Extraction is the goal, locate Kiera and Kade and that is it. Don't confront Dr Kaylee V and get in a fight with her unless Kiera or Kade's safety and health is at immediate risk or Kaylee is a position where you could lock her in a room without endangering yourself.

Then Elliot gets into position, sneaking into the backyard of the the house, past a pool and tree-house. Dr Kaylee is renting through Air BNB - The Military has already notified the owner and gotten a duplicate key from them.
Elliot peers into the living room and kitchen, checking the coast is clear through the window. He can't see any sign of Dr V right now.
He needs to know where she is, his not going in blind. He waits a little while and then sees her appear from the basement, she's coming up the stairs and walks over to a small built in cupboard and pulls out a small cardboard box, holding it in her arms.
She starts heading up the stairs, rummaging through the box. She partially pulls out a white, pink and gold sequined dress, then gently slips it back into the box.
When she's out of view, he makes his way to the front door, inserts the key and moves inside. He closes the door behind, but leaves it unlocked.
Considering Dr V has just gone upstairs with that box of clothes, no doubt she is going to be a while. It screams dress Kiera up all over it the activity.
He makes his way downstairs into the basement, but halfway, he gets a call in his ear piece. "Check, check. This is Maxis."
"What is it?" He whispers.
"We've spotted Dr V in the attic. We can see Kiera too. The view isn't great, but we can see her through binoculars.
When she leaves upstairs, we'll let you know. But be careful, hide if you have too."
"I know, now shut it. I'm in the basement, she came from here so Kade is proably here if Dr V is with Kiera in the attic."
He comes to a 2nd door and twists the handle, it doesn't budge. "Alright, lock picking time." He whispers, pulling out a lock-pick.
It's a very old door knob and lock. As he works on it, he hears a series of weird sounds coming from a somewhere. He quickly looks over his shoulder.
"Is Dr V still with Kiera?"
"She is still with her, we'll let you know when she isn't, Elliot."
"Okay, okay."
"Is something wrong?"
"Just having trouble with this old lock, I can hear weird sounds."
"Sounds like what?"
"Like a human coughing or something- Ah, got it!"
Then he gently pushes the door open. The basement is shrouded in darkness. He decides his against turning the lights on. Creeping in, there is just boxes, then plastic taped to the floor and lining the walls, trays and medical equipment lying around.
"This scares me, Maxis."
"What do you see?"
"She transformed the basement into a tarped off operating room or something."
"Freaky."
"Yeah, you say that again."
"Freaky."
"Maxis!"
"Sorry, sorry. I won't ever do that again."
"Kade? Are you here, buddy? It's me, Elliot ." Henry whispers, searching around for Jacob and then he hears his foot splash.
"I think I just stepped in something wet" He says.
"Okay? Probably is antiseptic or something. She is a Doctor." Maxis responds.
Then a slightly awful smells hit him. "I need to use a torch." He says, pulling a small one out and aiming it down to his feet. His eyes widen we he sees a bright red pool out of blood, it's fresh and smells to high hell.
"Gross. Kade, where are you buddy?" Elliot whispers again when he freezes, eyes widening at seeing a bruised young man lying in a chair.
His bleeding out from his neck, struggling to keep his hand firm against it. One hand is free of his binds. "Kade, what did you do?!" Elliot hisses, trying to help stem the bleeding.
Kade looks at him despretly, tears slipping and Elliot sees a sharp scapel on the floor. "I've got a situation down here, Kade is bleeding to death." He says into his earpiece.
"T-" Kade gurgles. "Dude, shut up. Do not talk, you will bleed out faster."
"T-tell her I love her."
"Elliot, update! Report, report!" Maxis says in his ear and then Kade is still, eyes shrunken.
Elliot doesn't respond and let's go of Kade's neck. His dead.
"Elliot!" The General cuts in. Dr V is leaving the attic! You need to hide!"
Elliot gulps a bit and tucks away behind a box. "Where is she in the house? I'm still stuck in the basement, and with his corpse now.
Get me out of here for christ sake."
"We see her!" Maxis radios again. "She's in the kitchen, having something to eat herself. W-wait, we can see Kiera, Elliot! She's noticed us and is waving a glittery piece of fabric at us from the attic window.
We can't signal back though, otherwise Kaylee will see us."
Elliot waits a few minutes, trying not to puke. "Update?"
"Kaylee's still eating. We can't see Kiera anymore. She probably thinks we couldn't see her, I don't know."
"Can't y'all lure her outside of something? Set the tool shed outside on fire, I don't care."
"We can't do that. If Kaylee gets suspicious, she'll go into defense mode most likely and then pose a threat to Kiera and Kade. Now is not the time to test her. How is Kade by the way?
Wait, Dr V is finished. She is going back up-stairs."
Elliot does not respond back about Kade, his hand covered in his fresh blood. "Finally, can get out of this basement." Elliot says, leaving the basement. "So, what now? I go up there-"
"Your orders are not to confront Dr V directly, Elliot" The General snaps.
"Then what do I do? I'm a sitting duck right now-"
Then he hears a scream from upstairs. "Kiera, NO! Stop!"
"Elliot, what was that?!" Maxis asks.
"Dr V screaming, I think Kiera is doing something she doesn't like. V sounds stressed.
"Okay, go up there, Elliot! Disregard what I just said!" The General interrupts.

Elliot's heart sinks at hearing Kiera's frightened screams. He rushes up the stairs, trying not to make too much noise to alert Dr V.
The door to the basement is open slightly and he peers in to see where Kiera and Dr V are standing in the room.
"Get off me, get off me!" Kiera kicks and screams, Dr V sitting on her waist, gripping her arms with her hands.
He sees her force one of Kiera's arms into medical grade wrist restraints, securing it while Kiera still kicks her legs, trying to sit up and hitting Dr V's back with the other hand that is not secured yet. It does nothing to hurt her and then V grips Kiera's other wrist, forcing it down too and securing it.
She climbs off of Ellie and begins to reach for waist and ankle straps when Elliot now sees a knife laying underneath the bed.
It has a small droplet of blood of blood on it. He looks to one of Kiera's secured wrists to see a small bleeding knife cut across the wrist.
"Kiera, stop struggling. This is for your own good! Nadine May warned me what you we're like!" Dr V yells at Kiera and he sees her pull a needle out of her pocket. "Stop struggling, or I will sedate you for the next 6 hours."
"No, no, please no!" Kiera cries. "Then listen to me!" V yells at her then he sees Kiera briefly look at him, having noticed him. The look of pure desperation and fear in her eyes says it all.
Then he sees V jab the needle into her thigh, pulling it out a moment later. "Elliot!" Kiera screams, tears flowing as she stops fighting.
"No one is coming, to save you." V tells her as Elliot sees a wardrobe just inside the room, door open. He slips inside, making no noise a Dr V storms out of the room, locking the door closed.
When she's gone, he peeks his head out of the wardrobe. "Elliot." Kiera whispers and Elliot brings a finger to his lips, telling her to be quiet.
She weakly points despite the restraints to somewhere. Elliot follows and finds a lighter.
"You can't be serious." He whispers back. "Do it." Kiera whispers back. "Hey, General?" Elliot radios.
"What Elliot? We can see you in the attic with Kiera."
"Am I allowed to commit arson?"
"If it gets the mission done, I guess... But..."
"Good enough for me." He says, undoing Kiera's restraints, helping her up. "Okay, so, here's the plan.
We tie the bed-sheets together to make a rope, you go out the window first, I'll torch the bed and follow you. Got it? But we need to be quick the second I break the window. The bars on it are really rusty, they will break right off."
She nods and they quickly knot the bed sheets together then Elliot breaks the window, knocking the bars clean off and throws the sheets out the window as a ladder.
"Go." He says, pushing Kiera out who makes it halfway down, landing on the slanted part of the roof. The sheets don't go any further and then he clicks the lighter, throwing it and hops out the window just as he hears a scream and sees Kiera tumble off the slanted roof, hitting the solid grass below.
"Kiera!" He screams, see in Vincent leap into the yard, sprinting towards her.
She sits up a bit, having regained consciousness and Vincent quickly helps her out of the yard.
"Are you actually fucking serious?!" He hears Dr V scream below, her head poking out the kitchen window.
She has a gun in her head and someone fires into the wall near her, she ducks away and shoots back.
"Elliot, get out of there!" Adam yells at him. He slides down to the slanted part, Kiera fell off of. He really should have gone first... And he drops down from it, giving it one good swing as he hangs onto the edge and crashes through the kitchen window.
"I am not letting you get away!" He says, starting to pursue her and he pulls out his ear piece.
He gives chase, seeing Dr V run into the basement. He hears her scream.
Yep, she's just found dead Kade. He sneaks up behind her, hitting her hard with an object nearby. He pulls out his handcuffs and head cuffs her to a radiator in the corner and then pulls out his gun, focusing it on her.
She's out cold. He almost pulls the trigger when he hears a voice behind him. "Elliot, don't do it. You're better than this."
"Maxis?!" He says, seeing him standing there. His weak on his feet, but standing. "You we're in a wheelchair!"
"I can stand and walk, Elliot. It's just- God, let's get out of here. The house is on fire, leave her.
A fire truck is already on it's way, the rest of the team are waiting to come in, they'll get her and Kade." Maxis says, not noticing Kade is dead.
"So, come on?" Maxis says, holding his hand out and Elliot accepts it, both men leaving the house together. When they make it outside, a team rushes past them, a few firefighters.
"Maxis! Elliot! Are you both okay?" Says General Peterson running up to them.
"We're fine-" But Maxis doesn't get to finish his words before toppling over.
"Elliot, carry him." The General orders, rushing him over to a waiting ambulance. When they get inside, General tells them one more and Elliot with the help of a paramedic, eases Maxis into a spare seat who proceeds to worry about Maxis.
Vincent is standing beside Kiera who's lying on the gurney, awake. "Kiera?"
He says, but she doesn't respond, looking dazed.
"You're good to go." Says General Peterson, banging on the outside of the door he just closed. "Shit." Elliot says, feeling the ambulance start to move and he grips onto something to steady himself.
He looks at Vincent who shrugs and gives him an uncertain expression, unable to stop looking at Elliot's blood soaked hand when Elliot realizes and looks at it.
Good thing Maxis and Kiera are too out of it to realize.
