(Distant past Memory)
I remember what happened that day very clearly. I had just joined Elementary school,and the first week had passed by real quick.I shoved my hands into my pockets and whistled a small song I knew. I thought about the new remote control helicopter I saw at Toys''R''Us. I had saved enough money to buy it,finally. Hurrah!
I had made two very good friends:Keith and Nial. I had told them to wait in the playground.I would join them soon after I had finished the work the teacher gave me. I was just a few feet away from the exit (which led to the playground). I yawned. I was bored with life already. School was over and not many adults were around.
'I know you're hiding more of those,idiot!'
Ah,someone else was today's target of the school's bully:Ethan. I shook my head. Poor boy,whoever that is. I was very near to the exit when I heard another voice.
'I c-can't give you more,I'm s-sorry.' Correction...poor girl.
'Why can't you give me more lollipops?!' Ethan yelled harder.
'B-Beause I bought them for someone else.' the girl's voice said. She was sobbing.
Ethan scoffed 'Come on! Hand them to me and don't speak further,you slug.'
'But-' Ethan pushed her to the ground and she landed with a thud. Her books got scattered.
'Please give them bac-' He grabbed a fistful of her hair and pulled,causing her to shriek in pain.
This is getting out of hand! I thought. I turned on my heels and rushed to that spot. Everyone around them were just standing and staring. I hate evil people,I do. But do you know what I hate more? People who just stand by and watch evil happening.
A circle had surrounded Ethan and that girl. Some of them were giggling,some of them had sorrow written over their faces.I shouldered my way towards the center. Ethan pulled the girl's hair harder and she shrieked.
'Cease this right now,Ethan. What the hell is going on?' I interrupted.
He turned towards me and barked 'None of your business,just pretend you didn't see this.' He resumed talking shit to the girl.
I sighed. Oh since I was near I could get a much closer and clearer view of the girl's face. She made eye contact with me.
I don't know what I'm even feeling right now. She looked up at me with those teary eyes. Helpless,weak and vulnerable. Very Vulnerable. MY HEART CLENCHED. She was in so much pain. I don't know why but my eyes watered and a tear escaped.
He let go of the girl's hair the moment my fist made contact with his face. He stumbled back and looked at me,baffled. He touched his nose to realize that blood had been gushing out.
'What did you just do....?' He asked taking a step closer,anger clear on his face. People started gasping around us.
I looked the girl. My heart felt lighter,suddenly. Why? Her eyes didn't show pain anymore. They showed thankfulness and gladness. As if she had been rescued from the deepest circle of hell.
'Go home,I won't tell this to anyone.' I warned him.
'What!? No. I am not done with her yet.' He came much closer.
'Why are you even protecting this stupid girl in the first place? What is she to you?!
My answer shocked the whole room of people.......
'She's my sister,you moron!!' He stumbled back when I punched him square in the face,again. He was on the floor now. I looked down on him with my fists clenched tighter like never before.
'If you value your hands,keep them off of her. The next time you lay even a finger on her, I will cut them off myself!' I spat. The crowd stood awe-struck.
I walked back and crouched down till I was at her level.I helped gather her books and helped her get up. I dusted the dirt off her.
'Are you alri-'
Her arms went around my torso and burried her face in my chest. I petted her head.
She broke off and wiped her tears.' H-here.' she said putting some things in my hand.
I opened my hand to see that they were the same lollipops she was saving. I blinked twice. I looked back at her.
'For me?'
She had a smile on her face now.This smile could have melted anyone. She nodded very fastly.
A few strands of her extremely long hair fell on her face. I tucked them back behind her ear.She is very fragile,you see. She's one of those people for whom even tons of care wouldn't be enough. Leave them out in the world and douches like Ethan would crush her.
'Promise me you will never go too far from me.' I said putting my forehead on hers.
She nodded fastly with a grin this time as the sun started setting. Just keep smiling,I wanted to tell her.
From that moment,I have taken brutal measures. I began shielding her from every Asshole ever since. Every minute,every day.

(Present)
Why the fuck is she not back yet? Should I have followed them using my bicycle?
I shut the laptop. I was getting too distracted to play Resident Evil:Biohazard. It's a tough game and most definitely requires high concentration and skills. I checked the time. 7:56 PM. It's nearly eight?! Where is she,dammit!
Did he sell her or something? Hell,he better be prepared to hang from the ceiling by his own damn tie.
I went down the stairs and found my 'dear' parents in the living room. Huh,they look so care free about this. Imagine there's a Tsunami; lots of people died and my parents just sit here as if nothing happened at all. I scoffed.
I stepped outside the house using the main door. I began to call Sara on her phone but there came a sound of an engine's purr. I looked up. Hey that's the same car he abducted her in! I squinted my eyes.
The car stopped right before the pathway. Lump stepped out and-
Wait that wasn't his name.....oh LEVI! Yes! He stepped out and opened the door for her.
I'm completely invisible here I think. Both of them failed to notice my gracious presence. I shrugged.
He gently took her hand and placed a kiss on it. No wait---
He 'grabbed' her hand. And why is he drooling over her hand? Doesn't he have two of his own hands to drool on?
My innocent little sister,not knowing what to do.....she turned red. I shook my head. Not good,definitely not good. Some random bastard coming and wooing her...... It's simply not acceptable! If this whole thing were a movie,this is the moment where I cut in.
I walked towards them casually, 'pretending' as if I didn't look at what they were doing previously.
Sara was the first to notice me. Good girl. She stopped talking and looked at me.
Levi turned around and made eye contact with me. He's intelligent,because he had bought her straight home. Bless him.
She said a silent goodbye to him and walked past me,into the house.He still didn't break eye contact with me. One of his hands was in his pockets.
'So since we have 'thanked' you in the way you wanted,this must suffice.' I said getting closer.
He stared more intently into my eyes. ' I'm assuming you have deep hatred for any male coming her way.' He stepped closer too and adjusted his cuff links. He continued.
'But I'm here to make a mutual agreement,mate.'
'I don't want to make any-'
'I will prove it to you.'
'Prove what?'
'Prove that I'm unlike the other men you've seen. I'll be establishing solid evidence that I do deserve her affection.'
'I'll think about it-'
'Don't think. See.' He said. I stared at him. He sure likes to cut people off.
' I'll be deciding what's good for her and what's not.' I stated and titled my head sideways. 'But bare in mind that under no circumstance can you RUSH things.'
'For the time-being I won't' He said.
'Good.' I said. I turned and started walking towards the main door.
'May I suggest something?' He asked as I heard his footsteps fade.
I turned around to see that he was walking towards his car.
'Out with it.' I said.
He opened his car door and before sitting in the driver's seat,he leaned onto the roof of the car.
'You gotta let go sometime or the other.' He said. As if I don't know that! He looked at me expecting a reply.
' That is true.' I paused and continued. 'But not now.'
I turned back and walked further. I felt his gaze on me as he started his car. I shut the door at the same time his car left the lane.
This guy by far,is the most difficult one I've ever fought off. I know why he's chasing her. Apart from other girls,Sara doesn't fall for money and looks. Is she just a challenge to him or something more? Last but not the least,why is he so dead set on her?
I don't need entertainment. I need answers.
