Pepper is a good spice to add to food. It's even better when you make your own homemade hot sauce too. But how much pepper, or rather hot sauce, is too much? The most I can stomach is two tablespoons. I've got a cousin who ploughs through hot sauce like it's sugar. He'd finish a small bottle in 2 days!! He puts it on everything; snacks, sandwiches, already spiced food. Yeesh. Luckily, his sister makes for most of the family, so he can get a constant supply. Mom says 1 tablespoon a day is good enough.
