Nothing beats starting the week with a therapy session touching on shit you thought you'd worked through already. Breaking down into a flood of tears and snot for most of your session. Then realising you still have a shitton more work to do. But, since you got some shit out of your system, there's a load off your chest! You feel lighter, happier, clearer of mind, and rejuvenated! You just want to run for the hills and shout at the top of your lungs "I'M OK, BUT NOT OK AND I KNOW WHY!!".
