Why did the Guana cross the road?

To drink from the river on the other side.

What happened to the Guana on its way back?

It died.

How did it die?

It got run over by the busy lunch traffic.

How?

First, a delivery truck caught it by the stomach,

the biker after the truck couldn't maneuver in time and pancaked its head.

The bus that came three cars later swerved and flattened its tail.

Another bus, hot on the tail of the first, evened out its stomach.

Now, the Guana is a paper-thin stain on the road.
