Resourceful facts are good source of inspirations to story and fiction writers. We often generate fictitious elements and creative characters based on facts to create great story plots. Penana is introducing a new sharing feature, Genre-Specific Sharing, which allows users to share and categorize facts and resources to up to 3 specific genres. The shared resources can be articles, bizarre news, scientific facts, interesting trivia, writing tips, to name a few. We believe this can help writers to spark their imagination and create better plots when writing.
How this works with 3 Simple Steps:
1. Go to your Hub and click on the "Sharing" tab (green color).
2. Paste the URL of the fact/resource that you want to share.
3. Type your thoughts and inspiration and select up to 3 genre tags to share to.
You can preview the shared item before you share it to the public.
All the shared facts and resources will be archived on the "Sharing" Page of our homepage, which allows users to access and comment anytime. It's the best place for users who need to take a writing break and find their writing muse! You can also click on the "Feel Inspired!" button and leave comments if you have gained insights from the shared items.
The shared facts and resources will also be shown on the Hub of yourself and your Followers (Start to follow someone if you haven't!). In addition, your shared items will be tracked in your own portfolio page (we just updated a new design!) under the "Sharing" tab.
