he failed against Bee (despite using Bee’s own chakra to make the water prison, through which he got sensed!) and against Gai the second time. He actually killed himself then!
(Sure, this was a clone, but he failed, anyway!)
But, man, you’ve got to go after Sasuke like he violated your whole family, slaughtered them, urinated and defecated on their corpses, burnt them with Amaterasu, and then made you watch the WHOLE fucking thing or something! How fucking sad, yo!
Even the Third Raikage used to take on the Hachibi (8-Tails) with a group of people, including his son:
And the eight tales (as above images from Motoi’s story about Bee prove) is the second strongest Bijuu, after all. So the host of the second strongest Bijuu would be the second toughest host!
And the Third Raikage did take him on, but the whole story’s details are known to no one BUT the Third himself. So the whole “he took a BD to da face! BASED!” bullshit is made-up fan fiction:
See? He TRIED to stop Hachibi on his own, but failed. It’s a fact, fanboys! Sasuke took on Hachibi ALL on his own, and unlike Uncle Third Raikage, he SUCCEEDED in Subduing it! (A 16 or 17-year-old kid managed to accomplish something, gramps couldn’t!)
Why is it held against Sasuke if he used a team when members of Akatsuki used a team-mate for far weaker Jins? Akatsuki were used in pairs for the same reasons! They helped each other out in tough spots! Stop being fucking hypocrites!
Let’s see three arguments why Sasuke’s battle against Bee is so epic for a mere 16 or 17-year-old against someone more than TWICE his age!
Argument 1: Bee was so fast even as a teenager that he PUNKED Minato twice!
Once: Traveled faster than Minato to make sure he got between a teleported Minato and Ae. Minato never managed to touch Ae (see, fanboys? Canon is so much better and different from your kooky, self-inserting fan fictions):
Punked once by traveling to Ae faster than Minato could hit him immediately after teleportation:
Punked twice by moving his knife faster than Minato, despite the latter teleporting to him, by aiming it at his gut for a stalemate:
Teenage Bee was faster than peak Minato! Sasuke fought an adult version!
Argument 2: Bee was faster than KCM and BM Naruto on several occasions!
KCM Naruto getting shitted on once by 4-tails Jin. Bee saves him!
Gets shitted on Twice against Yugito. Bee saves him again!
Gets shitted on by TWO Jins. Bee saves him THRICE IN A ROW NOW!
Makes clones to incapacitate the Jins and saves Naruto’s ass again! That’s FOUR FUCKING TIMES IN A ROW!
I’m not going to post the MASSIVE WHIRLWIND scan ‘cause I’m not in the mood, but that was done to save Naruto, too! That would make it FIVE TIMES!
Naruto gets shitted on again, and this time, Bee’s badly wounded while trying to protect him (you know, just like Sasuke with Team Taka, right? Or should Bee be shitted on here, too?)
Of course, Gai and Kakashi step in next to protect Naruto’s ass. How many times was Naruto saved again here? Over SEVEN TIMES, actually. If I count the times against Obito (even when Naruto was using KCM clones), despite Naruto having help from Hachibi, Gated Gai, and Kakashi, it’d be well over TWENTY TIMES! Come on, shit on him, too! He got shitted on by Madara, too, who didn’t even move to blow his own BD into his face. He got blasted off like a fucking dumbass!
Come on, shit on him, too, fanboys, because unlike Naruto, Sasuke ain’t been fed on Bijuu chakra that merges with his system since birth! BM just opened the whole flood gates!

Notice when the seal is messed up, Naruto can’t control chakra properly and falls into water!
As soon as Jiraiya fixed it, Naruto could IMMEDIATELY WALK on water, which he couldn’t do just a PANEL AGO!
So nothing was messing up Naruto’s chakra BUT the seal Orochimaru placed on him. Kakashi’s comment here holds no water (even though he DOES state that Naruto’s immense stamina is because of nothing but nine-tails) when one) he never knew Orochimaru had messed up Naruto’s seal, only Jiraiya found out and fixed it, and two) large chakra reserves do require extra chakra control as he himself mentioned during the tree climbing session.
(Looks like Sakura only managed to learn stuff because of Tiny Chakra Reserves! So sad!) Heck, it even helped him learn SAGE MODE! Isn’t it awesome? It’s an all purpose device! Won’t touch on how he learned FRS due to it, but why not shit on him, too, when he’s got more hand outs than every major character combined!

Oh, remember that seal? Naruto opened it once to get Kurama’s Chakra Mode (KCM for short) with tons of help! He didn’t do it himself!
Bee and Hachibi stepped in twice to save his sorry ass!
Then his mom stepped in to not only hold Kurama down but also purify the corrupt chakra, because pop, conveniently, left her chakra inside him! These aren’t asspulls at all! Harry Potter’s POWER OF LOVE to the rescue to grant Naruto a brand new ability!
Did I tell you Naruto opened the same seal fully and got a full-fledged Bijuu Mode through THE POWER OF FRIENDSHIP?! Yeah, he got it, JUST LIKE THAT!

Is this a joke?
Argument 3: Sasuke didn’t survive by dumb luck, Bee did!
Sasuke put together a perfect team, which is somehow wrong, but everyone else can not only operate in pairs and groups, but are also allowed to fail multiple times!
That’s not all, Bee ONLY survived Kisame because he was stupid enough to overuse Bee’s chakra (that got detected by Cee from miles away), and because Samehada magically decided to like Bee and supply him with chakra to make him recover just when Kisame was about to cut off his legs, because reasons!
But Sasuke survived with dumb luck? What about Sasuke magically forgetting to turn on his Sharingan to double check when he immediately reached the conclusion that Bee survived through Kawarimi? If you want to remain biased, do it. Doesn’t make any self-inserting asshole who’s got an unhealthy hate boner for Sasuke look any less of a tool to me.
