Hours passed, and I realized that something had gone wrong. Over time, I had been attempting to fashion some form of weapon from the objects around me, but I found only a branch, made of hard steel. When no further messages came through, I realized I was on my own. I was not scheduled to be brought back into society, for another few weeks, but I needed to get out of there now. My first order of business was to take out the guards at my cell door. After a few moments of contemplating, I came up with a plan.
Within a few hours, my next meal had come. Once the guard arrived, I acted sick, and he came inside. When he entered, I hid to the side, and tripped him up, grabbing the food tray, and whacking him over the head with it. I quickly scoured the body, finding a blaster pistol, with the words XZ-38 on it. There were shouts from across the hall, s I moved quickly, pushing the body back out into the hallway, and hiding the pistol underneath the bench. With a weapon now acquired, I turned my attention towards the camera overlooking the room. The camera moved, every once in a while, and I wanted to make sure to time it so that it was looking away from the door. With the guard's body found, they began to question the surrounding inmates, who all pointed to me as the culprit. Three guards headed in my direction, and grabbed me roughly, throwing me to the side. I quickly grabbed the pistol from under the bench, knocking it into the side of the guard's head, knocking it to the side. I then shot at the other two guards. Hitting one in the head, and the other in the chest. As I searched the new bodies, I found what I was looking for. An access key. With that, I quietly sneaked out of my cell, heading in the direction of the security office.
After a few minutes, the alarms started going off, already, and the guards started running around the complex, and started to duck around corners, and slow my approach. The prisoners were beginning to wake, and complain about the noises, and that was exactly what I needed. A distraction. Quickly, I headed around to the security office, where I would be able to create a huge distraction. Using the access card to enter the security card, before using the blaster to kill the officers there with that, I waited for my time, eventually, the prisoners stop complaining to the guards, and move on. With that, I found the right combination of buttons and opened every cell door in the prison.
When the guards heard the sound, they turned around and were met by a horde of enraged prisoners, who had mostly been fed up for their return to society. they quickly knocked the guards to the ground and grabbed their weapons. Soon, the prison was turned into a massive battleground. I quickly slipped away, heading towards the east wall of the prison area of the re-education complex, making a brief stop at the at, or to grab a usable grappling hook.
Now at the wall, I had reached my endgame. Using the grappling hook, I climbed over the wall and dropped to the ground behind it. I was free. Now what? I never really planned this far ahead. I decided to go out and look for FN, and her new friend to see what was going on. However, with the recent breakout, security was flooding the streets, and I ducked into a dark apartment to hide from the soldiers. Suddenly, the wall came down. The prisoners ran out, holding tools, and weapons which they had used to break the wall down. They charge towards the policemen, and the two sides started to do battle.
As the streets turned into a warzone, I left the apartment and headed towards the nearby spaceport, where I realized that i didn't have any money. With no choice, I forced one of the Araknet pilots to bring me to Ovnorak IV, promising to pay him back later. We were one of the last ships to leave, as all ships were being stopped, due to the ongoing riots, and breakout. When we landed, I left, promising him that I will return with all the money I could gather. As I exited into the street, I noticed that the main building complex was flashing red, and displaying holograms with my name on it.
