I am frelling done. I will never cook another pasta dish for my dad again! I made Penne Arrabbiata for lunch. I thought it came out pretty good. Mom liked it, though it was a little too hot for her. Dad... Dad called it miserable. He said it was so bad, it could pass as scraps for the doggos. The next time a pasta dish crosses my mind for lunch, I'll just order takeout from Antonio's! He still had to remind me.
"The pasta was not al dente."
"Any more al dente, and it'll be raw."
"Nope."
