No, it doesn’t as the Curse Mark (CM) needs to be controlled. It isn’t automatic. It sucks on the user’s life-span and erodes it. It also eats away at the chakra. As you said, it’s Senjutsu, so it requires control to make the seal function effectively. Heck, if it couldn’t be controlled, why’d Jugo, Orochimaru, and Tobirama praise Sasuke’s exceptional skill at CM’s Segmental Transformation and Senjutsu?
SS (Sakura fans in general, to be frank) fans simply look for and cling onto the tiniest of details to make their empty relationship work. It’s like the women who enjoy reading “10 Signs he’s into you!” articles on Buzzfeed to keep looking for “that” sign to confirm their own biases rather than accept that the guy isn’t interested. The don’t want to move on, you see; hence, that’s the reason why many of the anti-Sasuke and Pro-Sakura x Every Uchiha under the sun (and that poor discount Uchiha, Kakashi, too) people are so mentally stressed about the rejections he bestowed upon her.
This is actually a thing. It’s called “ Sexual Over-Perception Bias”: it’s the tendency of an individual to over-read, over-estimate, and over-perceive non-verbal language as “sexual cues” when there are literally none.
This behavior is very common among people who are sexually aggressive and commit sexual assault:
