Some people say cooking is a science; others say it's an art. I believe it to be an art. It's fun to mix and match spices and seasonings; maybe dash some sugar or vinegar; skip the salt, perhaps. Sometimes you create absolutely amazing dishes, or you can make some dishes that would never make it to the menu even if you were desperate. My younger brother believes cooking is a science. I've been making roti and paratha longer than him. He made paratha first time today and it came out amazing, better than mine. I am ashamed...😭😭😭
