Magic items have been around for a long time ago. However only a few people that can made it. Making a magic item is very difficult and have a high risk of failure in the process. But Verduny could find a way to made magic items easier and even create his own magic items.
All this time Verduny has only given his magic items to his trusted people and treat it as his prides. The magic items that being sold in the market, most of them were copies of Verduny's creations.
If it weren't for the pressure from the Emperor in the past, Verduny would never gave his magic item formula to other people. Of course the formula that Verduny given is not the completed ones and only for low level and medium level magic items.
These low and medium level magic items are taught in the Magician Academy according the agreements between Verduny and the Emperor.
*look at Edward* *grin* "NO! How could it be? We were never having trouble getting our own foods, that's impossible. How could the Rising Moon having trouble of a mere foods? What a joke! But to avoid any suspicion, we'll exchange one or two our created lowest magic item with the most sincerely nobles that come to us" *chuckles*

Edward explain the plans to Vincent meanwhile Verduny continue his works. After awhile

The three of them head to rest area and have lunch together with others soldiers
On the way to rest area

It's rare for the soldiers looking Verduny smile friendly. They're impressed and amazed on Verduny smile.

Verduny realize being stared at his soldiers. Edward trying to hold back his laughs.

All of them said it together. And they start eating.

The healers shocked and realized something.

Lane know that Verduny did something to help healing the soldiers. But he didn't know that Verduny exhausting his magical energies.

The soundproof are no longer in the tent because Verduny leave the tent earlier. Verduny continue his works and Edward help him.

Vincent ignore it and approaching Verduny to help him too.

Edward startled, Verduny shocked and Vincent stay calm. Anthony was eating in the kitchen and met Vincent at there. After lunch, Anthony start training together with other soldiers.

"It's because there are rumor that our savings were run out due to repairing the Dukedom from exploitation in the past"
*irritated* *writing* "Are they stupid? It's already more than 10 years from that incidents. I think they just want the magic item for themselves or they want to corrupt the proceeds from selling the magic items. Well, let's take advantage of this to start our plans" *writing*

Erin ask Edward. Edward come to his sense.

Erin stunned and accept the gloves

It's the first time for Edward seeing Erin smiling
*smile* "Then I'll come in and continue my works"
