I heard noises , what was it ?
I opened my eyes slowly , my head was thumping , what happened ?
Finally I got out of the bed and walked slowly to the living room , everything was clean.
Wait clean ? Everything that happened flashed before me.
" I see you woke up." I heard his voice calling from behind me.
" Yeah, what happened?" I said rubbing my aching temples.
" My hug electrified you." he said.
I looked up to him , he was serious about this.
We kept looking at each other , I gave him my best ' Are you really serious you wanna go there.' face.
He gave up and started laughing.
When he laughed , his face lit up and his dimples came to say hi.
I think I blushed but his laugh was contagious and I couldn't help but to start laughing myself.
I haven't laughed this much in a very long time.
When finally my laughter started to fade, I noticed he was looking at me.
" What?"I said
" Well, first time seen you laugh." he said
" Well, be proud I don't laugh much."
" Ohh, that I am , you should do it more , when you laugh you look more beautiful."
I stared at him , did he say I was beautiful ?
Control yourself.
" Well, I couldn't laugh much with all that happened now could I ?"
" True."he said finally.
I looked around , everything was in place.
" Did you clean up ?"
" No, I asked my friends the badgers to do it for me , too much work."
I laughed again.
" Thank your friends for me will ya , never seen this house so clean , how long was I out?"
" About 3 hours I think." he said
He cleaned everything in just 3 hours ? The house was a mess. I have to repay him somehow ....
But how ?
As I rubbed my temples and concentrating how could I repay this stranger for what he has done for me , then he suddenly said :
" By the way I have a question?"
" Ask away." I said , what could he want to ask ?
" Umm, well ..." he said rubbing his cheeks , why was he hesitating?
" Um, what's your name ?" he said finally ,
Wait what ? All that hesitating just to ask my name ? and wait is he blushing ?
I kept looking at him , half of me expecting he was just joking and the other half hoping he isn't joking, he blushed even more, cute too cute.
I couldn't take it anymore, I let out a hysterical laugh even though I could see him trying to hide the fact that he is embarrassed.
I wiped my eyes for a dramatic effect, " That was refreshing."
" Yeah yeah , hope you had fun." he said crossing his arms.
I walked and stood in front of him, extending my hand forward.
" Alice, nice to meet you." I said still smiling.
He shocked his head and laughed.
Then he took my hand in his and said :
" Gaven , pleasure is all mine."
