He’s got several Katon techs, which he self-learned before he joined Kakashi’s Team, under his belt. He’s got the most versatile Susanoo arsenal, too. Not to mention he reached the Final Suanoo form (Perfect Susanoo’s just Final Susanoo stabilized) in under an hour if his total Susanoo release time’s counted; furthermore, Susanoo requires nothing but advanced chakra manipulation, control, and skill as PS is just Final Susanoo’s chakra refined to perfection:
Sasuke reached his Final Susanoo, its refined form, and Perfect Susanoo in under an hour. Notice how the Tengu nose’s the same, along with the structural similarities between Final Susanoos, which aren’t exactly the same across all Uchihas: they all have their minor style quirks:
He had several inventive uses of Enton (Magatama, Sword, and Arrows; basically, he’s the only Uchiha who uses all Susanoo arsenal in two forms, something no other Uchiha can do); re-invented Rinnegan’s Chibaku Tensai (his doesn’t use a core as it turns the target into the core, which is something even the Sage couldn’t do in his youth without his brother’s aid), Gedo Mezo (Demonic Statue) out of his own Perfect Susanoo, and Gedo Mezo’s Soul Dragons (he used them without the Gedo Mezo when no one’s been capable of doing that; he also did that in reverse as the dragons came from the Tailed Beats with their chakra, not his Perfect Susanoo Mezo); invented and reversed two of the Sage’s techniques in seconds (reversed Sage of the Six Paths’ best Jutsu, Creation of all things, and created his own Indira’s Arrow) when he had never even seen them that led Kurama to compliment him that his Ninjutsu talent’s at the Sage of the Six Paths level:
He basically created the Gedo Mezo Susanno (a combining of the highest level of shape and nature manipulation of chakra and merging of Bijuu chakra), a new and improved Sage’s technique, and Raiton’s large sword and Indra’s Arrow in a matter of seconds. He invented these three techniques on the battlefield!
^ You can see how he’s changing a sword into bow and an arrow like it’s nothing. What has “Queen Sakura” done that even remotely compares? Oh, Shizune praised her, I guess, so that must mean something, right?
He also did missions for Orochimaru, as well (one of them being a single-handed take-down of an Army of Chunins and Jounins), which is why Karin and Suigetsu knew him and Karin knew about his Hawk summon, too. In fact, Orochimaru was so impressed with his accelerated progress that he called Sasuke a genius greater than himself when Hiruzen considered Orochimaru a once in a lifetime genius:
