Seraphina, under Kaelus' command, walked mechanically toward Elder Aeliana’s cage, her fists now engulfed in a sinister glow of hellfire. Captain Doran, standing helplessly at first, yelled out, "Seraphina! Snap out of it!"
But Seraphina didn’t flinch. Her steps were steady, each one drawing her closer to ending Aeliana's life. Doran’s fists clenched in frustration as he watched her, knowing he needed to act quickly. With a thunderous roar, he slammed his foot down using Planetquake Stomp. The land beneath him trembled violently as massive cracks tore through the ground, fissures spreading out like the wrath of an angry god. Volcanic eruptions ignited the landscape, creating a scene of utter destruction. Doran used the chaos to grab the cage holding Elder Aeliana, leaping away just in time as the ground beneath them collapsed.
But then, without warning, Kaelus appeared directly beside him, his presence dark and ominous. "Going somewhere?" Kaelus asked with a mocking smirk.
Doran’s instincts kicked in, and he vanished from sight, using Gale Force Step to reposition himself above Kaelus, ready to deliver a devastating blow. But Kaelus, as always, anticipated every move. "You think I don’t already know how this plays out?" Kaelus sneered.
Doran landed, his eyes narrowing as he considered his next move. He could feel Kaelus was always one step ahead, but he couldn’t afford to give up now. He looked over at Seraphina, who was still approaching Aeliana. Her face was blank, her movements stiff, like a puppet under Kaelus' eyes
"Seraphina, come on! Break out of it!" Doran’s voice boomed across the burning wasteland, his aura intensifying. His voice grew louder, each word infused with power, as if sheer willpower could free her. And in that moment, something clicked inside him. He released the Will of the Colossus, a force of pure mental strength that projected out from him like a wave.
Seraphina’s steps faltered. Her hand, once raised to strike, lowered, her eyes flickering with recognition. She blinked, and just like that, she was free from Kaelus’ control.
Seraphina’s body moved faster than lightning, and she appeared right beside Kaelus, her voice a low growl. "You’re going to pay for everything you and the Eclipse Sovereignty have done." Her rage bubbled to the surface as she called upon Devil’s Judgement, a pillar of Hellfire so intense that the very fabric of the universe seemed to tremble in its presence. The ground beneath her erupted into flames as the fiery column shot toward Kaelus with unstoppable force, intending to wipe him from existence.
Kaelus, his eyes glowing with malice, quickly summoned his Obsidian Mirror Nexus, believing his shield would deflect any attack. His voice was laced with confidence. "Do you really think that will—"
But before Kaelus could finish, the raw intensity of Devil’s Judgement overwhelmed his barrier, shattering it like fragile glass. The overwhelming fire consumed him entirely, melting away the ground and burning everything in a 500 feet radius to ash. Kaelus screamed as the flames scorched his body, half of him already reduced to molten slag. He tried to escape, to fade into the shadows that had always protected him, but Seraphina's Hellfire Chains of Dominion lashed out, trapping him in place.
The chains wrapped around Kaelus, burning deeper with every second. He writhed in agony, trying to resist the pull of Seraphina’s devastating power, but it was no use. His strength was siphoned away, feeding Seraphina’s rage-fueled inferno. His screams pierced the air, but his suffering was far from over.
Suddenly, amidst the carnage, Captain Doran reappeared beside Kaelus, his skin shimmering with the glow of Iron Body of the Titan: Advanced Technique to protect him from the unbearable heat. Without hesitation, Doran summoned every ounce of his strength and delivered Cataclysmic Wave Fist: Maximum Output, the punch shattering what little remained of Kaelus. His body disintegrated in the explosion of power, leaving nothing but ash in the air.
Doran, barely managing to withstand the blazing inferno around him, used Gale Force Step to escape the burning landscape. The ground continued to burn, the air thick with the scent of molten rock and ash. The fires of Seraphina’s wrath continued to rage, and as Doran stood a safe distance away, he began to catch his breath, glancing back at the scene of destruction.
But then, something stirred in the flames.
A figure began to walk across the burning rubble, their form becoming clearer with each step. Doran’s heart sank. The presence was powerful, terrifying, and unlike anything he had ever felt before. Seraphina turned her head slightly, sensing the same thing. The ground around the figure seemed to bend to their will, the flames parting as they moved forward with an air of unstoppable menace.
As the figure emerged from the fire, Doran’s eyes widened in disbelief. This was no ordinary foe. This was someone far beyond anything they had anticipated.24Please respect copyright.PENANAEItaFUWK5Q
