All the Vassals frozen and the room became really quiet
*take out something from his storage ring* "This all are the reply of yesterday reports" *distributing the documents*
All the Vassal accept the documents and check it. The room get quiet for awhile.
*suddenly* "This... The Duke refuse the proposal to increase our manpower even though we really need it" *confused*
One of the vassals started complaining
"The Duke said that we don't need to increase our labors, if you put more affords on your works, the works will be finished in no time."
"But..."
"The reason you want to add more employees in your proposal were because you've lots of works to do, that's why your reports were always the latest arrived to the Duke. But in reality, you were neglecting your works and went drinking with your friends everyday instead. Don't think that the Duke don't know about this" *glare at that vassal*
That vassal shut his mouth down
"There are more tourist and immigrants coming to our Dukedom, most of them were intending to stay here. I was reporting about this to the Duke almost everyday." *one of the vassals start to adding arguments*
"That's true, everyday we have almost than 1000 visitors and half of those visitors want to stay in our Dukedom" *other vassals adding arguments*
"We were proposing the Duke to build more inn for the temporary visitors, more house for the ones that want to stay and more facilities or rides that our visitors and people can enjoy in here. But the Duke seem don't really care about this matters" *other vassals adding arguments*
"There are already house that ready to get sold in the markets but it price are too expensive. The immigrant requesting to lower the prices." *other vassals adding arguments*
"Don't worry, the Duke already know about this. He will think more about this matter after completing other matters that more important than this matters." *Vincent respond to the vassals calmly*
The truth is, if Verduny accept those Vassals proposal and improve the Dukedom facilities as they requested, there will be more visitors coming in the future and his works will increase significantly. So Verduny really want to refuse that proposals, but he can't do that because he don't have any good reasons to do so.
"The Duke always have been busy everyday, but he has two aides now. Please tell the Duke to take this matters seriously or he can entrust this to his aide if he's too busy with his works. Please consider it thoroughly, this matters have been delayed for years already." *other Vassals adding arguments*
"Alright, I'll tell the Duke about this and persuade him to think about this matter thoroughly" *Vincent answering that Vassal while looking at him*
"Thank you, Sir Vincent" *the vassal relieved*
"The Merchants in the market were getting out of hand and the Duke reply were to just wait? Can I ask for the explanations?" *other vassal started adding other arguments*
"The Duke will know the mastermind of those merchant and he'll take care of the mastermind himself, so all we need to do are waiting the result patiently" *Vincent answer the vassals calmly*
The room quiet again
"But even so, our people are getting a difficulty reaching a strain of rice and wheats because of those merchants, we can't just stay still like this" *other vassal adding argument*
Vincent glare to that Vassal for a bit and that Vassal shut his mouth.
"The Duke want us to wait, so we must wait as his orders. Do you want to defy his orders?"
The room get quiet again
"The Duke refuse to mass produce the storage ring, could I know the reason?"
"There's already a lots of people that able to made one and sold it to the market. So it's pointless to do so" *Vincent answer calmly*
"But the quality are different, the one that the Duke created can accommodate more than that storage ring in the market" *vassal A adding arguments*
"That's true, let's mass product the storage ring and sold it in the market. We can provide our people foods with the money" *vassal B adding arguments*
"If it's about foods, we can buy it with our savings. The Dukedom have a lots of savings" *vassal C adding arguments*
"Saving? What saving? We have run out of savings from repairing the territory a long time ago, there's nothing left" *vassal A adding arguments*
"The Duke didn't accept the proposal of further improvement to our Dukedom. I think the reason were because we don't have enough savings in our Dukedom to do so, if it's not because of that, are there any reasons for delaying the improvement of the Dukedom for years?" *vassal E adding arguments*
"That's true, our savings were run out from repairing the Dukedom in the past. We don't have any savings to improve our Dukedom anymore. And now we even can't affords any food for our own people" *vassal B adding arguments*
"But that exploitation incidents happened a long time ago. And the repairing have been finished in the past" *vassal D adding arguments*
"Then let me ask, did the Duke have a lots of money to cover our savings? Where can the Duke get that kind of money? The Duke never actively tried to earn more money, you know?" *vassal E adding arguments*
Now in the room, the Vassal divided into several groups, pro groups, contra groups and neutral groups. The pro and contra groups are augmenting to each other, the neutral group and Vincent just quietly observing.
"How the hell do you know that the Duke never earning any money? Where's that stupid though come from?" *vassal C adding arguments*
"It's the facts, the Duke..." *vassal A trying to add more arguments*

Vincent smash the table meeting, all vassals shocked and calm themselves down then they sit back down in their own seats.
All the properties in the Amethyst Dukedom such door, table/desk was modified by Verduny and the research team. That's why it can't be broke easily.
"The Duke always have a lot of missions from the Emperor in the past, that's why he didn't have enough time to actively earning more money for the Dukedom." *Vincent start adding arguments*
"That what I'm trying to..." *vassal A trying to add more arguments*
*meddling* "But the Duke never earning any money? What a joke!" *Vincent started mocking*

Vincent glare at that vassal, the vassal frightened then shut himself down
"What I know? Let me tell you this! The Duke was the founder of Magician Academy, the exclusive school for magicians. This school were facilitating magicians to learn about magic or do research in there. In this empire, NO in this continent, a school that exclusively for magicians are only in here, in Amethyst Dukedom. That's one of our source of money"
Some of the vassals shocked because of disbelieved
"Aren't that school provide by the Emperor? How can that be the property of our Dukedom?" *one of the vassals ask out of curiosity*
*glance at that Vassal* "The empire have the Royal Academy for nobles to study and Bright Academy for the rich and lucky commoners. But Magician Academy were provide from the Duke himself and available for both nobles and commoners. The different of this schools were from the things that taught in each schools. The Magician Academy were more focused on knowing, understanding, applying and developing magic than other subjects meanwhile in Royal Academy are equally studying on all subjects and more focused on increasing the students strengths. To think the vassals from this very Dukedom don't know about these simple thing, even an outsider with unknow background like myself that only started working a few days ago know about it. What a shame!"
All the vassals astonished and speechless. Some of them shocked at Vincent's words and became speechless. Some of them speechless because mad but can't against Vincent's words. Then Vincent look at the vassals
*glare* "It seem some of you already knew of the facts and some are just knowing the facts today. You all are working together for the Dukedom, right? How can you didn't know about this simple things? If you can do your job properly, the Duke won't need to hire incapable aide like me and choose one of you as his aide instead. But all you can do was badmouthing the Duke in the back. What a coward! If you want to get recognized by the Duke, prove yourself dumbass! All you can do is complaining and run to your mother's embraces!" *mad loudly*
All the Vassal frightened and just quietly hearing Vincent grumbles.
*brace himself* "But... But where the Duke have the source to build those Academy? Aren't the savings were run out from repairing the Dukedom?" *Vassal B trying to add more arguments*
Vincent glare at that Vassal
"Like I said before, the Duke have been completing a lot of missions from the Emperor. Did you think the Emperor didn't rewarding the Duke for completing all his missions in the past? The Emperor will get protested from all of his subjects! Furthermore, are there any employees that want to works if they didn't get paid? How stupid!"
All the Vassal stunned because just realizing that fact right now for a long time. The room get quiet again.
"Sir Vincent, you said that the Academy were only one of our source money. Is there any more sources that we still don't know about?" *one of the vassal asking and cut the silence in the room*
*glance at that vassal* "What do you think? The Duke are an amazing person, he could do anything what he want. He even could made a lots of money without anyone knew about it. And someone as incapable as myself impossible to know that, right?"
The room get quiet again. After awhile
"Why so quiet? Is there anything else that we need to discuss about? Unlike you all, I still have a lot of works to do. Don't waste my time!"
Some of the vassals were mad but no one dare to answering Vincent because don't have any good arguments to go against Vincent's arguments.
"Anyway I have a good news for you from the Duke"
