Once Death was satisfied with his appearance, he left his residence and made his way to the headquarters. Upon his arrival, he found everyone waiting in anticipation. He introduced them to Vincent and Sam, and then allowed the rest of the agents to introduce themselves:

- Dieci: World Element Breaker, can use every element in the world and cause catastrophic destruction at will.

The meeting began in earnest as everyone discussed their tasks and responsibilities. Vincent and Sam were briefed on the overall scheme. Death explained that each member of the team would work together to eliminate obstacles in their way. Each member would be responsible for eliminating some of these obstacles.

Next, the meeting turned to discussing the Mind Share operation. Everyone agreed that it was a wise decision. The plan was simple. Due would spread Sam's power with his blood through the DNA Satellite Beacon that she built. It would infiltrate the minds of those who were involved in the plan. There were five stages to this plan, starting from schools with bullying issues, cities, countries at war, and then the whole world. Sam would share the mind-reading power with everyone in the world and collect valuable information at every stage, and finally form rules with the ability to however they saw fit.

At this point, Death gave them several options. They could either spread the power of Sam through the Internet, or they could infect people directly using a virus. In the latter case, they would need to create a special program that would take over the minds of targeted people.

Vincent spoke up. "I think we should use the Internet. That way, we'll be able to reach more people faster. We can use social media websites like Facebook and Twitter, or send e-mails to our targets. But how do we make sure the virus reaches its target, without getting detected?"

Vincent thought for a moment. "Maybe we can infect the computer that controls the internet. Or perhaps we could infect the computers used to run advertisement on social media websites. That way, when someone uses the infected computer, the virus will automatically spread to the user."
