Let me tell you a story. In a far-away town from Paris, was born Phineus, the son of a famous businessman. As Phineus grew, people started to see how intelligent he was. Phineus had three older sisters who were not as interested as him in business. Maybe because of his father's influence, he decided to manage the family company named as "Salle mi-dessus". It was a hall that they would rent to people for special occasions like marriages, birthdays and so on. Even though, his father was a really successful businessman, he went through some hardships and most of his businesses closed. "Salle mi-dessus" was the only wealth remaining to the family. As the father was becoming old, he decided to let his son manage the company. Phineus was intelligent and he had a talent to foresee the bad events which could affect the business. Therefore, he was always taking measures to make sure his company would thrive. As he was slowly getting new orders for his hall, he decided to grow his business by buying a restaurant, another hall and a bakery. He managed all the companies well. He was slowly reaching the success of his father. He invested some money in the stock market. Because of his knowledge of the economy and his talent in predicting the fluctuations of the stock-exchange prices, he earned a lot of money and became even more successful than his father.
Unfortunately, shortly after his marriage, sicknesses affected Phineus. He was a diabetes patient. With time, he lost his eyesight. As he was blind, he wanted someone to manage the company for him while following his orders. As his sisters were not ready to undertake such a difficult task. He had to employ somebody. One day, a statue of Phineus which was in the hall got broken. Phineus was furious as it had cost a lot of money. An unknown person came to the hall that day. His name was Dolus. He told Phineus:
"Sir, I am coming here for a job. If you do not mind, I want to say something...Maybe instead of blaming each other for this mistake, we can turn it into an opportunity."
He told that he was a carver. he took the statue with him and came back the next day. The statue was repaired or one should say modified. He reduced the size of the statue to obliterate the part which was broken. The statue looked great but Dolus added a small change to the statue. Instead of Phineus'face, one could see Dolus'face. All the workers were in shock but Phineus appreciated the work and appointed Dolus. The latter slowly became the advisor and executive of Phineus. Dolus was smart but sometimes he would engage in some bad actions, too crafty to be noticed by Phineus. He would praise Phineus in front of him but then talk ill about him in front of the workers. Dolus was an excellent manipulator but Phineus had full confidence on him. Dolus was happy that he had a job but it was not enough. He wanted to become the boss and therefore he did not like to work under Phineus.
Phineus considered him as a member of his family and he would often invite him to his home. The diabolic mind of Dolus saw an opportunity there. As he became close to the family, he noticed that Phineus would never refuse anything his sister asked. Indeed, Phineus loved his sisters and would do anything for them. He spent his money to buy them expensive clothes, houses, cars and he even helped their husbands to find a new job. When he had the occasion, Dolus would talk with the sisters. He slowly started to manipulate them by making them think that when their father would die, all the businesses would belong to Phineus and therefore they would be left without money. Even though, the story was quite far-tetched, the convincing words used by Dolus and the way he expressed himself made everything credible.
One day, the sisters asked Phineus to give them a part of the business. They told that as heirs of their father, they also wanted a share in the business. Phineus who understood what was happening, could not refuse their demands. He thought that he may be blind but his sister were even more blind than he was. He knew that his sisters could not manage the businesses because that was not their interests. His sisters pointed out that all the wealth came because of their father's hardwork and that Phineus was just managing the businesses. It did not take long for Phineus to figure out who was behind this. That made him sad. He wrote an agreement asserting that all the businesses would be handled by his sisters. Phineus left his home without money, with his wife. The latter did not accept the fact that Phineus gave all his businesses. But Phineus explained that they lost confidence on him and that he could not accept it. He insisted that whatever one does, one must start from the root. It was maybe a hasty decision or a matter of pride.
After that, Phineus lived with his wife, in a small house far from his family. His wife had to do two jobs to make-ends meet. The disability of Phineus hampered him from getting a job. In fact, the real reason behind that was depression. A lot of people criticised him and would say that he was able to be successful, only because of his father wealth. His wife helped him to pull himself together thanks to motivation speeches and by making him realize his knowledge of the corporate world. He started giving business classes to students from various universities. That helped him a lot to get his confidence back. One day, he heard that his sisters, his father and his mother had committed sucide. He went to see what happened. His previous worker explained that Dolus manipulated them and took all the businesses and their wealth. Phineus was furious but he did not know how to take his revenge on Dolus. The latter used his talent to manipulate in order to get richer. He cheated a whole family.
Now tell me, what should Phineus have done in order to get his revenge ? He did not have money, what could he do against such a hateful character and mighty businessman ? Who is to blame in this situation, Dolus' sisters ? Phineus ? Dolus' father ? or Dolus himself ?

The character of Dolus and Phineus are inspired by greek mythology. If you do some research, you may notice some similarities between their characters in the mythology and how I described them in this story.
